入住完全没有提示，没有被困在大门口半个小时。打电话没人接，几乎没有服务👎非常差劲。

Reviewed Sep 12, 2026Расположение великолепное, прямо возле станции метро Хайлигенштадт, апартаменты чистые, светлые, постель и полотенца белоснежные и пахнут свежестью, кровать удобная, из посуды все для готовки есть, нам все понравилось. Мы были в августе, на улице было жарко, а в апартаментах было прекрасно, кондиционер работал превосходно.
Не понравилось то, что во время купания в душе вода из душевой кабины выливается на пол и когда выходишь из кабинки, то стоишь на мокром скользком полу. В кабинке очень низкие бортики, нужно что-то придумать чтобы вода не выливалась из кабинки. И тогда все будет идеально!

Єдине що не дуже сподобалось це те що стіни були брудні це більше про естетичне враження ніж про побутове, бо все інше було на високому рівні

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026Habe hier schon öfters übernachtet, wie immer einfacher check in, geräumige Zimmer, gut ausgestattete Küche mit Kaffeemaschine, Geschirrspüler etc. Super Lage direkt an der U-Bahn.
Habe diesmal leider ein Zimmer erwischt, in dem es nach Rauch roch.. das war zum schlafen unangenehm.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026Sehr gute Anbindung mit den Öffentlichen (Hotel neben Bahnstation). Zimmer war sehr sauber, sehr einfacher Prozess um die Schlüsselkarte zu aktivieren (innerhalb von Sekunden). Man ist innerhalb von 15 Minuten im Stadtzentrum, Personal immer hilfsbereit und regelmäßige Reinigungskraft um den Müll abzuholen. Zimmer ist kompakt aber sehr sauber gehalten, man hat alles was man für – in meinem Fall 1 Woche – benötigt (Küchenutensilien) und auch ein Billa um die Ecke, um Lebensmittel zu kaufen. Sehr angenehm, sauber und gut angebunden. Immer wieder gern!

Чудовим плюсом була система клімат-контролю в номері, що було надзвичайно доречно в спекотні дні, а також щільні штори, що добре затемнювали, хоча мій номер був на 9 поверсі. В номері є все необхідне, фен, багато зарядок, посудомийка і тд) Мені дуже сподобалось, з задоволенням зупинюсь тут ще)

Noisy street at night if you try to sleep with open windows. Cars with loud exhausts are flying by. If you close windows it’s barely noticeable.

Reviewed Sep 5, 2026The location next to Heiligenstadt U4 station and to Billa and Höfer markets always makes this a place we return to again and again. Clean and quiet with modern facilities that are clearly well managed, it is a great base for us when we are in Vienna.
The laundry facilities are not easy to use with a US-based cell phone network. Uploading the app or app updates do not always resolve the problem and we have often had to ask the assistance of nearby individuals who are on a local phone network to help us understand it all.

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026Közel van a Billa és a közeli Noodles King minden nap nyitva van este 10-ig. A check-in egyszerű volt. Tetszenek az automaták az épületben. Alapvetően jól felszereltek a szobák, sok a rakodó hely, és teszik, hogy van common cleaning room. Közel van a metró.
Az asztal és a szekrények felülete soha nem volt előttem letakarítva, nagyon koszosak voltak. A heti service annyiból állt, hogy kivitték a szemetet és kicseréltek az ágyneműt és a törülközőt, viszont egyszer sem takarították fel a padlót az egy hónap alatt. Nem volt vízforraló a szobában, csak a common cleaning room-ban találtam két vízforralót. Lehetett volna egy háttámlás szék a szobában. Az utolsó hétvégén nem működött a kártyám a tetőteraszhoz. Sokáig tart, míg a kártya kinyitja a szobám ajtaját. Nem tetszett, hogy nem találkoztam soha személyzettel, csak hétköznap reggel lett volna esélyem bármilyen probléma kapcsán segítséget kérni. A mosógépek és szárítók használata során biztosítani kellene, hogy más ne tudja kivenni a ruháimat a gépből úgy, hogy csak egy kóddal lehessen kinyitni a gépeket. A szobában nincs hely otthoni piláteszre.

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026Das Zimmer ist sauber und ordentlich und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig. Die Angebote in Form von Getränke- und Snack-Automaten hab ich nicht genutzt. Die Lage ist mit einem Katzensprung zum Bahnhof Heiligenstadt (Anbindung U4) hervorragend! Es liegt zwar etwas vom Zentrum entfernt, ist aber durch diese 2 Minuten zur Station bestens angebunden. Eine Haltestelle weiter kann man die von Hundertwasser wunderbar gestaltete Müllverbrennungsanlage besicjtigen. Personal hab ich kaum gesehen, da ich den ganzen Tag unterwegs war. Man ist schnell am Donaukanal und kann von dort aus, wer will, schön Richtung Stadt spazieren, Haltestellen sind ja praktisch nach jedem Kilometer. Insgesamt eine prima Unterkunft, die ich sicher wieder buchen würde!
Etwas umständlich (mit Perso und -Nummer etc.) fand ich das Einchecken, was aber schließlich doch geklappt hat. Am Wochenende scheint die Erreichbarkeit des Teams doch etwas eingeschränkt zu sein; das habe ich auch bei anderen hilflosen Besucher:innen gesehen.

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026Die Sauberkeit und der Komfort. Die Ausstattung war modern und funktional. Es war für alles gesorgt. Das Gebäude selbst war auch sauber und sicher. Es hat alles gut geklappt mit Check-In als auch Check-out ohne Personal an der Rezeption. Die Lage ist top. Besonders gut gefallen hat mir die Aussicht auf der Dachterrasse. Herrlich.
Es gab in einem der beiden gebuchten Zimmer etwas Geruch im Bad. Muss aus dem Siphon kommen. Und im Bad haben die Entlüftungsanlagen nicht ganz mit Power funktioniert. Abhilfe haben wir über die Klimaanlage geschaffen.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026The check-Ins and check-outs are all automated and don't need the presence of anybody at the help desk. The apartments are modern and they contain all the amenities you might need (microwave, stove, pans, pots, cutlery, dishwasher, coffee machine, smart-TV, hair dryer). The apartments have adjustable air conditioning and are well isolated from any sounds coming from the outside. Everything is carefully cleaned and overall well kept. The beds are big and really comfortable. In the entrance hall you can find another kitchen (should you run out of coffee in your room), a couple vending machines and a laundry room. The last floor of the building includes a rooftop for smoking and a bit of sightseeing.
You might be scared about how fare the building is from the city center. Trust me, the awesomeness of the apartments cancel out any other problem. The distance may be a bit annoying but It always takes less time then google maps says to travel to and from Downton. The metro station is literally in front of the building and the trains are incredibly efficent.

Na ostatniej kondygnacji możliwość wejścia na taras, skąd rozpościera się imponujący widok na skyline Wiednia i porośnięte winogronami zbocza wzgórz. Cisza mimo bliskości metra/stacji kolejowej oraz budynków (głównie biurowce). Pokój dość duży; łazienka i pościel czyste.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026Monolocale XL in posizione strategica a pochi passi dalla metro / piccola stazione ferroviaria (con diretti per gite nel Wachau ad esempio). Appartamento con tutte le comodità e attrezzato con un po' di tutto, pulito e minimal con impianto di raffrescamento che funzionava perfettamente. Area comune con lavatrice / asciugatruce, torretta dell'acqua, stanza di servizio su ogni piano (con scottex, spugne, carta igienica, aspirapolvere etc.). Molto comodo per chi desidera sentirsi a casa con tutti gli agi, per soste brevi o medio-lunghe.
Materasso un po' rigido, abbiamo chiesto un doppio cuscino che ci è stato dato subito senza problemi.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026È una struttura moderna, pensata più per chi lavora o studia adatta per soggiorni medio lunghi, dispone di tutti i servizi: frigo, cucina, forno in camera; locale con aspirapolvere e ferro da stiro su piano. Pur essendo in un quartiere relativamente periferico è collegata in modo eccezionale con il centro della città. La fermata della linea U4 è praticamente sotto il portone d'ingresso e collega in pochi minuti con centro storico, la frequenza è veramente di pochi minuti. Ovviamente va bene anche per chi come noi l'abbiamo utilizzata per andare in vacanza e conoscere Vienna. Proprio sotto c'è un Market dove è possibile trovare l'indispensabile.
Il letto. Se si è in due, almeno nella camera a noi assegnata, era addossato alla parete dalla parte lunga e il lenzuolo di tipo a "sacco" carattistico delle regioni nordiche. Della mancanza del bidet c'è ne siamo fatti una ragione.

Nagyon kemény volt a matrac. A Tv néha használhatatlan volt. A be csekkolásnál jó lett volna egy használati utasitás, hogy egyszerübb legyen megoldani. Jó ez a kártyás rendszer, viszont jobb lenne előre tudni, hogy mi mindent kell csinálni ahhoz, hogy sikerüljön.

Reviewed Aug 22, 2026Номер чудовий,чистий. Реально чисто,все пахне свіжістю. В номері є міні кухня,посудомийка,плита,кавоварка ,холодильник. Поруч магазини.Готель знаходиться прямо біля станції метро 1 хв. При цьому в номері тихо,не шумно.. Біля готелю ресторанчики,фонтани...чудове місце. Готель знаходиться далеко від центру,але на метро це взагалі не проблема. ..як приїхала ,думала це буде проблемою...але Відень дуже велике місто ,тому без квитка на метро ніяк..
Не було персоналу на рецепшені.Трлхи виникали труднощі із самореєстрацією,але попросити допомоги не було в кого. Але це ми заплутались трохи,реєстрація насправді проста. Не знайшли вай фай та пароль в номері і запитати не було в кого. Адміністратор був ,але тільки в певні якісь години.

Reviewed Aug 22, 2026Very close to the heiligenstadt subway (like 30 seconds?), which is a big plus, even if it is a bit away from the centre. It was safe to get around. Place has two markets that are close by. It was easy for me to check in. The instructions were clear, but I can see why some people might have a problem. The complex is big, like a hotel, but with a home experience. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. It was like a hands-off experience in every sense, I quite liked it. The ac worked perfectly. There is iron, ironing board, and kettle in the collective cleaning room. The room has a lot of shelves to use. Like a lot.
the corridor to the room has the filthiest carpet, so before you enter the room, you think ok is the room going to look like that? But it doesn't. So, for first impressions, maybe clean that garbage liquid stained carpet. The room was a bit small to move around for two people, and I had only one person soft seating. The cleaning room had washing sponge, but we discovered that room a bit late. Also, the instructions for recycle bins were not clear in the room. The garbage cans stink like someone left a fish.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026Modern, clean. Good location (next to metro, supermarket). Airconditioning. We had a problem with our sink and it was fixed within half an hour.
The shower door lets water through and then the bathroom floor is wet. I've already booked this accomodation multiple times and had the same problem in every room. The dishwasher doesn't make a lot of sense with so little dishes. Maybe supply a couple more plates, cups and cutlery so I don't have to turn it on for two plates and two knifes.

A lot of small flaws, like leaking shower, bad smell in the bathroom, not working TV. Bad communication, the problems were transmitted by 24/h chat, so i wasn’t sure if they got to the staff (it said they would contact us in the morning but it didn’t happen). Eventually, after a lot of messages someone fixed the TV - we waited one whole day. It was not clearly stated you can get a fine for not throwing away your trash, i only found out because i was looking for other stuff

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026Die Lage direkt neben der U Bahn war super, Top Preis Leistungsverhältnis! Kommen gerne wieder und können wir nur weiterempfehlen. Check Inn war sehr einfach!
Habe die Duschstange angeschraubt, hat ziemlich gewackelt und beim Wachbecken beim Stöpsel die Höhe eingestellt, da fast kein Wasser abgelaufen ist, gut wenn man sich ein bisschen helfen kann. Einige Wände würden einen Anstrich vertragen.

Reviewed Aug 20, 20261.vprasanje o osebju je odveč. Tu ni bilo osebja. To je internetni hotel storitev. 2. Hotel je popolnoma nov, vse pohištvo, vse. Postelja in posteljnina odlična. Kuhinjica ima skoraj vse za kratek postanek. Kopalnica, WC b.p. 3. Podzemna takorekoč pred nosom. Predvsem pa si je treba ogledati še Karl Marx Hof, družbena stanovanja iz leta 1934 leta, le nekaj korakov naprej iz železniške postaje oz.ubahn 4. Če poguglate Še 12.febfuar, kakor se postaja imenuje, boste dojeli, da so se tu dogajali zgodovinski trenutki za Rdeči Dunaj.
Kmalu se bodo lahko pokazale napake. Iz kopalnice že zdaj prihaja vonj po plesni. Pač ni ventilatorja, ni prepiha, ni okna. Za razliko od koncepta v Karl Marx Bog, kjer so stanovanja narejena tako, da se s prepihom in odpiranjem oken prepreči vlago.

Miejsce jest niezwykle czyste, przyjemne i nowocześnie urządzone, idealne na kilkudniowy pobyt. Jestem bardzo zadowolona z pobytu i z pewnością chętnie wrócę w przyszłości. 😊

Чистые номера, уборка раз в 7 дней, но полотенца и другие принадлежности есть в другом помещении. Номер маленький, но было все необходимое. Удобна кровать. Отличная шумоизоляция. Внизу есть бесплатная вода. Удобная регистрация. Недалеко несколько платных парковок (внимательно читайте к ним отзывы)

Prilikom automatskog cekiranja nisam mogla uci u sobu jer je senzor na vratima bio neispravan. Nisam mogla da objasnim na engleskom osoblju koja daje informacije na info telefonu iako dobro govorim engleski pa sam zamolila goscu u hotelu da joj objasni na nemackom i odmah su mi zamenili sobu. Bila je nedelja i nikog nije od osoblja bilo u hotelu.

Gdybym miała projektować dom na małej powierzchni to w takim właśnie stylu. Zdecydowanie przemyślne. Łóżko jedne z wygodniejszych jakie spotkałam w hotelach (nie było w ogóle małe jak ktoś pisał w komentarzu). Lokalizacja też świetna. Zameldowanie odbyło się łatwo i bez problemów
Szkoda tylko że trzeba instalować aplikacje żeby się zameldować ale spoko

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026Hervorragende Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr und sehr gute Lage in Bezug auf Natur, Selbstversorgungsmöglichkeiten und Heurige sowie touristische Ziele. Das Einchecken war unkompliziert. Prima ist die Ermutigung zur Mülltrennung und die einfache Umsetzung durch diverse Müllcontainer im Keller. Dass man per Putzraum Zugriff auf die wichtigsten Dinge hat, ist ein weiterer Pluspunkt. Im Zimmer gefiel uns, dass es sehr viel Ablagefläche, viele Lichtquellen und Steckdosen gab.
Umweltfreundlichere Kaffeemaschine ohne Kapseln wäre angemessen. Das Angebot in den Snackautomaten könnte deutlich erweitert werden (z. B. um Kleinigkeiten an Mikrowellenessen).

Per un soggiorno un po’ più lungo potevano prevedere qualche servizio in più, come dotazioni minime per cucinare o pulire, (come sale o una spugnetta per lavare i piatti o una pasticca per la lavastoviglie più)

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026Mieszkanie czyste, nowocześnie umeblowane. Wszystko co było potrzebne znajdowało się w apartamenciku lokalizacja blisko stacji metra. Blisko sklep apteka restauracje z jedzeniem. Zakwaterowanie o każdej porze bez zbędnego kontaktu z personelem. Ręczniki i pościel pachnące. Same zalety. Bardzo nowoczesne rozwiązanie.
