Reviewed Sep 11, 2026Die Lage direkt am Hauptbahnhof Wien ist top. Die Ausstattung als kleines Appartement mit genügend Stauraum, kleiner Küche mit Kühlschrank (nicht genutzt da nur auf eine Nacht gebucht), Sanitäranlage, netter großzügiger Schlaf-, Wohnraum mit Fernseher, alles in allem top.

Reviewed Sep 11, 2026Lo que más me gustó fue la ubicación es perfecto ya que al lado tienes la estación central con todas las conexiones y un montón de restaurantes y supermercado para poder facilitarte tu estancia. Quizás hace falta una tostadora. Pero en general muy bien
Hacía mucho calor y no había aire acondicionado y el ventilador hacía mucho ruido. Si estás en la planta baja, no puedes abrir la ventana porque te ven desde la calle y te pueden entrar en la habitación.

Im Sommer sehr warm. Die Ventilator-Säule bringt nicht wirklich Linderung. Ich hatte mir eine Klimaanlage gewünscht.

Geschirr war sehr dreckig. Es waren Haare überall in der Küche. Die Mikrowelle war verdreckt und konnte dadurch nicht benutzt werden. Die Matratze ist komplett durchgelegen, was sehr unbequem ist. Es gibt keine AC, dadurch muss das Fenster offen bleiben, was aber sehr laut ist.

Para ciudades europeas que están sufriendo olas de calor ya cada verano, es terrible que no tengan un sistema de climatización en las habitaciones. En este caso, con tanto calor que hacía sólo pusieron un ventilador viejo que no solucionaba nada.

I really suggest the organisation at least puts “no air conditioning available” on the page because people booking from here will easily assume AC is default. I understand there’s no air conditioning after booking and seeing some reviews. I was assuming that might be tolerable without the AC but unfortunately it was not. I don’t know whether staff people from smartments have been in the room during the heatwaves, but I hope you would understand that it is really not a good condition (especially for paying for that amount of money). Since the heatwaves become more often in Europe, I kindly suggest smartsments consider either install AC or renovate the room so it becomes more climate adaptable. I am lucky to be able to switch to another hotel at the end.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026La ubicación del apartahotel era muy buena. La estación a menos de 5 minutos caminando y esta tiene conexión con todas las líneas de tren/metro. También tiene a 5 minutos la estación de tram que conecta con todos los monumentos y zonas importantes de la ciudad. Además tanto en la estación como en la calle trasera hay un centro comercial por lo que se puede ir a hacer la compra y comer fuera sin problema.
Nos encontramos ropa interior usada en el armario, notificamos a recepción el primer día pero nunca vinieron a quitarla en los 5 días que estuvimos allí. De 17 a 8 AM no hay nadie en recepción por lo que si tienes una urgencia o problema con el apartamento no te lo solucionará nadie hasta el día siguiente. Tienen solo un teléfono Austríaco de emergencia, pero si eres extranjero te cobrarán la llamada. Se coló un murciélago en el pasillo a las diez de la noche y hasta las ocho de la mañana del día siguiente nadie vino a ayudar a sacarlo. No vimos que tienen una sala de limpieza donde hay estropajos y pastillas de lavavajillas, a parte de papel higiénico extra, hasta el penúltimo día por lo que compramos nuestro propio estropajo. Hubiera preferido que dejaran el estropajo nuevo directamente en nuestra habitación, junto con la pastilla de lavavajillas, en vez de decirte que lo vayas a buscar tú. Por desconocimiento los huéspedes anteriores debieron lavar la vajilla con las manos, porque no estaba del todo limpia.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026Na parę nocy miejsce idealne. Łóżko nie największe, ale jest okej. W łazience ręczniki i suszarka. Jest też mikrofalówka i zmywarka. Dostęp do apartamentu za pomocą karty bardzo łatwy, a Pani z recepcji wszystko wytłumaczyła na początku. Udało się też wejść do pokoju już o 13.30, a nie 15:)
Podczas ciepłych dni pokój robi się okropnie duszny i gorący, a mały nawiew na cały pokój nie daje tak naprawdę ukojenia, w dodatku jest głośny, więc na noc też nie ma jak zostawić

Θα μπορούσε να ήταν πιο καθαρό το δωμάτιο. Δεν υπήρχε aircontion στο δωμάτιο, μόνο ένας απλό ανεμιστήρας.

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026L'appartamento che ci è stato fornito era veramente grazioso, con tutto l'essenziale per poter avere un buon soggiorno. Cucina comoda e facilmente utilizzabile, bagno privato e letto comodo, con coperte morbide. È stato utilizzato il servizio lavanderia che ha istruzioni molto chiare. Infine, la possibilità di avere una hall spaziosa con sedie comode, tavoli da lavoro e una fonte di acqua gratuita è stata molto apprezzata, così come la posizione perfetta per chi si muove in treno. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.
Purtroppo non c'è stato alcun rapporto con lo staff, in quanto era tutto automatizzato ed è stato necessario scaricare un'app specifica per fare il check in. Per fortuna abbiamo incontrato altri ospiti che ci hanno aiutato perché, vista l'ora tarda del nostro arrivo, sarebbe stato scomodo dover contattare qualcuno con il telefono. Inoltre il servizio di lavanderia funziona bene, ma viste le lunghe attese sarebbe apprezzata una sedia e una stanza tenuta meglio. Infine la stanza era calda e l'unico modo per rinfrescare era un ventilatore molto piccolo da pavimento, sarebbe il caso di prenderne di più grandi viste le temperature estive.

Very dirty! Disgusting. There is really cleaning issues, very dirty and dusty apartment. I put my bag on the table for 3 days then after I took it, I saw how much dust in the room. Awful. No kettle, like really?! There is a fan instead of air conditioner, but it is really very noisy, you can’t get sleep I supposed to turn it off.

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026Nell’appartamento c’era tutto il necessario. È un po’ piccolo, ma per un soggiorno di pochi giorni va benissimo. Il self check in è stato molto veloce e intuitivo. La posizione vicino alla stazione centrale ha reso gli spostamenti molto facili.
Consiglierei l’installazione di un condizionatore. C’era un ventilatore, ma nei mesi più caldi può fare poco

There was no air conditioning at the temperature of 39°C. The fan was not at all enough. I wrote in advance asking for an exceptional early check-in because ofy 85yo mom, nonetheless, we had to wait for more than 30 minutes to be let in the room.

.., dass die Reinigung bei einem Aufenthalt von 10 Tagen erst nach 8 Tagen war. Frische Handtücher mussten wir uns selbst holen aus dem Wäscheraum.. Bei der Buchung hatten wir auf den Bildern gesehen, dass in den Fluren Tische und Sitzmöbel waren. Wir dachten, dass sie auf allen Fluren waren. Leider nur im Eingangsbereich. Da wir mit mehreren Leuten waren, wäre es schön gewesen..hier mehrere Angebote zu haben. Da waren die Bilder nicht aussagekräftig genug.

I don't recommend staying here in summer, our room was a sauna. For a Viennese summer it wasn't even that hot ("only" max. 25 degrees both days), but we couldn't sleep properly and woke up covered in sweat. There doesn't seem to be airconditioning, only a fan, but opening the window and keeping the fan on didn't help. It's nice that the room comes with a dishwasher but in order to use it efficiently maybe provide more than 2 plates/cups/sets of cutlery. And a sponge would be nice too, so that you can do the dishes by hand.

Reviewed Aug 20, 2026Esta cerca de la estación de trenes y por lo tanto te puedes mover por la ciudad fácilmente. Son apartamentos muy pequeños pero son nuevos.
Estuvimos 3 noches y nos dejaron únicamente 2 capsulas de café (para 1 día), y cuando fuimos a preguntar si nos podían dar mas, nos dijeron que las teníamos que comprar nosotros por nuestra cuenta. No te cambian las toallas, en cada piso hay un cuarto con toallas limpias donde puedes ir a recogerlas tu mismo allí, pero como te despistes, ya no encuentras. No tiene aire acondicionado. La simpatía y empatía de los trabajadores destaca por su ausencia.

Aucune possibilité de laisser ses bagages avant l heure du check in ou après l heure du check out, on nous propose une solution payante (15€ pour 3h) auprès de sociétés spécialisées, or après recherche de ma part il apparaît qu'à la gare centrale des casiers automatiques sont à disposition H24 pour la modique somme de 4,30€ les 24h.... À notre arrivée, stupeur : odeur nauséabonde dans tout l appart, à notre demande on nous en a attribué un autre (heureusement que la personne à l accueil était encore là car plus personne après 17h). ATTENTION : PAS DE CLIMATISATION (surprenant pour un bâtiment récent), chaleur caniculaire dans l'appartement (le rouge à lèvres de madame a fondu !!!), le ventilateur bas de gamme mis à disposition n est pas du tout adapté ni à la taille de la pièce ni à la configuration des lieux (aucune puissance de souffle, ventilateur colonne pas très haut) Propreté très moyenne, grosses tâches sur la seule chaise en tissu dans l appartement (la deuxième assise était un tabouret), une serviette de toilette sale du précédent résident était toujours accrochée à un cintre derrière la porte de la salle de bain. Qualité des coussins médiocre

雖然是在熱浪期間來歐洲玩，房間沒有空調超級悶熱，飯店提供的電風扇吹出來都是熱風，在房間開電扇像在烤箱一樣熱。期間有遇到變天下雨颳風，但房間看窗還是一樣們熱，沒有通風，外面甚至比房間還涼喔！且房間的灰塵很多，清潔的很隨便，隨手一抹就可看見灰塵⋯ 房間的吹風機更是像古董一樣，握把部分都是脫膠，且風口灰塵超級厚，使用後手還會黏黏的⋯超級爛 加上住宿遇到假日 客服完全不回覆訊息，等到週一後才回覆，整體感受極差，一點都不推薦大家請三思，千萬不要被評價給騙了！我就是被評價騙的

Много ниско ниво на чистота, стаята не беше почистена преди да се настаним. След подаден сигнал ни преместиха в друга стая, която изглеждаше по-добре, но в последствие се оказа, че хладилника е мръсен отвътре (има засъхнали петна от течности). На всичкото отгоре беше задушно и топло, а има само един вентилатор, който не спасява особено положението.

It was all we really needed. Bed was a little crammed in, one side up against the wall. Very hot in room, fan wasn’t really enough in the extreme heat.

There is no receptionist at the property. When I first arrived, I had to wait for another guest to open the door and let me into the building. At around 11 PM, I went downstairs to find the administrator and report the problems in my room, but no one was there. I asked a guest who was sitting downstairs how I could find the administrator. She told me that she had been staying there for almost a week and had seen the administrator only about twice. She also told me about another guest’s situation that had happened the day before. The man arrived to check in, but his room was full of rubbish and had not been prepared at all. He contacted the administration and asked to change rooms, but was told that the issue could only be resolved in the morning. As a result, he had to go to a hotel next door because it was impossible to stay in these apartments. That is why I decided not to waste my time trying to contact the administrator at night. I was also advised to simply write to the property the next day and ask for compensation or another solution to the situation. However, my emails and messages have now been ignored for four days, so I am leaving this review. Room condition and cleanliness The room was very stuffy. There was no air conditioning, and the fan did absolutely nothing to improve the situation. The carpet on the floor was extremely dirty. The chair in the room was covered in stains and clearly needed professional cleaning. I found someone else’s black and white hair in the bed. My hair is brown, so it definitely was not mine. The kitchen was also very dirty: the wall near the stove, the extractor hood, kitchen utensils, especially the frying pan and microwave. It looked as though they had not been properly cleaned for a very long time. One of the lamps above the table was constantly flickering. In the morning, I picked up the hairdryer, but its condition was also very questionable.
