Everything was excellent. ماشاء الله تبارك الله كنت ساكن بفندق 5 نجوم بس هذا الفندق باي ماري تبارك الله وجدت عندهم رحابه وإستقبال وسعة صدر والغرف مريحه جدا وفيها كل شيء. بشكل عام تجربه ممتازه جدا ولله الحمد.

لايوجد شيء لم يعجبني. الموقع جيد لابأس فيه مش في ميدان تقسيم كان مايهمني ولاكن الغرفه وسعتها والرحابه لم اجدها أبدا في فنادق أسطنبول ووجدتها عندهم ولله الحمد. بشكل عام لاشيء

I stayed at the hotel for 6 nights with our family, and our stay was absolutely wonderful. All the staff were extremely kind, friendly, and helpful. The two-bedroom apartment with a living room was excellent, spacious, and very comfortable. Thank you very much for the great hospitality. We truly enjoyed our stay and would be happy to come back again!

We have had a one bedroom apt, and it was great, clean, nice design, and modern, clean, spacious. The staff was very nice, helped us with the parking, with the lugage. They have provided extra bedsheets and pillow for the sofa's in living room.

Better coffe, but this is a personal taste; the toilet seat was not very comfortable , and wwas... not straight installed

La struttura si trova a 5 minuti a piedi da una stazione metro e in una mezz'oretta si raggiunge comodamente il centro. L'appartamento è davvero spazioso, ben arredato, pulito e molto attrezzato: in cucina non manca nulla! Nella lobby è sempre a disposizione degli ospiti un distributore di bevande calde. Tutto lo staff alla reception si è mostrato gentile e disponibile a venire incontro alle richieste del cliente: ci è stato addirittura permesso un late check out gratuito nel pomeriggio. Adatto anche per soggiorni lunghi.

Établissement très propre, bien équipé, personnel à l’écoute, à 10 min à pied d’une station de métro et à proximité des commerces.

Ce n’est pas de la faute de l’hôtel, mais nous avons pris le service navette mis à disposition par l’hôtel et nous avons beaucoup attendu à l’aller comme au retour. L’hôtel situé à 10km des principaux monuments, il faut compter 30min minimum de trajet en voiture pour y accéder. Dépôt de garantie de 100€ qui n’était pas précisé dans la description.

De grootte van de kamers en dat alle faciliteiten aanwezig waren, zoals wasmachine, strijkijzer etc.

Alles was naar wens! Wellicht kunnen ze iets meer parkeerplekken regelen toekomst gericht, want de parkeerplekken raken snel vol. Ondanks dat helpt het personeel met parkeerplaatsen!

Понравилось доброжелательное отношение персонала, очень все приветливые. С самого начала через букинг не получалось оплатить бронь. Но за нами её закрепили и были на связи на протяжении нескольких недель до приезда. Номер просторный, брали на 4 человека, 2 комнаты и кухня. По факту есть 8 мест, в гостинной/кухне стоит 2 дивана. У нас смогли переночевать наши друзья, было приятно, что нам предоставили для них комплект белья и полотенец. Бельё очень чистое, я со своей аллергией на всё что возможно, чувствовала себя отлично. Номера не прокуренные, лишних запахов нет. Есть стиральная машинка, выручала нас) Есть кондиционер в каждой комнате, всё работает.

По началу не понравилось, что дверца в душе сильно скрепит, немного не доделан ремонт, и в некоторых местах не аккуратно замазано шпаклевкой, просто бросается в глаза. В комнате прям перед входом проваливается одна досточка ламината, не страшно, но неприятно, когда постоянно ходишь. Дверца в шкафу плохо закрывалась прям перед мойкой, мы починили) Окна маловаты, но я так поняла это для безопасности при землетрясении, так строят. Вида как такового из окон нет, но нам и не нужно было, мы приехали гулять)

Nous avons pris un appartement de luxe. Franchement magnifique, propre, très spacieux et hyper bien équipé. nous avons trouvé tout ce dont avait besoin et bien plus. l'emplacement de l'appart hôtel est parfait. proche de 2 stations de métro. il y a toutes les commodités autour ( supermarché, resto, pâtisserie, épicerie et plusieurs centres commerciaux à quelques stations de metro plus loin ) le personnel est très agréable, l'appartement est très calme et la literie et hyper confortable. un rapport qualité / prix impeccable. je recommande vivement.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel und waren rundum zufrieden. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, gepflegt und modern. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Man fühlt sich von der ersten Minute an willkommen. Auch das Zimmer war sehr sauber, gemütlich und komfortabel. Die gesamte Atmosphäre war angenehm und entspannend. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen. Absolut empfehlenswert! Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt! ❤️

I have enjoyed a wonderful stay with my family for its spotless cleanliness, everything at hand and friendly staff. It has a great location to explore local restaurants and grocery shops. Definitely highly recommended:)

We really enjoyed our stay! The hotel and facilities were great, everything was very clean, and the apartments were spacious and well-designed. The reception staff were super helpful and quick to help whenever we needed anything. We also loved having free coffee and tea 24/7. Every room had its own AC, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. It was also surprisingly quiet, with almost no outside noise disturbing us. Overall, a really comfortable stay!

The location is a bit far from the city centre and the main entertainment areas. That said, the bus terminal and metro station are less than a 10-minute walk away, so getting around was still very easy. The staff were always polite and helpful, but they could have been a little warmer and friendlier. Overall, nothing major to complain about.

В апартаментът има абсолютно всичко необходимо за комфортен престой. Леглата и възглавниците бяха удобни, чисто и с добра шумоизолация - нещо,на което много държа. Обслужването беше много любезно, а при напускането имахме много мила изненада - синът ми, който имаше рожден ден, получи малка торта като подарък. ❤️ Кварталът не е в централната част, но е чудесно устроен - спирката на метрото е съвсем близо, в непосредствена близост има всякакъв вид магазини, пекарни, ресторанти, с обилна, много вкусна и достъпна храна. Изключително сме доволни, при следващо пътуване пак бихме избрали това място. Ако посетите това място,не пропускайте да се качите на покрива - гледката над Истанбул е прекрасна! 🙂

Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff was absolutely wonderful, and the check-in and check-out processes were incredibly easy and flexible.

The only thing I didn’t like was the noise level. There seems to be a lack of adequate sound insulation—noise travels easily not only between rooms within the same apartment but also from one floor to another.

الإستقبال قمة الأخلاق وحسن التعامل، وأخص بالذكر الأخ علي، موعد الطائرة كان في وقت متأخر و مدد لنا الإقامة 3 ساعات. الموقع قريب جدا من جميع الخدمات و يبعد 5 دقائق عن المترو M1a، وفيه لمحة من ميدان تقسيم بس بشكل مصغر،

Le personnel était reprochable il est toujours au soin vraiment arrangeant . Mon véhicule était garé juste en bas de l'hôtel pendant plusieurs jours sans aucun problème. Le mobilier est moderne la décoration aussi la douche est agréable. Dans le lobby il y a toutes les boissons chaudes gratuites pendant toute la durée du séjour.

Не понравилось что нету ежедневных уборок комнат или хотя бы в 2,3 дня раз . И смены полотенец тоже нету все за дополнительную плату . И когда делала бронирование нигде не было сказано что будет взыматься Депозит у нас это было 100€ это хорошо что были наличные, карту тоже не принимают .

rather dark hallway (carpet) , only one lift for 8 floors of apartments,. Staff at the reception desk rather unfriendly (did not even greet when passing the desk on the way in/out !!).

J'étais très bien accueilli par Ali dès l'entrée de l'hôtel nous avons été guidés vers notre chambre nous avons trouvé du petit thé et des petits bouteilles d'eau à l'arrivée la dame nous a très bien accompagné à l'accueil les bagages ont été montés nous avons été réceptionnés avec notre voiture d l'entrée de l'hôtel notre séjour s'est très bien passé la salle de bain et les pièces ont été très joliment décorés en très bon matelas pour dormir merci beaucoup

Très bon séjour dans cet établissement. L’appartement était très spacieux, parfaitement propre et très bien équipé. La climatisation, fonctionnelle aussi bien dans la pièce à vivre que dans la chambre a été un véritable plus surtout les jours de chaleurs. Rien ne manquait pour passer un séjour confortable. Le personnel est également d’une gentillesse remarquable. Tous ont été accueillants, serviables, bienveillants et attentifs au moindre besoin. Leur professionnalisme a largement contribué à rendre notre séjour agréable : merci ! Dernier point positif : la présence de nombreux commerces, supermarchés et fast-foods à proximité très pratiques au quotidien.

Le seul point à prendre en compte concerne l’emplacement. Si l’hôtel est bien situé pour les commodités, il reste assez éloigné du centre historique d’Istanbul et des principaux sites touristiques. Des transports en commun se trouvent à proximité de l’établissement et permettent de s’y rendre mais la circulation étant très dense les trajets peuvent être assez longs. En fin de séjour, nous avons d’ailleurs privilégié le taxi pour gagner du temps et plus de confort. Petit point à considérer donc si votre objectif est de visiter les principaux sites touristiques au quotidien. Nous recommandons néanmoins cet établissement pour le confort de ses appartements, la qualité de ses équipements et encore une fois le professionnalisme de son personnel !

المكان نوعاً ما بعيد عن الأماكن السياحية ، تحتاج الى ركوب تاكسي لمسافة 30 دقيقة تقريباً حتى تصل الى السلطان أحمد والأماكن المجاورة

We stayed five nights. It was close to the event center, which was the reason for our trip. We loved having a kitchen to make breakfast or heat up leftovers. It was very clean overall. It was spacious and comfortable. There was lots of space to store our food and belongings. It was within walking distance of restaurants and markets. Staff were friendly and helpful. Air conditioners worked great. It was relatively quiet, even with the windows open, because it sits on a quiet street. The room service was great. We ordered pizza for dinner and a chocolate waffle for dessert, and both were excellent. It is also close to a metro station, but we didn't use it. According to other reviews, you have to make 2 or 3 changes, and it takes about an hour to get to the historic area. My friend took the bus to the Grand Bazaar, so that is also an option.

The apartment looked out onto the roof and apartments of another building, so there was no view, but I wasn't there for a view and wasn't expecting one, so it didn't bother me. There was one area of the shower that needed detailing. The cleaner needs to step into the shower and look down at the floor at the corner by the door rail. Otherwise, the apartment was very clean. I am a professional cleaner, so I notice every detail of cleanliness and have high standards.

It is a serviced apartment and not a hotel. The room is gorgeous and spacious with all the home amenities one can think of for the family. We really enjoyed the room inside. It is a good value for money. If you just need an excellent apartment to spend some time indoors it is good. But for first time Istanbul visitors it will be a very bad choice given the distance to attractions. They took 100$ deposit in cash but promptly returned it at checkout, thank you!

We didn't realize it is not a hotel at all, but a serviced apartment. We typically prefer standard, high quality hotels for safety reasons and avoid Airbnb etc. One also has to pay for extra towel, housekeeping etc. There is no view from the room to speak of, as it is surrounded by high rises with no direct sunlight. We also reserved bunk beds for our kids but they gave us a standard room and said bunk bed rooms are not available. When we pointed out that we booked a bunk bed room, he called the random room he gave, an "upgrade". It was a big disappointment for our 8 year old. It is also far away from Sultan Ahmet (Hagia Sofia) which we knew at the time of booking, with compensating cost reduction. However we didn't know it is more like an Airbnb. There was also a noise at midnight (someone hitting with a hammer!) as our room was third floor close to the street. We had asked for a higher floor room anticipating this at checkin but he said they were unavailable (I think it is more likely he simply didn't want to search for the room at higher floor given the foot traffic in the small lobby). Overall we are very happy about the room and interiors, kitchen and amenities but not with all confusion - not a hotel, we didn't get the room we booked, extra charges for well, everything and disappointing views.

We spent 16 nights at BayMari Suites City Life in Istanbul, and it turned out to be the perfect base for an extended stay together. The suite felt more like a small apartment than a hotel room — spacious enough for the two of us to settle in comfortably, spotless, and never cramped even after over two weeks. Having the kitchenette (fridge, stovetop, kettle) made a real difference — we ended up cooking together most days instead of eating out, which became one of our favorite parts of the trip. Staff were a real highlight throughout our stay — warm, responsive, and happy to help with anything from local tips to small requests for the two of us. Cleanliness held up well the entire time, with housekeeping keeping things fresh without ever feeling intrusive. The location worked well too, with easy metro access and plenty of local restaurants nearby, while still being a short ride from Istanbul's main sights — great for exploring the city together. For a 16-night stay as a couple, it felt like genuinely excellent value.

The only downside was some noise and dust from nearby construction during our stay, but this was clearly outside the hotel's control and didn't reflect on the property or staff at all.

The apartment was nice and private.

The walls and floors are not al all sound resistant. We were kept awake by neighbors above and on one side several nights.
