Very clean.

Location was great. Overall comfortable and clean. Would definitely stay there again.

Just one little thing or two. Minor complaint of the toilet seat being loose. Coffee maker didn’t work in room.

The breakfast was a great value and convenient. The grounds and inside was clean- always someone cleaning. Great amenities!

At one point in our stay only 1/3 elevators working which was inconvenient and a mild inconvenience of having to move rooms due to our air freezing up.

Nismo dobili sobu koju smo rezervirali. Na recepciji su nam rekli da tu sobu vise nemaju i da ćemo dobiti sobu s manjim krevetima. Platili smo doručak, no svako jutro su nam zaračunali cijenu doručka i morali smo na recepciji svako jutro objašnjavati da smo platili doručak i da nam daju vaučer. Kreveti i jastuci su izuzetno neudobni, a madraci su propali u sredini.

Price this time was double the normal rate because of soccer world cup. My trip was for medical visits. Looking into other options for my next visit. Ice maker on my floor broken and bathroom would not stay on track.

The rooms were clean and staff were great.

While in general the hotel is good, tonight I'm writing this complaint at 11:26pm, because I can not go back to sleep. I was trying to sleep but there was a very loud group in patio area by the pool and even when I've complained twice to the front desk nothing have changed. On my second call the front desk told me "there is nothing I can do, the pool area is closed but they are on patio so I can't do anything about it". When you pay for a hotel room, you basically pay to be able to REST. Not for some soccer hooligans to have a party and keep you awake. The response from the front desk was unacceptable. When I challenged them that they could very well evict noisy people if it comes down to it he told me no he could not. He could only ask them to keep it a bit quieter. When I finally said in that case I'd just call the HQ and complain, he hang up the phone on me. That is NOT acceptable behavior, not when I'm asking the peace and quiet that comes with a hefty price tag.

Phone in room didn’t work, toilet wouldn’t flush… we had to have a dirty toilet the whole time we were there! The pillows weren’t comfortable and the restaurant didn’t have enough menus, I had to go down 3 times just to get food! What ever happened to room service??

Al momento de solicitar toallas nunca llegaron. Éramos 3 en el cuarto y solo colocaban 2 toallas. Esperé mucho tiempo y me tocó secarme con una de manos, porque las demás estaban usadas.

Accessible to other food options Plus stayed 4 nights and never had my room cleaned. Had to gather dirty towels after 3 days and take them out. Had to ask for clean towels, had to ask for someone to come get my garbage and bring me clean bags.

I have stayed here before because the location is nearby family and they have spacious and comfortable facilities and rooms. There is a nice patio outside and the pool area is decent.

The pool water was cloudy. And also the maid was extremely rude to me when I asked for more toilet paper and tissues. She didn't even speak to me.

I spent a week at the Hilton medical center location as I was in town for medical care. The room was nice but the bed was very comfortable. Every morning we had breakfast at their restaurant and the service staff were very attentive and very friendly and made us feel welcomed. Shout out to our servers Michelle, Jaimelit and Kevin for above and beyond great service. As a matter of fact all of the hotel personnel were helpful and kind, which is a sign of good management. I will stay here again the next time I need to come to Houston for medical care and highly recommend this place .

We had a recent event at the University of Houston. Unfortunately, we have found that area to be somewhat limited as to amenities. So we have started staying in the medical area instead as it's a short distance away. This hotel was very comfortable, and we enjoyed our stay. The included garage was a nice touch and made our parking seem a bit more "secure" than just on a lot. We also took advantage of the cafe for breakfast the next morning. It is not complimentary, but the selection, service, and price was very good. This was a good fit for us!

Very clean and the staff were very friendly. Even the manager was nice and gave us some good advice on food and spots around town.

I liked the presence of the complimentary laundry and gym facilities.

We secured a signed room-block agreement for our 2026 Family Reunion and received an official Hilton booking link to share with our families. Six months before our contractual cut-off date, the hotel unilaterally canceled our entire block because FIFA is coming to Houston. We were told to either change our dates (set for 4 years) or relocate far outside the city—disruptive, costly, and unrealistic for our group. This is not how contracts or hospitality should work. We expected integrity. Instead, we experienced displacement.

Carlos was very kind and friendly at the front desk. He helped me add my Hilton number to my stay. Also, y’all have the best water in a hotel bathroom ever. It actually washes off the soap.

The hotel was wonderful the staff were friendly and it was very clean and in a perfect spot around everything we needed the pool was awesome and the outdoor was very warm and cozy

I booked the room because I didn’t want to drive on the road late at night. I will never book this location again.
