There seems to be a problem with the pool. From what I gathered, it is closed more often than open. The hall carpet on many floors needs a good cleaning, while most of the staff was helpful and curious, a few were lazy and uninterested. It claims to have kitchens in the rooms, but they don't, while it does have plates, cups, bowls, and glasses but not enough utensils

The phone in the room doesn’t work, called the front desk from my cell phone twice to ask for a blanket, never received it. I went down to the front desk myself, they were only able to give me a sheet for the sofa bed. Two out of the three elevators were out of order, we were told it wouldn’t be worked on till tomorrow. We waited 30 minutes for the elevator, we had to go on it one person at a time because it was always full of people. The breakfast was included in the price, but the food was nothing to brag about. Overall experience is poor compared to other hotels we have stayed around the medical center.

Reviewed Jun 22, 2026Housekeeping was consistently neglected throughout our stay; we had to request room cleaning every day, and even after leaving at 8am, the room still hadn't been cleaned by 4pm. Toiletries like shampoo and shower gel were never restocked. To make matters worse, a pair of sneakers I left by the pool area went missing — the front desk staff showed zero empathy and made no effort to help. I emailed the General Manager (Kerman Sykes), who was off-property, and he didn't even bother to reply. Breakfast was basic and the staff were visibly unwilling to attend to any requests. This hotel lacks the most basic standards of service and accountability.

1. Fresh vegetables for breakfast would be nice 2. I was unable to get an invoice for my stay. Like some hotels in US this one does not understand the rules that the hotel issues the invoice for booking reservation. This is problematic for business trips.

샤워기가 벽에 부착된 고정형이 아니라 핸드샤워기로 자유롭게 사용할 수 있으면 좀더 편리할 것 같습니다. 냉방과 난방 장치가 Samsung이나 LG처럼 천장에 설치되면 냉방과 난방에 효율적이며 소음이 나지 않을 것 같습니다. 현재 설치되어 있는 GE 제품은 소음이 좀 심해서 수면시 방해가 됩니다.

Noisy outside and alot of police activity during sleeping hours. this was not to be expected. Nice people at the counter check in but was not to imphectic about the elevaters. We had to climb to the 9th floor and down twice. They did prvide us with a deduction on 1 night. I was greatful!

It’s like two hotels in one, and it’s not obvious. The parking in the parking garage is crazy. There are no obvious signs as to directions and what to do, especially if you’re able to check-in on your Hilton hotel honors app, I still had to go to the front desk to get an understanding that I was at the right location and then what I needed to do to access the parking garage.
