The location is perfect for our medical appointments at MD Anderson & the shuttle is a wonderful service. We needed to add two days to our stay for medical reasons & the front desk personnel were so helpful!! We’ll definitely continue to stay at Hyatt House Houston Medical Center for our future checkups!!

Only thing I didn't like was the elevator sometimes would get stuck for the parking garage and the stairwell doors dont have handles on the outside to access also better signage to let others know exactly where to get to the stairwell for the parking garage

Quarto confortável com cozinha e sofá (éramos 3 hóspedes, mas o sofá não foi arrumado como cama e dormimos os 3 na cama king). De modo geral o quarto tinha tamanho maior que o convencional em comparação aos demais hotéis que ficamos durante a viagem. Lavanderia gratuita foi de bastante valia.
Horário do café que terminava as 9h00 durante a semana (achei cedo) e estacionamento pago.

Could not get staff to change my sheets. I'd had an accident which necessitated a sheet change and I had the room booked till 4pm. 1st request was at 7:30 am. 3 requests later they were finally changed at noon. I'd had a procedure and needed the bed.

The bathroom is cramped especially the sink area. It's a noisy property with people always hanging around. I'm not sure if they are guests or not. The parking/elevator is challenging and not user friendly.

1- الخدمة الذاتية في كل شيء تقريبا ( من اخذ الشنط و ايصالها للغرفة - الغسيل انا مسؤولة عنه ) اذا احتجت غرض بعد الساعة 7 تقريبا انا انزل الاستقبال و اخذه!! 2- النظافة ( كل ليلتين ) فقط يجوا العاملات يشيلوا القمامة فقط و يتركوا الغرفة غير مرتبة بالمرة

The staff wasn’t very helpful and gave no information on hotel amenities. I felt the cost was a lot for the service I received I have stayed and paid less and received better accommodations other places around the same area.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026I had a lovely stay. The shuttle drivers were the best, took such good care of us all and made it possible to get by without renting a car. I was visiting Rice University, which is nearby enough to take the free shuttle to get to, or close enough to a bus stop to go somewhere else. Bummed I didn't have time to check out the Zoo, but it was a nice stay. Good variety for breakfast (slightly limited hours though, if you're not an early riser, set your alarm). A/C kept me alive and happy in my first time in the Texas heat. Coffee was good. Everyone was kind. Room was cozy. Thanks so much!
While there are snacks and such available, $8 for a bottled smoothie was a bit silly. Had the options been more affordable, I would have spent more at the hotel rather than eating out. The free shuttle with the great drivers made up for it though.

La habitacion tenia todo lo que precisaba y era muy comoda. Las instalaciones estan nuevas, con gimnasio y piscina. Realmente disfrute mi estadia ahi.

I arrived after 3pm for check in after treatment and the room was not clean and had to wait in the lobby till nearly 5pm. Asked staff if I could get in another room which would have down sized what I had booked but was told I could but room I booked was higher and I wouldn’t be refunded. Therefore, no option!
