Good central location. Clean. Spacious and reasonably well equipped room.

I was in the front of the hotel and stayed on a weekend night. There is a bar or club nearby with very loud music until 3am which made it difficult to have a good night’s sleep. If you don’t like noise request a room at the back or go somewhere else.

Everything, staff were lovely, when they discovered it was mothets birthday she had a free drink. Good location

Everything was fantastic! The location was perfect — the hotel is right in the center, but tucked away from the busy, noisy streets, so you get the best of both worlds. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, the room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was beautiful. And I absolutely loved the delicious scent as soon as you walk through the entrance. Such a lovely touch!

Location, good value for money.

We were located on the first floor, and could hear the beat of the music from reception. I mentioned it when we left and the receptionist said she would look in to it. On my next stay I will ask to be put on a higher floor.

The location is superb. The room is decently spacious. The bedding and shower are good.

The tap of the wash basin is so close to the basin top, meaning whenever you turn it on, the water is spilling all over the place. It’s such an awkward design. They said only my room is like this, but then why did they assign this room to me?

There was a constant sewage smell coming from the blocked shower tray.

Das Frühstück war leider echt nicht gut, deshalb nur 7 von 10 Punkten. Matschiges Rührei als einzige Option, nur eine Sorte Brötchen und auch ansonsten war die Auswahl echt gering. Mit wenig Aufwand wäre hier viel Verbesserung möglich.

Staff are always helpful, shout-out to Olivia, who ensures everyone had a good breakfast, (as far as the food quality would allow).

Breakfast was low quality, it made my wife and I a little ill. Quite astounding, I can eat anything, but this was dancing on even my threshold. Fruit juice tasted watered down, coffee was fine. For the room, no fridge, no bottles of water. Luxury, but for this sort of money, other hotels would provide these. No secure wi-fi, that's very sub par.

Kellner im Dachrestaurant hatte keine Lust mehr am Montagabend den Tisch sauber zu wischen. An denn Nachbartischen stand benutztes Geschirr, wir nutzten die Servietten um den uns zugewiesenen Tisch zu säubern. Auf unsere Bitte, feucht abzuwischen, schaute der Kellner erst von allen Seiten den Tisch an, ob das nötig wäre. Pah! Was für ein Verhalten gegenüber Gästen!

Excellent spot to explore the city. Large room with handicap facilities in the shower that were helpful.

The mattress had springs which fellt like they poked in your back. The shower drain seemed to have issues with noise coming out of it everytime someone flushed a toilet in a nearby room and it smellt like sewage every now and then. Parking cost at 25 a day wasn't cheap either.

Very central location with all the places of interest within a short walk. Very pleasant roof bar with fantastic views of the cathedral.

The roof bar needs to be more bar than sports bar. The tv remote was so worn it barely worked. Thankfully it was little used. The breakfast wasn’t up to the standard I expected of this chain.

Camera troppo piccola per tre ospiti con divano letto come terzo posto letto non preparato al momento dell’accesso. La responsabile presente in reception è stata comunque molto cordiale e rapida nell’assegnarci una camera sostitutiva. Albergo situato in zona pedonale: la struttura dovrebbe tuttavia informare - all’atto della prenotazione - che non è raggiungibile in auto.

Saknade minikyl på rummet, skulle ha behövts för att förvara kall dricka. Lite enahanda frukost: visserligen våfflor, men saknade färska grönsaker och rikligt med uppskuren frukt. Nu endast ett fåtal uppskurna gurkstavar och några få paprikabitar i var sin liten skål samt några oskalade bananer och hela äpplen i ett undangömt hörn.

De prijs van de parking maar dat is blijkbaar overal duur in Canterbury.

We’ve just returned from a weekend stay here and had such a lovely time. The hotel is beautifully clean, and our room was spacious with everything we needed. The girl at breakfast (I believe her name was Olivia) was especially wonderful! So friendly and welcoming. She mentioned she had only just started, but you would never have known. She was attentive, confident, and made the experience even more enjoyable. The chef was also fantastic and kindly prepared veggie sausages for us. We will definitely be back next time we’re in Canterbury. Thank you for such a great stay!

We enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are comfortable and clean. It is very convenient to restaurants, shops, grocery stores and, of course, Canterbury Cathedral. Breakfast was extremely nice. There is a satisfactory bar with snacks and such. The room was spotlessly cleaned every day. The staff work hard to make your visit enjoyable. I would have given five stars if it weren't for the nightclub close by thumping out music that we could hear in the room until the wee hours of the morning, and the fire alarms going off at 4 am two nights while we were there.

I came to Canterbury for a peaceful weekend. It ended up being a sleepless one with music of the nightclub next door thudding through the walls until 3am. Please be aware of this if you’re staying at the weekend, especially on the upper floors.

Centrally located in the town center. Comfortable with AC which made sleeping easy in the hot summer. Wonderful breakfast buffet.

That it is a chain

The hotel was clean bright and nice. Best part was the air con in the heat.

My only complain would be that they don’t offer water bottles in the bedroom specially in this heat

Locat⁰ion was first class, once you got there, but it was difficult to get to by car. Not the hotels fault, but central Canterbury is not designed for cars.

Breakfast was not good. Bake-off bread was hardly baked if there were any. Very limited choice of everything. It was messy and crowded. Fresh fruit was just melon.
