We received $25 vouchers each day for breakfast. The breakfast was beyond average and just wasn’t worth taking - so lost 3 days breakfast. Would have preferred to pay $50 less per room per day. Didn’t get a good vibe off the barman mixing the cocktails on the rooftop bar.

Good coffee available in room. Breakfast not included and many cafes within walking distance, so not needed.

Room was small. Behind the scenes shabbiness easily visible - when wrong lift doors opened. No front desk on ground floor.

Voucher für Frühstück reichen nicht aus. Man muss extra drauf zahlen, wenn man eine Mahlzeit plus Cafe nimmt. Dann kommen natürlich Steuer und minimun 18% Tip oben drauf. Frühstück typisch amerikanisch. Man wird jedenfalls satt :-)

Das Hotel liegt direkt an der U-Bahn Station und 5 Gehminuten vom Times Square. Perfekte Lage um die Stadt zu erkunden. Kleine saubere und überwachte Poolanlage, mehrere Bars und Restaurants runden das Hotel ab. Freundliches Personal und guter Zimmerservice ergänzen sich. Super für einen New York City Trip!

Hotel přímo v centru na time square. Denně úklid a výměna ručníků a doplnění kávy. Čistý tichý hotel. Klimatizace

Стильный интерьер. Просторный номер по меркам Нью Йорка. Вид из окна замечательный. Панорамные окна. Хороший кофе на 7 этаже. Убирались каждый день. Коктейли на террасе очень понравились.

В зоне бассейна, на 6 этаже, персонал не разрешил воспользоваться столом для еды из кафе по соседству. Для Америки это нонсенс, вокруг много посадочных мест как внутри так и снаружи которые пустовали в течении 6 дней нашего пребывания, а персонал бассейна отказал.

Que me cobraban diferente todos los dias, el precio del desayuno, tenia vale de 25 dolares, pedía un desayuno de 16 un cafe de 5 y un dia me cobraron 8 dolares, al tro 5, al otro 3, 2 dias no me cobraron nada, me parece que cobran al ojo. Sentí que no son transparentes con el cobro.

Très propre et super emplacement. La piscine en été était un gros plus!

Il n’y a pas beaucoup de choix pour le déjeuner. Aucun choix santé.

It is very cheerful. A nice relaxing vibe which is refreshing after being outside in noisy, crowded Times Square

I was in a room with a King size bed by myself. If another person had shared the room with me, we would have bumped into each other a lot.

Food and staff were sometimes rude. Not all the staff, some were great.

This place is wonderful. The environment is friendly and welcoming. Slept like a baby. Excellent choice for someone seeking comfort and location. Very clean.

I had a good overall stay at Margaritaville Resort Times Square. The room was clean, comfortable and nicely presented, and the complimentary amenities were a nice touch. The location is excellent if you want to be in the heart of New York, with Times Square right on your doorstep, making it a very convenient base for exploring the city and getting around. As we were visiting New York for the US Open, the location was particularly convenient. It can be noisy at times because of the central location, but that is to be expected when staying in Times Square. There were a couple of service issues that unfortunately affected my experience. I was disappointed that I couldn’t watch the US Open on the television in the room. The TV required you to connect your own mobile device in order to access streaming apps, rather than having the usual range of channels available. As watching the US Open was one of the main reasons for our trip, this was a significant disappointment. I also ordered breakfast through in-room dining, but unfortunately it never arrived. I called a few times and was told I could order by phone, but the link I was told would be sent to me never came through. I eventually had to get up and go out for breakfast, which was inconvenient. Overall, the hotel is clean, comfortable and in a fantastic location, but I felt the service was not quite at the level I would expect, particularly given the issues with breakfast and the lack of a straightforward way to watch television in the room. With a few improvements to the guest service experience, this could be a very good option for staying in New York.

It was clean. It was few minutes from the pot Authority and right in Times Square. It’s like a hidden gem in the city.

As always clean, safe, best place to stay in midtown. From the reception staff to the rooftop bar staff, everything perfect! Jen and Sam at the bar are the best ones. I see a lot of people coming back because of them. Keep up the good work!

As an international traveller they take a sizeable deposit hold on your credit card against damages which I don't know if that's the norm in USA.. but quite a shock when you have pre paid and checking in... this could just be that I wasn't aware hotels did this

The fact that I arrived at 2:40 check-in time at 3:00pm. I have to wait an hour and 15 minutes to check in because my room wasn’t ready I checked in at 4:15. The staff needs to be better communicated with each other, especially in the pool area, since they received different information from different staff members.

Incredible stay here. Staff were friendly and attentive. Pool was a huge bonus, location was flawless and the rooms were concise, clean and tidy and great value for money. I will 100% be back next year. Brilliant stay. Thanks guys.

It's very accessible especially if your are commuting and walking around the city. It's quiet even though its near to time square we didn't hear anything outside the hotel like what other reviews that its loud environment due to its location.

It is not soundproof we can hear other people outside of the rooms. The small room were not enough to open suit cases etc. for 2 people. Well given it's in the area of time square typical new york rooms.

The location was very convenient to various places of interest: Empire State Building, restaurants, shopping, Transit system to access WTC Museum and harbor tours.

Smoking fee charged even though nobody smoked in the room and the food at the Land Shark Bar & Grill and Margaritaville restaurant made us sick

They accused me of smoking in my room (I don’t smoke) and charged me $500 because they said they smoke sprinklers went off. That never happened.

Hotel très sympa. Notre chambre n'était pas très grande. La vue sur ville était chouette, la salle de bain très bien. La piscine est un plus mais elle est petite et il y a beaucoup de monde, ce n'est donc que pour se rafraichir, ce qui est déjà bien agréable. Le ménage a été bien fait pendant notre séjour, les bouteilles d'eau à disposition sont appréciables. La chambre était calme (20ème étage) malgré la proximité de Times Square.

Property was good. Check in was not that brilliant. I booked 2 rooms and was told I only had one. When I said I had definitely booked 2 and been charged for 2 seemed to make more of an effort to look. Of course I had done. Felt they could have been friendlier

I love the rooftop bar lounge. The restaurant had a wonderful bartender name Danny he was fun engaging and made fantastic drinks!!

The location was fantastic. The decor was cute and in line with Jimmy Buffetts style.

Pool closed early. No separate adult pool nor adult time so you would have swim where and when toddlers in diapers swam. This was my biggest disappointment they should make the pool adult only from 6-11pm and 8-10 am. Instead it is open to from 8-8 for everyone.. another pet peev was that the outside areas closed earlyunless you went to the rooftop bar which was loud and closed at midnight, so you could gather outside or anywhere inside as a group to share a pizza or glass of wine. We had 8 adults in our party and could never socialize outside in the evening. The rooms were way too small with no place to sit and have your coffee or a bagel. I do not like eating in bed!!! Last but not least, there was mold on the shower head. Luckily the rain shower did not so we could shower. Hot water was not steady and you needed to shut off and wait a minute during your shower to get hot water again. For the positives, the overall facility was clean. The front desk staff and room cleaners were sweet and tried to be accommodating. The company policy of not being able to sit outside at night was not their fault. Company needs to rethink how to also accommodate adults and adults who book as a larger group who want to socialize after 8 pm.

Location to Times Square is perfect, great restaurants offering breakfast lunch and dinner made feeding kids easier. The staff were really kind and helpful.

ARRIVED FRIDAY EVENING. PIOL WATER WAS COLD. NO HEATER AND PIOL CLOSES AT 8PM ON WEEKEND. THOS IS NOT GOID. ITS A CARIBBEAN STYLE RESORT THE POOL CAN STSY OPEN LATER LIKE 10 PM..OR SO. AND WATER BE KEPT AND WARM!!

Well appointed rooms, very close to subway, and the pool would be nice if it hadn't been raining.

Probably a great spot when the weather is beautiful but not great when it's raining. There's no real lobby here, and the rooms are tiny, so unless it's nice enough to be outdoors on the patio or at the pool, there's nowhere in this hotel to just hangout. The entryway also wreaks of weed from the store nextdoor. Very pricey for what you get, even by NYC standards, and really only worth it if you luck into pool weather.

The beds were comfortable. The location was in a good spot.

What I didn’t like was the rooms didn’t have any microwaves.

Das Gym ist leider sehr sehr klein, mir hat nicht gefallen dass die Öffentlichkeit Zugang hat zu den Aufzügen, zu den Zimmern und am Pool die Armbänder nicht kontrolliert werden und auch die Poolliegen nicht wieder frei gegeben werden, wenn die Gäste gehen

J ai pris les petits déjeuner pour 2 mais en faite c est des vaucher de 25 dollars par personne cela veut dire que ces 25 dollars il y a aussi les taxes de 3%plus le tips du serveur qui c est choisi lui même sans rien demandé 10 dollars sans que je puisse choisir le montant. Donc évidemment j ai du payer 19 dollars supplémentaire. Je trouve ça déloyal.j ai fait un voyage à Miami l année dernière et le petit déjeuner compris dans l hotel n avait aucun supplément.

Weinig plaats aan het zwembad, tot daar aan toe, maar dan nog 10 "speciale" zetels zetten die je kunt reserveren aan $400 per dag, dat is er wel wat over. Die staan dan ook 90% van de tijd leeg terwijl er voor de hotelgasten vaak geen plaats is.

Hygiëne, locatie, zwembad, niet lang hoeven te wachten bij de liften, geen geluidsoverlast, flesjes water dn koffie op de kamer gratis.

De bedden waren aan de krappen kant.

The decor is neat

To start, the cleanliness. From the bacon on my room floor when we checked in, blood on our bed sheets, hair, pimple patches, and bandaids floating in the pool, open water bottles left by our coffee machine and over flowing garbages in the lobby- or perhaps the staff when these details were brought to their attention (blaming their paying guests instead of taking accountability). All around I would avoid this hotel at all costs

Frigo rotto in camera, col caldo di agosto era utile per tenere acqua fresca . Ascensori sono pochi e lenti, in relazione al volume di persone che ci passano , compresi gli esterni all hotel che entrano per salire nei pub e ristoranti . Piscina poco pulita

Amazing stay at Margaritaville Hotel Times Square! The hotel was spotless, the staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was exactly what we were looking for. The seafood boil at the restaurant was absolutely fantastic and was definitely one of the highlights of our trip. I loved the laid-back beach vibe throughout the hotel. It truly felt like a tropical escape right in the heart of New York City. I highly recommend it if you’re looking for a fun and relaxing stay in Times Square.

La piscine minuscule et sale Les transats sales Le ménage pas fait une seule fois pendant le séjour Pas de peignoirs ni chaussons alors que c’est indiqué dans la réservation Petit déjeuner compris : c’est une arnaque, en réalité c’est un voucher de 25 dollars pour le bar de l’hôtel, il y a une carte breakfast mais vu les prix (qui plus est Indiqués hors taxe et hors tips) il est impossible d’avoir un petit déjeuner décent avec cette somme et vous êtes sans cesse obligé d’ajouter au bout.

Great hotel, room is bigger than seems to be on the photos. Super clean, friendly staff. Pool is small but deep to have a good swim. Location is great but for same reasons a bit hectic.

The restaurants which are not part of the hotel, but located in. Staff not very friendly, I ordered seafood meal, required a special tool to eat, which was lost, the guy looked for it for 20 minutes, my food was cold, never found. They didn't even apologize or offered me a free drink. I went to see the manager — same, a bit rude, no result, had to go eat outside.

Incredible, brilliant staff, incredible location, food spot on, room concise but clean and tidy, pool and bars were exceptional. All amenities near by and wild value for money. Will 100% be back. Shout out to Devon and Andrew and others. Verging on perfect. See you next year. James

Vi havde fået et meget lille værelse. Da jeg forsøgte at ændre til større eller værelser, fik jeg en lidt flabet attitude fra den unge mand i lobby’en. Jeg havde ønsket at få tilbudt et skifte - selvfølgelig med ekstra betaling for det større værelse - men det eneste der kunne komme på tale var at at booke et lille værelse ekstra…. Og så billigt var Margaritaville altså ikke. At vi bare kunne betale for et for lille værelse til 4 og så booke nyt til 2. Der VAR 2 små værelser, som vi kunne være rykket i. Men det blev vi nægtet. Lidt øv!

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja najlepsza stacja przesiadkowa, bezpośrednie połączenie z lotniskiem stacją Jamaica. Fajny design, oryginalny wakacjny styl. Basen pozwala na relaks i ochłodę. Na górze fajny bar z widokiem na miasto. Czysto jak na USA.

Pokoje bardzo małe, prysznice na basenie nie działają przez co woda w basenie jest mętna, pokoje nie są odkurzane ale ścielone codziennie, chciałem pochwalić recepcjonistę Pana William Wong. Empatyczny pomocny pracownik. Za to Pan Zhi jak dla mnie kompletnie oderwany od rzeczywistości bezduszny recepcjonista.

We had a great stay! Checking in was quick and easy, and Carlo at the front desk went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and hassle-free as possible. His excellent customer service really made a difference. The location is ideal if you’re in New York to see Broadway shows or enjoy the bright lights, vibrant energy, and nightlife of Times Square. Everything is conveniently located nearby, making it easy to explore the city. The waitresses at the restaurant were warm and pleasant, adding to the overall positive experience. The food is your typical American fare, so if you’re expecting fine dining, this may not be the place for that—but it’s still convenient and satisfying for a casual meal. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and especially appreciated the convenient location and the wonderful service from the staff

The room is on the smaller side, but it was clean and well maintained, with housekeeping keeping the room tidy every day. The pool is also quite small, but honestly, it wasn’t an issue for us. There is so much to see and do in NYC that the pool is really just a nice bonus.
