The resort exceeded expectations. I searched for the hotel I pacifically wanted but it was better than I imagined

I liked every thing from the variety of food, activities for the children, the pack lunches they send you on with excursions (which was a lovely touch) and great staff. Every one at Hawaii paradise was very accommodating and kind

There was some lies about the internet ,and also there was lot of mosquitos. We were paid all exclusive there was no internet in the rooms they ask us to pay $5 per person or 2 mobiles.

They didn’t clean until you asked them , the light gone off twice the same night.

Room service was consistently poor—items were often missed during room cleaning, and I had to call multiple times to have issues resolved. The food quality was subpar, and the restaurant was always overcrowded. The overall approach felt like money came first, with customer service as an afterthought.

The property was very comfortable but needs more cleaning . The food is good . Pool is clean .

My issue was with the receptionist are very unprofessional my stay was beautiful but the receptionist made me change my mind about the trip i asked before comming two day to pay by credit card but when arrived they asked me to pay in cash and it was a friday hollyday no banks. And the ATM in the hotel have a technical problem so i went in the sun with my children to search for an ATM to withdraw the cash and went arrived the receptionist was upset with the banknotes i bought as it was in 200 , 50, 20, 10 categories he was rude and was taking very ruff, I think this kind of people doesn't reserve to work in such a place. Tank in place that the credit card payments in hall Egypt is functioning by the way another receptionist called hossam wanted me to buy from him a cash banknote with a profit for him

Mahmood from reception was the best we had 33 passengers he took a lot of care personally messaging via WhatsApp making sure we all happy.

The cleanliness wasn’t great but mahmood made that a small issue because his service and care was phenomenal. He should be in a four seasons hotel not Hawaii

This was the WORST place I have ever stayed in my life. The hotel and staff are WEIRDOS!!! they give off pedo vibes and jokes around taking my 3 year old baby!!! We felt majorly unsafe here and the vibe was just off. Some how they have managed to leave their own review for me. So this is my Real review!! The doors didn’t lock and we had to barricade ourself in to feel semi safe. Have never wanted to leave a country more in my life. We joked once we was safe and at the airport that we survived the “horror hotel” we felt like we was in a horror movie. I would avoid this like the plague if you have a young child of colour. They was obsessed with them!! Food also gave me the shxts. I was unwell for 4 days from this!!

y recent stay at Hawaii Paradise Aqua Park Resort was a mixed experience, showcasing both the beauty of the resort and some areas in need of improvement. What I Loved: - Room and View: My room was beautifully appointed, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to such scenery each day was truly a highlight of my trip. - Variety of Pools: The resort features a fantastic variety of pools, catering to different tastes and age groups. It was great to have so many options for relaxation and fun. - Food Variety and Taste: The dining options were impressive, with a diverse menu that catered to various palates. Every meal was a delightful experience, offering delicious flavors and plenty of choices. - Marine Experiences: The marine activities provided by the resort were a wonderful addition, allowing us to connect with the stunning underwater world.

Areas for Improvement: Unfortunately, my experience was marred by some service-related issues. The housekeeping left much to be desired. Despite my requests to change the linens, they were ignored, and the room was not cleaned properly. There was an unpleasant smell in the room, and the cleanliness of the dishes left something to be desired. Additionally, I found that most of the kitchen and bar staff were not very friendly. Their lack of warmth and engagement gave a rather indifferent atmosphere, which was disappointing during such a beautiful vacation.

The food was okay not bad but it was the same everyday, they have different kinds of food but it was boring to see the same meals everyday The worst thing which destroyed my vacation was the long line at food area and no organization , as you can find someone jump in front of you to get his food

i liked the number of swimming pools, but it the water wasn't clean good and cause for my family problem in thier eyes , only standout person in this place was a pool lifeguard named Ashry, who was truly respectful and courteous in his dealings

First of all, I encountered several problems as soon as I arrived. When I spoke to the reception manager, I expressed that such issues shouldn't happen in a hotel that is supposed to be five stars. In response, he implied that this is what you get for your money, and I received no further response. We were surprised to find that the beach was closed, so we had to use the swimming pools. Honestly, there are a lot of pools, but unfortunately, the water had a high chlorine content and was polluted by kids, and they didn't seem to know how to address this, which caused us problems with our eyes. The food was very poor, and the restaurant manager, who seemed to have a difficult personality, was unprofessional. If you tried to discuss any food issues with him, he might even attack you verbally. The food was repetitive and rarely changed, and if you were late for lunch or dinner, there was not much left. The service from the restaurant team was among the worst I've experienced, with only a few chefs showing any professionalism.

Absolutely bad experience. You can consider this hotel is without room services at all. You have to beg the receptionists to send you somebody for room service. Food is repetitive everyday. Stomach troubles symptoms are inevitable.

I like all the hotel staff and meals all is clean and delicious. I want to say Many thanks to Mr Saad from FO for his welcome to me and my family and his cooperation in speeding up the housing for us.

No Thing.

Unfortunately, this is the worst hotel I have ever visited in my life. It is an experience I would not wish on anyone. The hotel rooms are new and beautiful, but you have to stop the elevator for half an hour to get to the room. The reception is like a crowded market. There is no air conditioning. I saw people sitting and eating in the reception. There is no supervision. The hotel manager is a respectful person, but the hotel is bad. I do not recommend it to anyone at all. It is a popular hotel and is not worth the money.

The food was so so bad!!! I am an American/Egyptian how paid by $$. We were told that we cannot go into the foreign dining room because it is reserved only for foreigners and not Egyptians. We made a big fuss about it and they let us eat in the foreigner dining room. This is very disgraceful that I have to fight to eat in a location where I paid for. also, someone broke my chair that was on our patio, switched it out and then I told the front desk and housekeeping, but no one ever came to replace it.

I liked the availability of more than one swimming pool with different depths suitable for children and adults, and I liked the room. It was large, comfortable, and its cleanliness was okay.

I did not like the excessive crowding, which affected the various services, including serving food. I used to stand in a long line in order to get food or drinks, or to get a table to sit at during meals, and the food was running out and I could not find what I wanted, and the types of food were not many to choose from. Especially the types of sweets, and there was no change in the types, so I was eating the same food every day, and even its taste was not delicious. The crowding also affected getting places at the swimming pool, and the beach was bad, so I could not swim in the sea.. The hotel does not live up to the five-star level, as there are 4-star hotels. The level of services there is much better

Wir kamen um 2 Uhr nachts an das Zimmer war nicht bezogen es dauerte 1 Stunde bis das Zimmer fertig gemacht wurde! Keine Handtücher keine Seife nichts,kein Bett für die Kinder ! Personal, Sauberkeit, essen 0 Sterne! Dieses Hotel ist leider nichts für den Europäer nur für Einheimische! Die Anlage an sich ist wirklich sehr schön aber der Schein täuscht! Wer jeden Tag ,dass selbe essen möchte bzw. Reste vom Vortag ist hier richtig! Wir mussten jeden Abend 25 Kilometer raus fahren um auswärts zu essen! Wasser bekommt man pro Person eine kleine Flasche auf mehrmals Anfrage bzw anbetteln eine zweite Wasserfalsche kostenpflichtig bei all Inclusive!!! Es gab kein Kinder freundliches Essen!!! Pommes musste man Personal anbetteln für Kinder! Das Housekeeping wurde von uns mit Trinkgeld belohnt an den ersten/zwei Tagen aber wenn man ein Tag kein Trinkgeld gegeben hat wurde er sehr Aufdringlich und hat auf sein Trinkgeld bestanden und ging uns auf die Nerven,es war uns sehr unangenehm und wir fühlten uns gezwungen ihn jeden Tag Geld zu geben! Internet bezahlt man 20€ extra für nichts,man hat keine Verbindung . Auf Anfrage wieso der bezahlte WLAN nicht geht bekommt man gesagt“ Internet ist heute ausgefallen im ganzen Hotel!!! Und das jeden Tag die selbe Antwort!!!!! Wir würden dieses Hotel keine europäische Familien empfehlen!!!!! Bitte geht die negativen Kommentare gründlich durch!!!! Wir werden kein Fuß mehr in dieses Hotel setzten meiner Meinung nach Niveau von drei Sterne!

the overall cleanness of the premises,the vast green area,the water sports and aqua park,the amazing swimming pools,the food quality and the wide variations of items at the dinner buffet.

the beach facilities especially the floating bridge which lacks a simple ladder.this makes a hazardous problem as I've tried to jump out of the water many times and I failed of course. i couldn't imagine a problem like that to occur in such a huge hotel/resort marked a five-star rating. this simple problem has a major negative effect on the whole experience
