When our room was cleaned, they only changed the sheets no new towels, no new coffee or cups the old cup with coffee was still in the room. I just thought that was odd.

Everything provided by the hotel is was great. The location to downtown was fantastic. Super easy to get to and from the airport as well. We only had breakfast at the hotel but the quality was great.

There was 2 times a very loud fire alarm in the middle of the night. At 2:30 and 4:50, which means a night without sleep. All the guests went outside.

We had a great time staying in the Hyatt Centric Downtown Nashville, the vibe was great, it was close to the action and I was in town for a conference at the Music City Center and enjoyed the walk to the center from the hotel. Staff were great, rooms were comfy and Ella's became a meeting place for my team to debrief after the conference. We'll be staying here again on our subsequent trips to Nashville.

Staff was unfriendly and gave away our room that was reserved. I had to argue with the manager to get the room back that was reserved. The breakfast was not free, we had to pay for it first and the go back to the desk and have them take it off the bill and that was not anywhere in the description.

Our stay here has been incredible. Hook up Hailey and Conner at valet. They took care of us. The location is incredible and it’s close to the Alan Jackson concert.

Located in walking distance to Broadway and the Nissan Stadium. Staff were very cordial. Ella’s was located in the hotel & perfect for breakfast! Rooms were very clean and the bed was super comfortable! Will definitely stay there again!

The hotel is very clean and is just a short distance to the pedestrian walkway to get to Nissan Stadium. Check in and out as well as the valet service was great which made our stay stress free.

Perfect location to walk to broadway or a show at Nissan stadium. Room was spotless and beds were so comfortable. Everything was as it should be. Staff welcoming and went above and beyond to make the weekend special for my son.

This beautiful hotel was convenient and accommodated an early check in so I could sleep after early flights. It is close to the fun but peaceful and quiet too.

My daughter and I took a short girls trip to see a concert. We have been to quite a few Hyatt’s and this was our favorite one. The decor in the room was so cute. We had a view of broadway from our window. We would highly recommend this hotel and can’t wait to come back.

The good... Great hotel. Great service. The bad... The $30 daily destination fee plus associated taxes are wholly criminal. Not a fan of that nonsense. $90 for three days for $15 in snacks and a minimal discount that only works during hours I am working with a Client. Not cool. Way not cool.

Everything was spot on at the Hyatt Centric. It was our first time to Nashville and looking at maps wasn't quite sure how close it would really be to Broadway and my conference at 8th Ave. It was a short walk to both and being a couple blocks off Broadway was perfect, it allowed us to get away from the foot traffic. We went during the week of CMA Fest, so Sun - Wed weren't bad, but later in the week we could slightly hear the music from Broadway late into the night. No fault of the hotel, just the way it is, and it was faint. Our king room with sofa was perfect for us, it gave room to spread out for the week and also get some work done. The value for the price we paid is hard to judge, since it was CMA Fest week, I'm assuming prices were higher than usual; but it was the best bang for our buck as far as location, price, amenities, and room type. The service from front desk to room cleaning was great, I appreciated the text message to see if we needed anything when we had the "do not disturb" sign up. We typically only need our room cleaned/fresh towels every other day. The restaurant area was convenient and good (including the service). We had drinks there a couple of evenings along with snacks at the bar. The hummus, pizza, and meatballs were all delicious. We also had breakfast in the restaurant one morning, which again was really convenient, fast, and tasted good. All in all, we definitely recommend and hope to stay there again in the future.

Be sure to check your sheets before you get into the bed. Mine were disgusting and stained all over. Over all location is great if youre planning on hitting broadway.

Very close walking distance to the concert we were going to. Loved the ability go downstairs on the property to eat/drink prior to the concert.

Modern. love the mint lemon water in the lobby, great vibe. Clean…although I did notice it could be dusted and deep cleaned a bit more. Very helpful staff. Don’t like the destination fee, that’s weird. Parking was costly but it is the way it is in Nashville everywhere. Room is fairly small with two queens. It was nice though and would come back really close walk to town. I’m glad we stayed here. Front staff folks are super nice.

The amenities were amazing and I loved how everything was super close. Even with how crazy the weekend was Conner and Lucas were able to help me with the car. Loved staying here would totally recommend it.

We had an amazing stay celebrating my sister’s 21st birthday in Nashville! The hotel was beautiful, very clean, had a great pool area, and the restaurant on site had a very good breakfast each morning. The entire property felt welcoming and very well maintained. What truly made the experience exceptional was Kendra R. She went above and beyond to make my sister feel so special for her birthday and provided some of the best hospitality I’ve experienced in a very long time. Her genuine care and attention to detail truly stood out and made our trip even more memorable. The hotel is very lucky to have her, she truly made our stay unforgettable. We will definitely be back!

The Hyatt Centric near Broadway is a great hotel close to the action. Everything was clean, and the room was nice. Loved having floor-to-ceiling windows. The only con, which is not the hotel's fault, is that you will definitely hear the sirens from the fire station, which is up the street, at all times; however, Friday and Saturday were the loudest. And you will hear music on Friday and Saturday nights. It is not too crazy, though, and just part of being in Nashville. I didn't think you would be able to hear the music because it's close to Broadway, but not that close. However, the hotel was great, and we would stay again and maybe ask for a room on the other side. Uber was easy to get, and the hotel was within walking distance to all the fun that Nashville offers. Can't wait to go back! The staff was great, and they have an on-site Italian restaurant and a small market to grab drinks and snacks.

Great time at Hyatt Centric with the perfect location right in Downtown! The hotel was clean, modern, and very comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful throughout the stay, and everything was within walking distance — restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. The atmosphere was lively but still relaxing. Definitely a great choice if you want to stay in the heart of the city. Would happily stay here again!

It was a beautiful hotel. It was in a great location. Everything was within walking distance. It was super clean. In the gym amenities were acceptable. I didn’t have too much interaction with staff. But they were extremely friendly professional at check-in as well as checkout. I did not partake in the breakfast at the property. So I have no remarks on that. However, I will most definitely be going back to Nashville when I do nine times out of 10 I will be staying at that location. The hotel rate could be a little better. The races were higher during my previous booking. So I was surprised to see him lower for Mother’s Day. But I am very much aware that is because of the current state going on with the administration. But overall, the rate per night was somewhat acceptable, but it does not change my opinion I would still go back.

Great customer service upon check in. However, 60 dollars to park at a hotel you're already staying at seems excessive. They also charge an additional 70 dollar 'destination fee'. Got to the room and had dirty sheets, and found foot under tables and on the floor. There are several hotels surrounding this one. We won't be staying again.

Car service call all did not work. Made it hard to get car in timely manner. Breakfast not served until 7. Had early flight and had paid for all inclusive breakfast. They suggested we go next door that opened at 6. Also no coffee at all until 7. Most have coffee out by 6

We were more than happy with our stay at the Hyatt Centric. Besides the fantastic location so close to Broadway and the river, we were so impressed with everything at the hotel. From the greeting at the front desk when we arrived, the fact that they were able to honor an early check in, the delicious infused water station in the lobby, the cleanliness and comfort of the pool and gym, the breakfast, to the friendliness of staff, we could not have been happier during our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel when visiting Nashville! Tip-get the breakfast included! It is delicious-we tried something different each morning, but couldn’t help but add the amazing fresh fruit plate every day!

This property was a fabulous choice for our stay when we came to Nashville to celebrate my mom’s birthday. It was a very easy walk to broadway! I booked 2 rooms on points. I used a suite upgrade award and the suite was wonderfully outfitted. Loved the big soaking tub I enjoyed reading in and the record player with an assortment of albums to listen to. That was a special touch for a Nashville suite! The staff were amazing and I had emailed ahead to let them know we were celebrating my mother’s birthday. They were so responsive and surprised her with a bottle of champagne in her room, along with 4 glasses for us all to enjoy it, as well as balloons and a card wishing her happy birthday. We were here around Christmas time and the decor was gorgeous. The breakfast was phenomenal, and the globalist benefit for breakfast was the best we’ve experienced.
