Embassy Suites by Hilton Nashville Downtown

Very nice hotel

Breakfast buffet. Allowed for early check in

Breakfast was very good. A lot to choose from. Something for everyone in the family.

The elevators were very slow and it seemed a couple were out of order.

How close it was to broadway

We had to wait for the elevators almost 30 minutes at times. They also ran out of parking.

Awesome

Pool outside

The location, staff, beautiful lobby, nice & clean rooms.

That I didn't receive my adjoining rooms as I asked. I feel like once you book and pay in full those rooms should already be assigned to you. Other than that everything was great!

Most of all, I like the free breakfast to set up I love the evening snacks with the cocktail was just an added perk

I wish the pool error was a little bit better in the pool was a little bit bigger but other than that, it was fine

Close to Broadway, Starbucks and great breakfast and happy hour

Plenty of air conditioning and spacious

NA

Location, dining, room and the cleanliness

Reception staff— slow to make the check-in quicker. Staff talking each other in-front longer than taking care of customers/clients.

The rooms were clean and appealing.

Parking and upon entry into the building there was a sewer odor.

Location

Very rude and unhappy staff. I understand that they were busy during our stay but it still does not mean that they should be rude. You don’t get a type of service or hospitality for the amount of money you pay. Do not recommend unless you want your stay to be ruined by upset people.

Location was everything, city view was perfect, beds so comfortable and the entire room was spotless!

Location

Had elevator issues

Location and cleanliness. Staff was extremely nice and helpful

nORMAL ES LO MISMO EN ESOS DESAYUNOS

LA ZONA DE ALIMENTOS RAPIDOS MUY ESCASA

The room was nice and clean. They didn't have strong, gross scents in the room which is greatly appreciated as my family has allergies. The breakfast was good and they had lots of options.

The "living room" in our hotel room was small. We had to open the fold out couch to sleep and it was very hard to walk once that was done. The parking wasn't good. When we got there it was full even though we had handicap parking. The valet told us to look in other surrounding lots, which we didn't find anything at first. Then something finally opened.

Our stay was excellent from start to finish. The location could not have been better. It was convenient to everything we wanted to do, while still feeling comfortable and relaxing when we returned to the hotel. The staff truly stood out. Everyone we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They made us feel taken care of without ever being overbearing, and their customer service made a great stay even better. The facilities were also impressive. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. The rooms and common areas were comfortable and inviting, and it was clear that the hotel takes pride in providing a high-quality experience for its guests.

Staff was very nice and helpful

Having to park across the street from the hotel

Beautiful and spacious room in a great location. Walking distance to everything

Parking is slightly inconvenient and expensive

Great location. Enjoyed the cocktail hr & Breafast

La ubicación

El personal, en particular el jefe de recepción, un tal Phil

Great location and overall a very good stay. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, and the price was reasonable. We also enjoyed the complimentary evening drinks. The hotel was quite busy, though, and we had to wait both at check-in and for the elevators, which was a little frustrating.

Great location

The hotel was too busy

Property was beautiful. Great room with view.

It was very expensive for two days and the pool was. Rey small.

Great breakfast. Friendly staff

Nothing

Pretty much everything.

Little pricey but only because of the annoying endless list of taxes on the room.

Breakfast was excellent plenty of choices, clean and a very attentive staff supporting same.

Nothing that we didn't like

Perfect location, very clean and well functioning room and facilities, spacious suite

Some members of the staff did not show appreciation for their customers. Breakfast could not live up to the standard of the hotel (room appearance, quality of food)

Location, cleaning, room size, great breakfast.

Location

Dirty room

Everything

On the weekend the pool closes at like 5:30pm

It was within walking distance of everything we were doing during our stay.

We did NOT like the fact that they did not tell us that the pool and rooftop area was closed when we checked in! We found out after we had changed to go swimming and got to the door and was told a private party had the floor to themselves that we were NOT allowed to use it. When we asked the front desk they said they didn’t not have to let guests know due to it being an area that they can book out.(if planning to stay and you want to enjoy this area, better ask if they are having any large parties) We had also been told we would have valet parking and that could not be accommodated either so we had to find our own parking. It was also long waits(over 15 minutes) to get on elevators to go up or down between floor.

The room was amazing and bed sooo comfortable

Parking was a challenge

Location, 5 minute walk to Broadway, complimentary breakfast, happy hour.

Paying to park, no discounts for restaurants when staying at hotel.

It’s very clean. The location makes it very accessible to the main stream attractions of the city.

Elevators are small and could have another to accommodate all the guests in the property

Excellent

Great location

They tell you you have a $25 food/beverage credit but it only covers prepared foods. I could t even get a bottle of water. Felt like bait/switch

Close to Broadway. And housekeeping did an excellent job.

I have never left a bad review. This hotel seems like it needs some management that is willing to train its employees. The people in reception were very rude and un accommodating. The valet asked 4 times for my key when i was unloading my car. Then thought it was funny when the text for your car function didn't work . The breakfast had the capability to serve twice and many people but was only serving powdered eggs in 1 line approximately 20 minutes long. I've had better hotel experiences from a motel 6. For the price of this hotel its horrible!!!

As camas super confortáveis, localização excelente, funcionários muito atenciosos, café da manhã espetacular, o melhor que já tive nos EUA.

Horário da piscina muito reduzido

The property was really nice and a great location to Broadway in Nashville. The breakfast was great and happy hour was nice. The employees in Valet were great, they were the only ones that could answer a question and was great at assisting us and we didn’t have a car.

The staff at the front desk never answered one question I asked them. They do not have a concierge so you would think the front desk could assist you. They couldn’t even answer questions about the Resort. I also had no knowledge that they charge you $25 a day for food at their pool bar restaurant and soda, no bottled water nor alcohol. If you don’t use it each day you lose it but they charge you. No one wants to eat there everyday so we got charged an extra $25 each day. It would have been different if they allowed us to use it on alcohol and water, but they don’t.

Breakfast Big selection. But the Hot food was not very hot. coffee was very good.

The lights in the room were difficult to figure out at night. Not all of them worked. The elevators were very slow. We did not care for the bathroom shower soap, shampoo etc. Didn’t care for the smell.

No volvería . El personal muy mal educado y poco servicial.

Loved the breakfast and cocktail hour! The room was super clean, spacious, and the beds were comfy. Close to Broadway was a plus!

It was super busy and the only downfall was the wait for the elevators.

The hotel was really nice, the room was clean and comfortable. We had a really great view of the city, especially for the fireworks! We really enjoyed the location, we were able to walk to everything we needed. We are hoping to be back in November.

We were there for the 4th of July so they had the top level blocked off for a ticketed event. We were not able to use the pool because of this. We had kids with us so that was a little disappointing. The website stated that the only parking available was valet. When we got to the property they told us parking was full so we had to self park off property. Luckily there was parking close by.

The room had a great view & was close to everything needed. Really relaxing and the people who worked here were helpful and polite!

Ubicación

Es un timo , nada de suites con dos habitaciones . Unas con dos camas . Pero cobran por dos habitaciones .

Close and clean

No hot tub

Location is great far enough from broadway that the noise isn’t a hindrance but close enough to walk.

The only issue we had was the onsite parking was full but we also did not get into town until 11:30pm

We really enjoyed our stay we went for the Fourth of July and I was in a perfect area where we were able to walk to everything.

There was nothing that I didn’t like. It was a great day.

Great place, excellent staff everything great.

There was nothing. I liked everything in there.

The location was perfect and the facilities were very nice and clean.

There was no parking and didn’t find this out until we got to the hotel, had to pay to park and walk to the hotel. The elevators took a long time to go up and down. The pool and rooftop were reserved for certain guests, which was one of the main reasons for booking.

The employees

Close to broadway!

Location, views and free breakfast.

Price- I paid over $900 for a two night stay and that was not including valet being $67 a night. Its not that sound proof and you could hear when surrounding guest shut there doors. Bathroom door.was a bit awkward to lock. The pool was very small and outside furniture on roof needed to be cleaned. I was expecting the outside pool area to have more furniture or nicer set up for the price.

The location, staff, rooms were nice. Our room wasn’t cooling off and we said something to the front desk and by the time we got back our room was cooled off!

The pool was closed and elevators took awhile to come, which is to be expected but we waited 10 minutes one time just to go down.

Location

The most boy reason we picked this hotel was for the rooftop pool and overlook and that whole floor was closed for construction

The breakfast was excellent, and complimentary beverages were provided.

There were five elevators, and wait times of up to ten minutes were experienced.

location is good

none

Complimentary breakfast Shower Bed was great

No iron

Location and breakfast

Slooooow elevators

Clean and comfortable rooms. Very quiet stay in spite of being on the same floor as the main dinning area.

We booked this stay for the pool and the pool area has been closed for ver a week. No mention of limited access on the app.

The hotel was very clean and tidy.

The hotel was 30 stories and only 2 of the 5 elevators were working. I waited over 30 minutes one morning and ended up taking the stairs to get down. The pool was also out of commission and when I asked the receptionist if they posted that somewhere because we booked this hotel specifically for the pool because my 3 kids were coming and her response was "no, its an amenity so we arent obligated to notify our guests". She was extremely rude and didnt care at all.

It was convenient, clean and everyone was friendly and breakfast was great!

The 600 I got charged for resort fee

Great stay! More buggies needed at check-in!

It was great!

L’emplacement

Breakfast was great! The line was very short and the food hall was clean.

Elevators took a long time, anywhere from 10-15 minutes to go up or down. We were given free drink vouchers for the evening reception, line was all the way to the end of the hall. Pool closed at 5PM which was also very frustrating.

Location was perfect and close the downtown bars

Access to room service due to the room phone did not work. The sofa bed was slanted & uncomfortable

The rooms and location

The additional $25 charge and they tell you that you can use it or lose it, but they have limits on what you can get. No beverages or chips.

The property was clean and very well located.

The staff was not very friendly and seemed offended when I asked simple questions. I think having a check-in at 4 PM and closing the pool at 5 PM. It’s kind of a rip off as well as giving customers complementary drinks and snacks were only for a limited one and a half hour time period. Especially considering the drink tickets had no time limit printed on them so we weren’t able to take advantage of them anyway. This also seems like a rip off. The parking at your hotel was way too expensive considering we are paid guests. Other parking options open to the general public were much cheaper. It doesn’t seem right, where we are your customers and you rake us over the coals for the parking. I mean, it’s not like you’re not making money off of us already.

Bell man was pleasant. Room quiet and clean.

The roof top with city view was closed. Too many kids in the pool. Happy hour was subpar.

Night stands not on every lesvier

My

Location and cleanliness

Too many extra fees

excelentes no tubieron la abitacion que abia reservado pero me dieron la opción de una con una mejor vista

Location and quality of facilities

Often had 10 minute waits for the elevators

Yes, we love Embassy Suites. Nashville ES is a step above the experience of other cities. Within walking distance, there are many memorable institutions that reflect a musical and racial history that all Americans need to experience and that even foreigners will enjoy. The steak restaurant offers live music, and the happy hour on the fourth floor draws all guests to great views of the city and expert mixologists.

The breakfast queues through a tunnel-like side room bamboozled many foreign guests, and the strict opening hours had some Europeans grumbling. Nashville has many sites, and we could not find a good walking map.

Breakfast was delicious and location was good.

There was no privacy in the room bathroom.

Localização e conforto

Quarto espaçoso e confortável. Funcionários da recepção atenciosos. Localização excelente, próximo à Broadway e outras atrações da cidade.

Limpeza do quarto e o colchão estava afundado do meu lado da cama.

The hotel is clean, location perfect. Free breakfast, restaurant in hotel totally convenient.

One employee, she checked me in on 6/1. There were two employees, she was the older lady with dark hair. She shouldn't be in the hospitality business if she can't be pleasant for the HOURS she is working with the public.

Perfect location and good value for money.

Breakfast options were only okay. Also, the outdoor area beside the pool was closed for renovations and you couldn’t go out. There was no sign to tell anyone that and no other outdoor space to be in.

We love embassy suites in Nashville because it is on broadway great views

-The rm space and view - Indoor pool, very kid friendly (w/ a bar on the side) - WONDERFUL location

- No room service

Had an excellent breakfast

Location is awesome. Breakfast was great! Husband and son really loved it. Very clean rooms. Loved that the rooms had hard floors as opposed to carpet

Location and great breakfast

I needed a firm pillow and a hot tub after a day of walking and dancing
