Nagasaki Marriott Hotel

Spacius rooms and comfortable beds, location great and staff excellent

Nachmittags Teatime sehr gute Auswahl!

Da gibt es absolut nichts auszusetzen!!

Well it just true 5 star service and comfort

I dont like japaneese style breakfast, and for me it was a bit poor in options, but its ok.

The room was fantastic!

I paid $200 per night more than if I booked directly on the hotel site. If you stay at this property, make sure to go through the hotel instead of Booking.com.

yes yes and YES!!! You just have to stay here!!! this place was just WOW in all regards. made me wanna visit again and also wanna try other hotels from this company hopefully in the future. the location, the most gorgeous views, the caring & down to earth staff - really everyone was so genuine and kind...you have to be here if you can ^^

in real warm summer in the middle of the day I couldnt feel the aircon, they tried to help the best they can & again I understand it was extreme heat yet it something to consider if its important to you. maybe travel in those hours or try to leave it on all day..yet at the hardest day it didnt quit help. that said I really wholeheartedly recoment this place so I do belive staying here is worth it

Alles. Mooi hotel, fijne kamers, ruimte en badkamer was perfect. Ontbijt was subliem met versgemaakte gerechten!

Niets gevonden

Great view of harbour and mountains, close to station, city transport and shops. Sparkling room with super modern design and facilities. Great amenities.

GF options were not available

Quality and cleanliness of the place. The location was exceptional, massive shopping mall next door. The beds 🛌 .... the beds were the best, so amazingly comfortable! Exceptional place! I considered giving it a 10 even and I never ever ever do that!

Parking was confusing and no valet parking.

Absolut tolles Hotel, schöne Zimmer, super Frühstück und unglaublich freundliche Mitarbeiter

Es gab nichts zu bemängeln

Great Marriott in Nagasaki. Brilliant location and beautiful comfortable rooms.

very good location, close to train station. Tram station, shopping mall, restaurant, everything is convenience, fair price, staff very helpful, room very clean and high technology, nothing can be complained, only one thing is the tooth bush is not soft enough. Excellent hotel

Very close to train station, excellent location.

Best hotel I have been in,perfect.

Best hotel,nothing to change.

1. Prime Location: The property is incredibly close to the JR station, making transit seamless and hassle-free, especially when we are traveling with heavy luggages. 2. Fantastic Conveniences: It is adjacent to the AMU shopping center and surrounded by an excellent selection of cafes and restaurants. It has been raining cats and dogs when we were there so the shopping center did help with the situation. 3. Easy Sightseeing: Tram and bus stops heading to various local attractions are all within a short 10-minute walk. 4. Modern & High-Tech Rooms: The room facilities are contemporary, pristine, and well-organized. It comes fully equipped with everything you need, including a hairdryer, an iron, and a shower with fantastic water pressure. 5. Great Sleep Quality: The bed is highly comfortable, and | loved that they provided pillows of varying thicknesses to suit different preferences. 6. Housekeeping: They follow an eco-friendly policy where sheets aren't changed daily unless requested, but you still get a fresh batch of towels every single day and the quality of towels are very good ( soft, fresh and thick)

Luggage : They don't deliver luggages straight to our room for us, but honestly, it’s a minor thing and didn't bother us at all anyway!

Very near to the Nagasaki train station, street cars stop are just a walk away.

It was slightly confusing when the entrance and reception area were not on the same floor. Need some time to adjust.

Location was excellent, staff made us felt welcomed and are very friendly and enthusiastic. Room was maintained clean throughout our stay.

Parking was pricey at 3000 yen per night, recommend to park at the open air carpark.

Staff is not speaking English very well

Toilet automatically lights, so in the middle of the night it is very disruptive. Be good to be able to manage the lighting ourselves.

Excellent accueil. Petit-déjeuner délicieux.

Clean, new, friendly staff

Price relatively high

Excellent location. Modern amenities. Excellent pricing per room. Great views.

New and modern hotel. Clean and very comfortable. Very near the train station and all the good bus/ tram links - easy to explore Nagasaki from. Lovely view over the harbour too from our room.

All good.

Good location

Extension of checkup time from 11 am to 12 pm is chargeable, despite staying with them for 3 nights

This is a great place to stay - close to the station, shops and restaurants. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Great choice of food at breakfast. We also had dinner there one evening and the service and meal was excellent. We were also very fortunate to have a room upgrade - room very spacious and clean. Highly recommend this hotel.

Location is ideal for people traveling by Shinkansen. Also, exploring the city was easy, with plenty of commute options available. Hotel is stylish, staff is amazing. Very efficient and good communicators. Rooms are insanely neat, comfortable and the customer experience was tailored to details from fragance in the lobby, appliances in the room and beauty of gardens and spaces. 10/10!

Only thing worth noting is there are no meals served after 9pm.

Locatie, comfort, ruime kamers

Immaculate presentation, great connections via bus, train and ideally placed

Great location! Right next to the JR Nagasaki Station, next to shopping malls, convenience stores, taxi and bus stands. Staff was very professional and welcoming. Breakfast buffet was excellent with many choices. Room smelled wonderful and the bed was so comfortable after a long day of walking and sightseeing. This is our second stay here and I highly recommend this hotel in Nagasaki.

The location is great. It's next to a mall and the train station, bus station, and the tram station.

Parking is not included with the room. I was charged an additional 3000 yen. Parking was in the mall parking lot and not close. Finding the parking was okay, but navigating to the entrance for luggage pick up/drop off was difficult. Literally no signs to direct you to the right entrance.

Wow this hotel was beautiful, room was super spacious with beautiful views of the harbour and mountains. Large bright windows, comfy bed, walk in wardrobe and beautiful bathroom

Loved it all

Bardzo duży, wygodny pokój z ładnym widokiem, świetne, różnorodne śniadania, pomocny, miły personel. No i łóżka - to marzenie, a nie tylko miejsce do spania. BYły idealne!

Wszystko było ok.

The hotel location was excellent. It was beside Nagasaki station and Nagasaki Tram station. It was a walking distance to our Gunkanjima Cruise Travel Agency and within walking distance to Shinchi Chinatown and Dejima (about 15 mins depending on your walking speed). The room was superb, large by Japanese hotel standards and well equipped. The staff service was impeccable and friendly. They would greet us at the ground floor every time we enter or leave the premises.

We appreciated the fact a basin was provided within the toilet room but it would be good if a towel was provided since we would need to wipe our hands. It is possible we missed it. That said, we will definitely return to the hotel whenever we want to visit Nagasaki again

Staff friendly and helpful. Antonio was great and helpful

Very conveniently located and very clean. Staff are very helpful, from concierge to cleaners.

The bed was a little too soft.

Location, staff, and service and room were excellent- had a room overlooking harbour with balcony.

No seats out on balcony! So odd! Not one chair!

Hotel very convenient location. Staff very friendly and looked after us well. Housekeeping team made us feel at home.

Nothing

Staffs are very nice. The location is next to JR station. Room is clean. The breakfast is great and vareity of foods. Everthing is perfect, and I will surely stay here again for my next trip to Nagasaki.
