We need to pay for 3 hours of storage for 2 suitcases after we checked out that day.

A 10-minute walk from the Chinatown area. The rooms are modern and clean. Parking is available right next to the hotel, and there is a well-equipped fitness center.

Cars are parked and retrieved by valet staff, so during busy periods you may have to wait quite a while to drop off or pick up your car. The hotel’s laundry facilities were out of order when we tried to use them. The immediate area around the hotel is mainly industrial, so it is not particularly pleasant to walk around at night.

Really liked the room. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The pool water was cold and was stated to have a heated pool.

Overall, the hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We stayed for five nights as a family and had a good experience for most of our stay. The location was convenient, about a 10-minute walk to the subway, and the valet parking worked well for us since we left our car there throughout our stay. I also especially appreciated a female staff member who worked the night shift during our stay. She was always friendly, helpful, and responsive whenever we needed anything.

The way our bathroom sink issue was handled could have been much better. We reported that the sink was not draining the morning after our late-night check-in and asked to change rooms. A male staff member told us changing rooms was “impossible” before maintenance inspected it. We were already late to leave for the day and did not want anyone entering our room while we were away, so we waited for maintenance. During the repair, dirty water and debris splashed onto our belongings, mirror, and wall. Housekeeping cleaned the area afterward, but we had to clean our own belongings. There was no real apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience. The sink itself was a relatively minor maintenance issue. What disappointed me more was the inflexible and unsympathetic way the situation was handled. A little more understanding, professionalism, and customer care would have made a big difference.

J'ai réservé deux chambres communicantes. Les chambres étaient propres.

Le petit déjeuner du hôtel est vraiment très médiocre à un prix élevé. Juste l'omelette et les saucisses. Après 5 jours de check out, la somme de garantie que j' ai payé n'est toujours pas libérée.

Pool heater was not working and pool was too cold for my daughter to use. Thermostat in room did not work, could not adjust temperature in the room.

We were stranded at LGA and grateful to find this hotel. Large, quiet room with extremely comfortable bed. We appreciated the laundry room and swimming pool (although water was very cold!) Friendly helpful staff and the airport shuttle was on time and easy to use. Also close to the subway for easy access to Manhattan. Only negative was the charge to leave suitcase for a few hours after check out - first time I have had this in a hotel and it doesn’t seem appropriate for an airport hotel. But otherwise a great stay!

Gave me a room next to the ice machine room. Very noisy due to the construction starting at 8 am. AC suddenly changed from cool mode to heat mode in the morning, which left the room unbearably hot.

Me and my wife love the hotel. It was so big, beautiful big hallways. Such nice interior designs.

Having to pay for valet parking each night of $35 dollars. Plus, the street is so busy and impossible to move due to so many commercial buildings and double cars.

I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times, and unfortunately the customer service has been consistently disappointing. Staff have often been dismissive, unfriendly, and made me feel unwelcome during check-in. As a gay woman, I felt judged based on my appearance and uncomfortable with the way I was treated. I brought my concerns to the Manager on Duty, but all I received was an apology and no real effort to address the issue. The location is convenient, but the customer service needs significant improvement.

It looks very clean. On second day stating. Missing towels, floor towels and bedsheets. Of course hotel brought ones to me. But it is after a long day work, I have to wait on the towel for shower. Then ready to sleep. I slept directly under blanket. Then i wait the sheet come. Room service just handed over it to me. I have to do my bed.

Clean, beautiful and modern rooms. Facilities are very nice and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Valet parking was affordable considering the location (you can move car in and out as necessary). The pool was gorgeous and gym was clean and well-equipped. Laundry facilities are clutch!

Rooms can be slightly small (but that's normal in this location). Pool opened relatively late on the day we stayed (3 PM).

The decor in the Lobby was very nice and the front desk attendant Jessica was extra nice and very helpful. The beds are very comfortable we slept like babies. The pool was also clean and fun . Valet parking was great.

Parking is $30 on the website and when we got there we were told to paid $40per night. I didn’t mind the price but I think that should be updated on the website l.

Room I had was extremely hot and only went to 66 degrees in cold which outside at the time was 82 degrees outside. Sleep was uncomfortable due to how hot the room got.

Location close to downtown flushing. Accessible by public transportation, comfortable and clean rooms, friendly staff. Overall very pleasant experience.

I am submitting this complaint regarding a serious security concern at a property currently listed on Booking.com. On October 23, 2025, during my initial stay at this property (booked through Hotels.com), my diamond ring and Pearl Earing was stolen from my room during I was sleeping. To better understand the circumstances, I later stayed in the same room again and was able to confirm that there are significant security issues at the property. Specifically, there are no security cameras in the hallway, and it appears that unauthorized individuals could access guest rooms with relative ease. This situation represents a serious lack of basic safety measures and poses a potential risk not only to me but to all future guests. Although the original booking was made through a different platform, I understand that this property is currently listed on Booking.com. As such, I believe the platform has a responsibility to ensure that listed accommodations meet minimum safety standards. I respectfully request a formal review of this property and ask what actions Booking.com will take to address these safety concerns. I also request that you advise on any possible resolution or support available in this situation. If this matter is not properly addressed, I will consider escalating it through appropriate consumer protection channels.

The location it seemed more of an industrial area the lobby was not very big or impressive.

arking was unnecessarily complicated. Despite booking a space in the same building through SpotHero, I was told that hotel guests are not allowed to use it. Ironically, the only way to secure parking was to present myself as not a hotel guest. That alone says quite a lot about how the system is set up. Basic amenities were also handled in a rather puzzling way. There is no kettle in the room, which is unexpected for a hotel of this category. Even complimentary bottled water is not simply provided — it requires coordinating with housekeeping and being physically present, turning something trivial into an unnecessary inconvenience. Service at the front desk did little to improve the situation. Interactions felt indifferent at best and occasionally dismissive, which does not align with even basic hospitality standards. The lobby atmosphere was equally rigid. The TV was consistently set to Fox News, with no apparent flexibility to change it. It gives the impression that guest comfort and preferences are not a priority.

Good location

The day staff could have been friendlier. The restaurant was independent of the hotel so not able to charge breakfast to the room. For a 4 star hotel the dining facilities could be improved.
