Location really centrally located in the centre for access to cafes/bars/eateries. Not a long walk to the station or canal side where my function was

Bed/pillows were a bit bouncy/puffy but linen quality was great- I just prefer a firmer bed and a flatter pillow. En-suite was great and kitchette functional/clean

Great hotel, not too far from city centre 2-5 minute walk max and in a safe area, entrance is round the corner with plants outside with nice seating area outside and friendly staff - amazing storage and kitchen facilities as well, microwave, bin, cleaning products, tap water and very clean

WiFi was a little slow at times and my card was disconnected after my first night stay by accident so couldn’t get into the hotel room but quickly reactivated so all was good - staff are 24 hours but after 12/1 I guess the doors are locked, so had to wait briefly to be let into the building, not massive issues though!

I stayed here across two consecutive weekends and had a lovely time! The hotel is very close to the city centre but also to the local train station, everything is in walking distance and the staff are extremely friendly, accommodating and the hotel is very clean and spacious!

Fast becoming a favourite. Very convenient location, lovely staff, comfortable rooms (with excellent little mini-kitchens), big, powerful walk-in showers and very comfy beds. Even better, the room’s are quiet, without the late night thumping soundtrack from adjacent nightclubs that often accompanies city centre hotel rooms.

Staff were pleasant and dealt with what I needed very well. The hand and shower washes are excellent The room and facilities were clean enough but I did find some hairs that were not mine. Having a kitchen area is good.

The breakfasts were stopped at my last visit and it’s continental only - not great when I need a good breakfast before work all week. The bed last time and this are not comfortable and they are springy. I also asked for a room with a window which while this was what I got - I actually got a window with a view of a brick wall. Also more pillows are needed I think to make it more comfortable ( my own preference )

I loved that the property was central to the train station and local to the city centre! There were so much in walking distance and the property itself was really nice!

Perhaps at night during weekends after 2am with the noise from outside passer-by's.

We had stay with you 2 year ago I just did feel like it was a clean and as well keep as it had been in past stay. There was a few thing tap on the window, mirror was dirty and in the bath you could see where the toilet roll had come off the wall and it had been patch not sand or re paint and iron board was broken

Location was excellent for exploring town and close to station for excursions. Friendly staff. All facilities were working including the AC unit. Excellent shower and comfortable bed. Flat rate of £25 for dog.

This was NOT the fault of the hotel, but thumping loud music from a club nearby until 2 am. I have raised it with the management. Not all rooms would have been affected.

The room had no windows except on the top, which made it feel enclosed. It was also noticeably dusty. The air suction/ventilation system was quite noisy, which was disruptive at times, especially at night. The bed had a spring mattress that wasn’t very comfortable — a latex mattress would have been a better option. Internet speed was slow, to the point where it wasn’t possible to hold a Zoom call. Excellent location, checked in early which was perfect for our plans for the day. Informative, friendly & the rooms were perfect!

I’m not sure I could fault them!! Some may say the no windows but it didn’t affect us at all and made the room so dark at night perfect for sleeping, so it wasn’t a negative at all!

Cleanliness was good overall Good A/C Air fryer was useful. I took some liners, so less washing up. Staff were helpful and friendly when approached. Reasonable car parking prices - and only 5-7 mins walk away.

The bathroom sink was slow draining, which wasn’t pleasant, as it left the sink dirty. So I used the kitchen sink more of the time. Bathroom needed better quality repairs especially with some of the painting in the bathroom, e.g the removal of the old toilet holder and parts of the outside of the shower. Bedside lamp light was so dim, it was of no use, so used my phone torch.

Very modern and clean, comfy beds, nice to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Nice, clean bathroom. Quite a big room, felt like a mini apartment.

Shame there was no window in the bedroom and although shower pressure was good every few seconds the temperature would change and the water pressure too.

This is one of the hotels in Leciester where you can almost all the facilities needed from kichenette to Gym and proximity to parks, bus and train stations, shopping mall and town centre. Lots of eatries and events occuring around the location to booster your stay. Staff are accommodating, warm and receptive, professional and supportive. The facitlites are adequate but I would prefer the availability of accessible rooms bejng advertised on their site. Automatically, if not available, the system would provide the alert on the booking platform but It is important that accessible room availability is featured on the booking system. The matress and pillows were soft thus providing a memorable and comfortable sleep. Air condition, adjustable light system in the room, open cupboard, large and spacious walk-in shower, high seated toilets, cushioned seats, induction cooking system, cooking wares and cutlery. The towels I must say are of excellent quality and super absorbent. Although an attempt was made to have breakfast, I do find it pricy for continental breakfast only. The provision of a cooked breakfast would not only lure people to patronise the hotel but provide additional convenience without the need to source for breakfast outside of the hotel. Not all customers are willing to prepare meals while in hotels and may not make use of the cooking facilities. Im addition to all the beneifts of staying at the hotel, it offers a more quiet space compared to other places I have been. There is an issue with dusts however that I have observed in multiple areas (Windows, Gym and other items in the building) of the hotel and it must be looked into. The presence of dusts is not healthy and can worsen allergy or create reaction to it. The price is fair and not over priced for the services provided and would recommend the hotel for comfort.

The sheets were lovely and sofa. The bed was really comfortable in general. Happy there was netflix in the room. The staff were all really nice.

No bedside table which was a bit annoying. Staff totally inattentive at breakfast but amazing at the desk the day and night before. No small face cloth which would've been useful.

Furniture had seen better days, not very clean, breakfast was very poor and over priced, hardly any choice. Shower tray overflows, it says free toiletries, you have shower gel and hand soap and thats it, hair dryer old and clogged with dirt, windows dirty, very little coffee, sugar and milk, 2 wine glasses and 1 drinking glass I personally would not recommend it, overpriced for what you get better off staying at somewhere cheaper as you get more for your money, also carpark quite a distance away and very expensive!

Absolutely beautifully decorated with a very warm and welcoming reception, lobby and bar. Extremely classy with lovely colour palette. The apartment room was fantastic with a great rooftop view. Really comfortable bed and very pleasant. LOVED! The location was superb and only a short walk from the station. Amazing to have 24/7 reception service too. Enjoyed a lovely drink at the bar too.

Really friendly staff and fantastic location right in the middle of Leicester and within reach of the nicer parts that you can wander around.

It does open straight onto the high street but as soon as you enter it is a delightful and tranquil oasis. The rooms are really spacious and it is the perfect base for visiting the local area and then coming back to relax in the room or the lovely bar and restaurant. No noise heard from the street.

the hotel is in a great location: many spots are easily walkable within distance. the studio was well clean, bed was very comfortable and the kitchen in it to make your own food is a great plus! it´s easy as well to reach out to staff.

to get to your room could be kind of a maze. at night there were some sounds i couldnt place, like a washing machine, and i found the fridge to be quite loud. the reception couldnt do much about it which i understand, so i slept with earplugs.

Thank you for a lovely stay this weekend. The staff were friendly and helpful. I had a show around of the property which is fab. It's great there is a gym onsite for the guests to use during their stay. Our room was beautiful, lovely and clean and had everything we could need. There was even a hair dryer in the cupboard. A microwave, plus pots and pans are available to use in the kitchen area should you require. Having Netflix and other streaming channels available was also an added bonus! The location was great as we were right in the centre but the apartment/hotel rooms were so quiet. I had the best nights sleep! Also having aircon was great in the heatwave we are having at the moment. The continental breakfast was great and just what we needed to start the day. Parking is only a 5 minutes walk away at the NCP. It was £12 for 24 hours which is very reasonable. We will definitely be back if we need to stay in the Leicester area again 🙂

Our mattress was made up of two singles that were zipped together but they hadn’t been zipped properly and we ended up having to remake the bed in the middle of the night. There was no spatula for our fried eggs. We asked for a quiet room and were positioned by a fire door which was very noisy

The roof terrace could do with a few chairs and a table outside, also very many cobwebs all around the terrace boarder. It's a lovely space and wouldn't take alot to make pretty. The details also need changing on the food situation as no cooked food is available any more and it's only a contenatal breakfast too.

This was a nice hotel but we were a little disappointed, frankly. We selected on of the larger rooms. The view was of the street and the empty building across the street, so-so. No question, the room was spacious and accomodating. Even though there were no people around staff were not all that attentive to us. The elevator was down so we walked a bit farther to the service elevator.

Nice premises downstairs in the public area. I did have a problem in the room when there and it was reported. The manager did contact me and the matter was resolved very quickly

The bottom sheet on my bed was filthy, stains on it and covered in black hairs. The receptionist was very abrasive when I reported the issue but she did report the issue to her manager. Housekeeping does need a bit more training I think

Really central - right in the city so easy to access everything. The atmosphere inside the hotel was lovely from check in to check out. The staff were always kind and friendly, the air con was a life saver in this heat wave!!

Unfortunately we did have to move room which was a shame because we adored the atmosphere and how bright the original room was. But the shower door was way too narrow to fit into for myself and my partner. Was easily rectified and sorted with a new room on a different floor. But that might cause some disability issues for some people, so something to consider when booking. I personally haven’t been to a hotel or apartment stay where there wasn’t either a sliding door or a fully open out door for a shower. It seems like a bit of a strange choice when it comes to accessing facilities and safety.

During a heatwave, the AC works great! Nice big rooms , kitchen and shower/toilet. Very clean!

No easy solution to park car while loading/unloading bags. Area was very busy with students partying on a Friday night. However, great location for reaching the main sites on foot.

My son and i were stopping over in Leicester for the night, we loved the aparthotel - We had a beautiful room with a terrace overlooking the city, we found a car park nearby for night arrival departure was smooth, my son was very impressed by the gym equipment and enjoyed a great value buffet breakfast. The Gresham was both stylish and comfortable.

noticed the water pressure in the apartment flicked between being strong to weak - not a problem in the sink but not so enjoyable in the shower.

We was on the 1st floor room 128 and the noise from reving cars early hours of the morning 4am wasn't good.the floor close to the window needs fixing.

A really decent city property that I have stayed in previously. I wasn't a massive fan of my room as I have been spoiled with better rooms on recent visits. I did have a great nights sleep though because I didn't get any noise from the city streets so pros and cons with this particular room deep in the heart of the building. Staff are always wonderful.

Everything, in particular the housekeeping and administrative staff were amazing when we came home and realised my daughter had left her beloved teddy bear behind! We called up the reception and they kindly communicated with housekeeping and found the teddy, they communicated with me via email and phone whilst I arranged for collection of the teddy and kept him safe and packaged him up ready for collection! Thank you so much Gresham staff for being so kind and caring with my daughter's beloved teddy bear! 😁

We prefer apartments to a hotel and this is the best of both worlds with an excellent bar and food available on site. The room was lovely, crisp cotton bedding, immaculately clean in all areas and air conditioning which was wonderful as we were visiting Leicester in the middle of a heatwave. Very spacious room. The location is very central to the city and also an easy walk to the universities. Staff are helpful and efficient. Breakfast was excellent.

Have to use a public car park which is a bit pricey.

Great central location near De Montfort University. I was able to check in early which was a relief in the heatwave. Air con and fridge very much appreciated. Staff were lovely. Breakfast was great. Felt very secure, as you needed your keycard to access the corridor on your floor.
