The service at the reception area. They were good but could've been better if they had explained certain things to us like where was the pool, where the rooms were, breakfast. Nothing was explained. Didn't like that part. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Location was good. Property is good well maintained. Food was of good quality and taste but overall choice of food should improve, specially in buffet dinner and breakfast.

The breakfast has all sorts of international options from eggs, pancakes, waffles, oat, cereals, oats, toast breads and jams, flavored yogurts, and also had a variety of fruits and veggies for salads, very few cheeses more of indian options as well. The dinner had mostly indian options, very less "non spicy options" and maybe one or two international options to try dialy but they are delicious if you are willing to try new things.

Anything you ask for not in the buffet is extra and paid, like why should i pay for orange juice in the morning, i mean it a standard drink for morning, they only had watermelon, pineapple and some flavored water. And none were to my liking and for dinner they practically had zero drinks which was very frustrating as u need to only drink water. Another thing is that bottled water is extra. I mean all hotels offer u a bottled water on the table except them, i had to pay like 200INR for a bottle of water the first day. Bottled water should be a norm, especially since foreigners might really get sick from normal water if they are not used to it. They said free wifi comes with room , yet it was so bad, i couldnt really connect and work from it normally.

Appreciated the accommodation made for us when we missed breakfast on our last morning due to an unexpected hospital visit. The staff were kind and made sandwiches and coffees for us to take on the trip back to the airport. The pool and gym are nice.

Where to begin. The linens were not clean. All of the towels and both robes in our room had visible dirt and stains on them and smelled like the perfumes of previous guests who wore them. When we asked to replace them, room service brought up even more dirty and stained robes. We gave up. Also the roof in our room started leaking water causing the floors to become wet. The iron didn’t work. The overall cleanliness of the room needed large improvement.

Space and the property

basics supplies like the slip-ons (sandals) for the room wasn't there. Dental kit was only available for one.

I got payment issues several times with apple pay. For some reason contactless payment were not working and this stressed me

The service at the restaurant was poor. Had to remind the staff to clear the tables during the breakfast service. The quilt delivered to us was stained. The shower heads were poorly maintained.. was blocked and water flow was bad

Stayed at the Hilton Business Park and wanted to share some feedback regarding two interactions with the staff that felt unnecessarily confrontational. First, I visited the gym in flip-flops. While I understand this is a safety violation, we entered and exited the area twice to retrieve packages before using the treadmill. It was only as we were leaving that an employee told us shoes were mandatory. It would have been far more helpful to be informed upon our first entry rather than after we had already finished our workout. Second, while taking a photo of my friend at the pool—carefully ensuring no other guests were in the frame—an employee approached us. Instead of explaining the photography policy, they immediately demanded my room number. Only after I provided it did they explain the privacy rules. In both instances, the staff focused on enforcement after the fact or asking for credentials rather than proactive, friendly communication. As a guest, it made the environment feel more like "policing" than hospitality. I hope this feedback helps in training the team to lead with the "why" and communicate policies more helpfully in the future. I went for vacation and return back upset.

Hotel moderno e ben arredato

Reception staff didn’t know whether EV charging was available or not. It was really upsetting because I was travelling from Kerala in my EV. A hotel should have at least one EV charging option available for guests.

Parfois le personnel est trop obséquieux ! On doit dire bonjour et faire des sourires tous les 20 mètres. Il me semble que le personnel gagnerait à être plus distant. Mais ce n’est vraiment pas grave.

The place was super clean.

Just in the middle of nowhere, I went for a walk and there was just very low or near slums nearby. Why do people let their neighborhoods become such a garbage dump?

The staff was very welcoming, thanks to Mevin and Neha Azad. They really helped me with everything i needed. Neha’s team was amazingly good when it came to breakfast and dinner. I really like the black dog who was in the compound and the employees didn’t ignore his existence but helped me feed him and pet him too. Its really great to see how humans are respecting co-existence of animals and birds around the hotel. Overall great experience.

Liked the fast check-in, checkout. The location is in main city so things are accessible. Hotel & Security were soft spoken and well trained.

The food was below average. We had dinner buffet on NYE at F5 and it was just passable to say the least. There were very less options for Veg plus the way they had non-veg arranged everywhere was off-putting. The labels of food, particularly the dessert counter was all misplaced and was confusing which all had egg, we complained hoping they would fix it but they did not. So, we decided to skip the dessert/cakes section altogether. The breakfast buffet was better on food quality and options but again mismanaged. There was always shortage of cutlery and queue for live counter. Here also, at the end we decided to skip the dishes and headed out for lunch. Coming to the room, it had good amenities but compared to other brands I have stayed with, this was below expectation. Expected more from Hilton.
