The property was very nice, since we came in earlier than check in time they allowed us to leave our luggages downstairs and use the pool until check in is available which was very appreciated and we were able to relax. The rooms are beautiful and everything is very clean

Me gustó su ubicación, está cerca de todo sin estar en el bullicio. Las habitaciones y camas muy amplias. Que hacen la limpieza de la habitación todos los días. Las bicicletas, toallas de playa, piscina y sombrillas que entran en fee resort. La zona de la piscina estaba muy bien, y el agua bastante limpia. Han abierto una cafetería que está muy bien, aunque no es del hotel se puede desayunar y comer. Eso le ha dado vida al hotel, estuvimos el año pasado cuando no había nada y la verdad que así está mejor. Un 10 la atención por parte de Rocío, nos ha atendido como si estuviéramos en casa, nos ha tratado fenomenal!!!

Que no tengan un sala con gimnasio, creo que es lo único que le falta al hotel. Aunque fuera pequeño.

Leider war der Lift, der die Fahrräder in das Erdgeschoss befördern sollte defekt. Weshalb wir kein Fahrrad ausleihen konnten.

Location is great, the restaurant for breakfast is great and services included in the noght fare were very good. Staff was really nice too and everything was perfectly clean. I recomend it

I had a great stay at Upsun! The hotel was super clean, very comfortable, and close to everything you need. It’s the perfect little hotel with a relaxed, chill atmosphere. Simple, convenient, and a great place to stay. I’d definitely recommend it!

O quarto era super acolhedor, a cama excelente e muito confortável, o hotel disponibilizou toalhas para quando íamos para a praia e cadeiras na mesma já reservadas sem qualquer custos adicionais. Guardou as malas no fim da nossa estadia e ainda nos perguntaram depois do check out se queríamos toalhas para ir até á praia. Tem sempre água fresca na recessão sem custo.

È stato tutto bello. Ci siamo trovati molto bene e a nostro agio. C’erano tutti i servizi essenziali. C’è la possibilità di utilizzare le biciclette gratuitamente per un paio di ore al giorno. Anche in spiaggia ti davano dei lettini gratuiti Torneremo sicuramente

Superato lo schock iniziale di dover attraversare un ristorante per accedere alle camere e l’assenza di zone comuni, l’albergo si è rivelato ottimo per la posizione in quanto in zona tranquilla a 15 minuti da Ocean Drive, a 10 min dal parcheggio pubblico del Mall per “soli” 20 usd al giorno e con la fermata dell’autobus 100 che va a downtown. Inoltre la piscina all’ultimo piano ha uno skyline veramente notevole.

La camera è’ un po’ piccola. Abbiamo preso una double bed per 4 persone.

Das überaus freundliche Personal und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Der Pool war klein, aber ausreichend und auch der eigene Strandabschnitt ist toll.

Im Zimmer fehlt ein Schrank, wenn man wirklich länger bleibt und die extra $15 für den Schirm am Strand (die Liegen sind dabei).

The facilities and the lack of space in the rooms for toiletries … no hanging space in the shower or bathroom. Balcony with bars obscuring views! Never stay there again! No laundry facilities etc

The location.

I didn’t like that my room was switched to a different room on my day of arrival. Was given a much smaller room with no balcony. When a balcony was paid for back in April of 2025. Was told there was an error in the booking department. But this happened to another couple. Had no choice but to stay here. But will never stay here again. I am going to book direct from now on because this was horrible.

In lobby, everything is open so hot no air condition restroom in the lobby so much bleach my eye was burning almost pissed out. The guy, I don’t know his name he’s from Argentina. He tells me he cannot call me Taxi 🚖 because the only using some private car I believe must be his friend to rip you off. .

The room were big and very clean with all amenities. Pretty close to ocean drive and miami beach too. About 5 min by walk. And the pool at the roof i really enjoy it. They provide towel for the pool. The check in was smooth. People at the desk are very welcoming. And there is cafe too where you can have your breakfast with plenty of choices

A thin bed sheet would have been nice rather than the proper duvet. It's Miami, it was way too hot for a Scotsman to have a thick duvet in that heat even with air con haha!!

The location was good

Advertised as balcony room, but it was that small you could barely stand on it and the door to get to the balcony was so difficult to open. Then when you got out facing a wall. Room was next to lift, so woken up by noise all night. Room was clean, but rest of hotel felt grubby, sane wet towels left at pool deck for whole stay. Nobody on reception when arriving as both took break together. There was a water jug at reception but always empty.

My stay at Upsun Hotel with my family was wonderful. We loved it. They allowed us to do an early check-in, and the room was clean, tidy, and very spacious. We also really appreciated being able to control the air conditioning ourselves, especially with Miami’s warm temperatures. Ro and everyone at the front desk were extremely friendly and always willing to help. I highly recommend this hotel. The location was excellent, close to the free trolley service and the beach.

Lo anuncian como un hotel, 4 estrellas y no lo ves, no había elementos de Aseo, no había café, y el teléfono no funciona ni siquiera para comunicarse con la Recepcion. A mi salida hablé con la recepcionista, una española muy bonita, por cierto, a quien hay que americanizar y hacerle entender que en Estados Unidos, el cliente siempre tiene la razón y que cuando una persona se queja por algo, automáticamente se ofrecen unas disculpas, cosa que ella nunca hizo, solamente se limitó a decir con sorpresa que elevaría la queja a sus superiores. No hubo ninguna asomo de compensación, ofreciendo gentilmente un café, etc. Hay que americanizar a esta señora.

Great location, clean, comfortable and has a lovely pool area. Near the beach but away from the noise of ocean drive, near shops and restaurants. New restaurant on site opened as we left. King room was a good size, great shower. Coffee available in the morning and water. we will book again.

חדר קצת קטן בלי חלונות נפתחים, מקלחת ושירותים ישנים מאוד על גבול המאופשים.

Mir hat besonders die super Lage gefallen – sehr zentral und nahe am Strand. Das Zimmer war sehr gross, modern und komfortabel. Auch die Velos vom Hotel waren genial: Die Ausleihe sowie Rückgabe waren unkompliziert und einfach.

Leider muss man am Strand für den Schirm zahlen - USD 15.

Personnel très gentil, bonne localisation. Très pratique d'avoir accès à des vélos. La piscine est sympa. C'est top que l'hôtel prête des transats pour la plage

Les couloirs des étages ne sont pas propres ( c'est de la moquette avec de grosses auréoles ainsi que des saletés comme si l'aspirateur n'était pas passé : cheveux , bout de papier toilettes....). Dans la chambre le bas de la porte de la salle de bain s'effrite. Traces noires sur les murs besoin d'un coup de peinture.

Unser Zimmer mit Balkon war schön. Der einzige Minuspunkt war das wenn man auf dem Balkon stand auf eine Wand geschaut hat. Man hatte null Ausblick. Und unter einem waren irgendwelche Schächte. Auch wurde das Restaurant im Hotel unten gerade umgebaut und tagsüber hörte man die Umbauarbeiten.
