Chambre pour une personne largement suffisante, grande douche et balcon qui est appréciable quand les températures permettent son utilisation. Bus/tram proches de l’établissement ce qui est utile pour se déplacer (que se soit dans Miami Beach comme vers Downtown). Pas trop éloigné de la plage tout en étant calme le soir ce qui est appréciable.

Je n’ai jamais pu utiliser la connection wifi, la connection était atroce et mérite d’être revue.

Hotel zdecydowanie spełnił moje oczekiwania. Największym plusem jest genialna lokalizacja – zaledwie 5 minut spacerem do oceanu, co przy plażowaniu jest ogromną wygodą. Sam pokój bardzo czysty i dobrze wyposażony. Na miejscu jest wszystko, co potrzebne do komfortowego wypoczynku: mała lodówka (idealna na chłodne napoje), a w szafie żelazko, co nie zawsze jest standardem. Duży plus za łazienkę – czekał w niej komplet kosmetyków oraz sprawnie działająca suszarka do włosów, więc nie trzeba zabierać własnej. Na dole budynku znajduje się przyjemny bar, a tuż obok działa kilka urokliwych restauracyjek, w których można zjeść pyszne śniadanie i z energią zacząć dzień. Szczerze polecam to miejsce i z chęcią tu wrócę!

Extrem nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Auch wenn die Rezeption nicht zu jeder Zeit besetzt ist, bekommt man zu jeder Uhrzeit eine Antwort über Nachrichten. Sebastian, aber auch alle anderen Hotelmitglieder und Rezeptionisten sehr herzlich und freundlich. Auch die Hotellage ist meiner Meinung nach sehr super und alles fußläufig (oder auch mit Uber sehr preiswert) erreichbar. Hotel auch sehr schön eingerichtet und alles war sehr sauber. Check-in/out hat super reibungslos funktioniert und die website fand ich auch sehr gut!

Das einzige was mich etwas enttäuscht hat, war dass die Fahrräder am Hotel nicht Kostenlos waren und man den vollen preis bezahlen musste - obwohl ich vorher online gelesen habe, dass sie Kostenfrei wären. Aber das kann sich ja natürlich von Zeit zu Zeit ändern und der Preis war auch total Fair! Fahrräder ausleihen ist also trotzdem sehr empfehlenswert!

The staff was nice and helpful. I asked to delay check out and they agreed. They were checking on me every day. The location is great few minutes walking from beach and different stores, like Target, CVS and others.

Great location, very easy check in and check out, lovely staff - very helpful. It was quiet enough aswell, people kept to themselves - we had a great experience overall!

It was cozy and comfortable. I found much more than only hotel and stay in this facility and it added to the value.

For a hotel in Florida to operate, state law requires sanitary and health-related standards for lodging establishments. Florida law is Florida Statutes § 509.221 — Sanitary regulations Relevant parts include: • the establishment must be properly lighted, heated, cooled, and ventilated and operated with regard to the health, comfort, and safety of guests; • guest rooms must have adequate ventilation (through windows/openings or mechanical ventilation systems); • hotels must maintain sanitary conditions and provide clean guest facilities. Also the access code previously provided did not work, and after entering the room we were shocked by the unhealthy conditions. The room does not match the photographs shown on Booking.com. It is located on a low floor directly facing an extremely  busy polluted street and receives almost No natural light. We specifically chose accommodation in Miami expecting a normal fair level of Natural daylight and comfort; instead, the room feels enclosed and cave-like. More importantly, there is a very strong and unhealthy odor in the room. We are concerned that there may be an issue with ventilation, air conditioning, air quality, and no maintenance. We have asthma, and the smell is already causing health concern that continued exposure could aggravate our respiratory condition and require medical attention!! For health and safety reasons, we are requesting that this issue be addressed immediately. In addition: • Stained towels • Two hangers for an 8-night stay at a total cost of approximately USD 1,300 is not adequate. Please confirm whether you have another room available starting immediately or latest tomorrow that: • has clean proper ventilation, • does not have the unhealthy issue, • provides reasonable Natural light - not artificial lamps • and is not directly exposed to excessive street pollution and noise.

Great location, spacious and well-air-conditioned room, and very helpful staff who responded quickly to any requests

The only downsides were thin walls (especially in room 323 with the connecting door) and no staff available after 4 p.m., so amenities like the ice water station were not refilled

Wir hatten am 1. Abend Würmer in der Dusche, uns wurde am 2. Tag ein neues Zimmer gegeben, dieses war auch sehr gut und sauberr! Nach Abreise bekamen wir einen Anruf vom Manager, dieser sagte uns, wir würden den kompletten Preis der ersten Nacht erstattet bekommen. Wir erhielten ca. 68$, der Gesamtpreis war bei 360$ für 3 Nächte, also nicht nachvollziehbar. Auf Nachfrage habe ich auch keine ordentliche Rechnung erhalten.

La habitación muy cómoda y amplia, la chica de recepción muy amable, me consiguió pava eléctrica para hacerme mate, sombrilla y silla para la playa para mi estadía. El lugar es muy lindo. Muy amables en la recepción, el gerente del lugar tb estuvo en contacto para saber si necesitaba algo. Es muy práctico y puedes comunicarte por wats app. La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de la playa y de centro comercial, es céntrico.

Se escuchaba el ruido de afuera del pasillo bastante por si hablan fuerte pero no es algo del hotel.

Era muy dificil contactar con alquien del hotel, despúes de las 4pm, cuando cierran la recepción. El chico de la recepción no ha sido capaz de solucionar ningún problema. En la habitación que recibimos a pedir un cambio, lluvia por el techo, la habitación apestaba a humedad y moho y había un deshumifícador, lo cual indica que sabían del problema de la 218. Tras insistir hablar con el manager, por fin sentimos mejora, Oscar ha sido muy amable y de gran ayuda.

The next day, the manager finally came into contact with me and saved our stay big time. He was fully apologetic and told us, that the behavior of the phone lady in no way met the hotel's standards dealing with customers. He gave us a better room and offered a very generous solution. We felt fully welcome. Other than that, the hotel is clean, well maintained, and the gentleman on the reception is a very nice person. Disadvantage is, the reception is empty after mid afternoon. The next day, I observed another couple relatively helpless at the empty reception desk..

The arrival was complicated and, in the beginning, very cumbersome. It's a boutique hotel, and the reception was empty. Nobody was available, to assist checking in. The lady on the phone resisted any assistance and insisted on "a message on booking.com, which should give instructions. Problem: Booking.con sent nothing. We fought an hour long, until a cleaning member saw our desperation and helped us checking in.

El hotel es normal, en cuanto al precio. Las camas muy cómodas y el aire funciona muy bien. El personal nos ayudo siempre que los necesitamos, en cualquier horario. Ademas tiene buena ubicación.

En general, nuestra experiencia fue aceptable, aunque hubo algunos aspectos que no cumplieron con nuestras expectativas. Las fotografías de las habitaciones daban la impresión de que eran más amplias de lo que realmente son. Nos alojamos dos personas en una habitación bastante pequeña, por lo que el espacio resultó algo justo para movernos cómodamente. Además, junto al hotel hay un minibar con acceso directo a las instalaciones. Esto genera un flujo constante de personas y ruido durante gran parte del día. Al haber acceso de personas que no necesariamente son huéspedes, en ocasiones resulta difícil distinguir quién se hospeda en el hotel y quién no, lo que puede afectar la sensación de seguridad durante la estancia.

The room was extremely dirty. We rented it for seven days, and during that entire time, it was never cleaned. On the one occasion when I specifically asked for the towels to be changed—since they wouldn't dry due to the high humidity—and also asked for the floor to be washed, the floor remained just as dirty.

Surroundings parking spots are only residential, you have to park a few blocks away fornon residential parking. The hotel bar can get very loud until late a night (2-3 AM), no ideal to sleep

Me gustó la habitación y las camas. Y la ubicación. El pequeño bar que hay frente a la recepción.

El Minibar que hay, no me gustó la gente, el ambiente, el olor a alcohol, a puro… La zona de la piscina se podría mejorar. Y la limpieza de las zonas comunes. Aunque vía online te atienden, no hay recepción después de las 16:00, a lo personalmente me gusta tratar con personas físicas.

I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times this month, and it’s been a delightful experience. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. If you’re looking for privacy, this hotel is the perfect choice. The rooms are completely private, and there’s nothing to worry about in terms of noise or disturbances. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They’re always ready to assist you with anything you need, whether it’s finding your room or making a reservation. They’re also very attentive to your needs and will go out of their way to make sure you have a pleasant stay. The location of the hotel is also great. It’s conveniently located near the ocean, so you can enjoy the beautiful scenery and take a dip in the water whenever you want. The area is also very safe and peaceful, making it the perfect place for a relaxing vacation or a productive work trip. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. Super fijne locatie, dichtbij het strand en relatief rustig gebied (wel een stukje lopen naar de leuke horecagelegenheden). Personeel is erg vriendelijk. Na contact met de accommodatie was het mogelijk om in een parkeergarage dichtbij te parkeren (tegen een vergoeding van $25 per nacht, maar dat is normaal voor Miami). Kamer was groot en ruim, airco deed het goed.

Airco maakt extreem veel herrie en kan niet zachter gezet worden. Wij sliepen op de 4de etage aan de achterkant en op de begane grond is een bar waardoor er tot diep in de nacht buiten veel geschreeuwd wordt. Het hotel is erg gehorig, wat het personeel ook weet, want er waren oordoppen voor ons klaargelegd op het nachtkastje. De kamer is redelijk schoon (schone lakens, geen ongedierte), maar wel nog veel haren in de douche en tandpasta resten in de wastafel.

La llegada y salida autónoma es perfecta. El lugar estaba limpio. La habitación era tal cual las fotos. La ubicación es unica. Cerca de todo caminando y de paradas de colectivos que llevan al aeropuerto y downtown. El baño era grande, comodo y limpio. Buen wifi.

La habitación era algo pequeña, bastó porque solo estuvimos 3 días pero si hubiéramos estado mas ya molestaría. La cama era pequeña para dos adultos. La climatización es autónoma por piso y puede generar molestia si no se desean los grados adecuados.

The Meridian was walking distance from the beach with plenty of places to eat within walking distance as well. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating . I would most definitely Sat here again!

Location, and cleanliness; the pool; the rooms, although small, were well-appointed with a mini-fridge and safe, bathroom amenities are lovely too. Lock system is very convenient. The coffee shop and bar provide excellent service and value. The staff was very responsive and made sure all my requests were addressed in a timely manner.

The acoustics in the courtyard and nearby somehow amplify all noises; the morning street cleaning truck sounds like an alien invasion, and guests are noisy well after 2am. But knowing what you are getting yourself into guarantees zero surprises.
