Hotel con un rapporto qualità prezzo conveniente. Dista circa 30 minuti dall'aeroporto. Nei dintorni non vi è molto. Ci abbiamo soggiornato solamente per una notte quindi per noi era più che sufficiente i servizi offerti. Magari per più notti era meglio qualche altra soluzione. Complessivamente siamo rimasti soddisfatti.

The bed and the bathroom was so clean and comfy, the lighting was more than enough, the architecture was very modern and classic...my room was upgraded by the staff from standard room, I could not refuse of course

La chambre était très spacieuse et agréable. Le personnel est très réactif et attentionné.

Le système de réservation via booking: je réserve pour 3 et sur place il n'y a qu'un lit double... On nous a installé très rapidement un lit d'appoint, avec un surcoût de 15 euros. Je pense que booking doit être plus clair à ce sujet La piscine était fermée, alors que cela a été un critère pour le choix de l' hôtel, après 2 Jours a crapahuter dans les volcans...

Chambre agréable, bonne literie, calme, propre.

Dommage de ne pas avoir mentionné que la piscine était en travaux. Nous avions choisi vet établissement justement aussi pour la piscine.

Nice clean and comfortable hotel. Rooms were tidy and has a nice view of the city.

Location is a bit tucked away. But still walking distance from some shops and food.

The staff were very nice. They exchange the room for me immediately at midnight when my neighbors making too much noise. The breakfast is good with many choices, esp bakery .

The pool is too small. I stayed at 6the floor and the top floor is lounge. The staff made too much noise while moving the chairs in the morning and cannot sleep.

Location is good close to the mini market, restaurants and chemist.

There is no hole in the toilet. The stagnant water comes from the shower head.

The service in the hotel was impeccable 👌 The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The food was mostly very delicious and the drinks very refreshing.

There were some stains on the sheets. I found a hair in the fresh towel and the hairdryer didn't function properly.

Room was superb. A little dusty as it triggered my allergy. There is water dispenser on every level, room was provided with a jug for this purpose however, dispenser will be more helpful if it dispenses cold water. Wifi is strong. Location was accessible a few malls nearby.

6th time staying there. Really appreciate the hospitality

There are many food choices for breakfast which is amazing. There are a few stores on the street where the hotel is situated which is convenient.

The highest level inside the building was found to have mosquitoes at night. If this can be control, it is a nice place to relax and unwind with friends.

Rooms were very clean, bed was confortable and food was delicious.

Everything was good. Breakfast served is exceptional! Room is Google assistant enabled with Google mini. The slippers provided are really good.

Nil. The location is not the best, but that's not a problem.

Furniture needs some update and thin walls makes it noisy plus our room was just beneath the swimming pool and had the drain motor just above our bed

It was a fairly good experience with Aston Inn Surabaya. The room was good enough with their facilities, and I really appreciated the water jug and dispenser to reduce the consumption of bottled water. Breakfast was pretty good, with a mostly Asian food selection, though there were pastries, bread, and eggs. Feedback: I can't have a breakfast as early as 6 am because I have to catch my flight before that, so I ordered an early takeaway box for my breakfast a night before in the reception, and the staff offered to let me take it in the reception at 5 am, which is good. Eventually, in the morning, at around 5.05 am, when I get to the reception, the staff says that there was a miscommunication that the takeaway was ready by 6.30 am. Because I can't wait until that time, I just leave the card for the check-out. I can understand that you can't have such an immediate change to the kitchen team, because they have work for food preparation as well. Hopefully, there will be better communication between departements on the next occasion. Cheers.

Well located. The pool view is nice. Rooms are spacious.

We were told that there was Gluten free options for breakfast, but they brought us a full gluten sandwich. The staff was not able to communicate properly in english and repeated a couple of times that it was gluten free bread. I had to use google translate to find out that the flour they used for the sandwich was NOT gluten free (my wife is celiac). That could have been a terrible mistake.

Clean & modern room

Limited parking spaces and has to be done by valet. After check-out at 5am, staff took longer time to pickup the car. Nearly missed flight schedule.

This is a very nice hotel, however probably not in the best location for exploring the city, though it's only 15km from the airport. I could still walk around the area. The rooms are very nice. I did not care for the breakfast offerings, but it was Indonesian cuisine.

The corridor walkway was too dark for me. I hope they use more bright light. Toilet floor not clean properly, body shower already empty,and the pillowcase not wash properly.

Room is big and comfortable. Breakfast is okay for 3 stars hotel.

The hotel is located in the “kampung” area. When I was browsing the hotel through booking.com, I just relayed on the big name of Aston. I didn’t check in details the hotel location. Because of the big name of Aston, I was thinking that this hotel is located at main street. I really got a shock when arriving in the hotel. Parking area is too narrow and the bathroom is smelly.

Comfortable and clean. Food was also good especially the breakfast buffet spread. The traditional local herbal jamu drinks served was pleasantly nice! The staffs were also friendly and helpful. Location was also great if you are heading to Juanda Airport.

One of the front desk member not aware that we are muslim and she shouldn't recommend us to the non halal restaurant (we asked her the nearest and nice food).

Good room, clean, closer to airport than hotels in the center, large breakfast.

Shower was’t good. Water was going fro hot to cold to really hot to cold. After 1 shower my bathroom was under water, the drain was troubled I guess.

Access to the property and parking lot within the hotel’s basement is limited in spite of available parking area not far away from the premises.

The reetaurant is amazing, and it's not expensive. The amability of the employees. We arrived at 9pm and restaurant was still open. The bed was so confortsvle and the room was really clean. Good option to get a hotel near of the airport

No so tidy sofa, probably haven't clean for a while

Been here 4 times, near to our family house. The latest stay not to satisfied, the room is dirty, lots if dusts, ants in the bed, ask them to change the bedsheets and still see some ants in the bed and table. Room 606 The hot water is not stable, stayed 4 nights, everyday is the same, 10 seconds cold, 10 seconds very hot (doesn't matter where you move the faucet, it's still the same hot water) Will consider other hotel for next stay. Breakfast is delicious. Swimming pool is very small and the water doesn't circulate well, lots of water foams.

Nice breakfast, but the food is not warm. They should use chaffing dishes (to keep food warm/hot)

carpet in the room was dirty when we checked in (so they changed the room for us - thanks). They should keep 1 or 2 hand towels in bathroom; just 2 bath towels are not good enough.

Aston receipsionist not friendly, asking badly to customer. i’m not sure how the system worked in Aston since guest should do multiple registration in every check in (registration are useless if you didn’t save your customer data). I found worm in salad vegetables, room 226 smells not good.

good for airport. also a good Chinese restaurant (Forum) nearby on Jalan Raya Margorejo Indah.

not so good location for town centre
