Staff resto nya.. karena saya bawa 3 anak Pertama umur 13Tahun yg kedua 8tahun yg ketiga 6tahun Malah staf nya negor saat sarapan dikira saya pesan hanya 1 kamar.. padahal saya pesan nya 2 kamar total 4 ranjang dewasa. Stelah saya tunjukin kunci kamar diem dia.. cuma kami sdh tidak mood🙏

The hospitality and services is a memorable experience, to be honest, I could stay there another one more week. Overall excellent in their management services.

It is true that, there breakfast is undisputed , best continental breakfast i ever experienced, I would say over 50 plus choice of food and beverages ☕️ 😋. I will visit them shortly. Location is fabulous, from the Mall to the masajid, and othe enminites around it....super Duper...

- bad smell of towels - on the last day, I went to breakfast at 6am. Almost everything was already set up, but... All the food was fridge cold - I was there for 5 nights, and the only room that was available was on the smoking floor. The last two days, my front neighbour left his door fully open, and smoked like a chimney with friends. - I had to change rooms for my last night. Unbearable!!

Breakfast is too varied and not done well, consider lowering the different options and improving quality Checked in at the same time as our friends, same room rate, they got a top floor room with a great view and we faced an internal wall, we upgraded and they put in the wrong room number on the keycard so we got taken to the wrong floor in the automated elevator and walked in on someone as we assumed they wrote an 8 instead of a 6….

The room wasn't cleaned properly. The staff was good, they were honest. My brother left his iPad when we checked out. The same evening I received a phone call saying that I might left something in the room. I was impressed. Thank you very much especially for the staff who found it. I will tell my friends about this incidence and surely will go back to stay at Luminor hotel when I'm in Indonesia.

Almost everything are perfect.

Big Windows caused too hot room. AC worked good but huge electricity use abd fır a while extra hot room. Windows should be change with small ones.

The staffs here are very friendly, & helpful. I will stay in this hotel next time if I visit this city.

Best location for the current project. Foods were great both breakfast and dinner

The bathroom overall was not clean enough for my liking. Water from 'good pressured' - shower splashed all over and flooded the bathroom floor.

All the staff were friendly and polite and also helpful. We got the room nearby to gym that was nice. As a budget hotel the stay was nice in an affordable price.

The aircon was not working properly and got some water dripping out from the aircon.

Breakfast was fantastic, huge selection of foods. Staff were all lovely.

Couldn’t turn off the LED strip lights above the curtains. TV had a hot spot, not all channels worked. Gym machine needs one snap shackle for the rope pull down, and can no longer change the push arms into pull mode.

The hotel is quite nice, clean and comfortable. However, there is no fridge in the room. I cant put cold milk or yoghurt. In the bathroom there is no hand towels. During showering, the water is everywhere wetting the floor outside the shower.

The hotel is accessible and clean. The staff are friendly and hospitable. And food is sumptuous and cheap.

Stay for 5 days for fam bussiness.Location is out of CBD. Need to climb stairs to go to receptionist from drop off point at front (no lift), had to carry our own bags (later, informed that there is a lift from the parking area at the back). Love the "legen" drink. The room is small, there is no fridge in the superior room (i thought is a standart for 3 star hotel). The room is clean and comfortable. Breakfast is very basic. Internet speed in OK. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

towel is yellowish in colour, seemed never changed the towel. Will not consider to stay again

Room and bed is comfortable.. wide breakfast.. 1st night stay the internet connection was pretty bad. But the connection was good on the second night..

The room was clean and quite comfort. The breakfast was fabulous with wide range of foods and tasted good. No bell boy helping you carry lugage at the front door through the stairs was the only thing that needs to improve from this hotel.

Hotel closes to airport about 30 minutes way. The breakfast is good with many choices. Room is really clean and the staff tidy up the room very fast. However, there is no swimming pool or place to have sunbath when the weather is great. Also, there is no convenience store or mall beside hotel by foot.

It was good stay, but little bit disturbed in lobby area since there is incidentally a birthday party
