Very nice and helpful people, good location lots of stuff easy accessible by grab.

One of the rooms smelled a bit but we instantly got another room which was perfect. Staff was really nice about it.

All the staff was very friendly! Getting a Grab was easy. Room was spacious and clean. Very much worth the money and we recommend!

Location was a little bit out of the city. Internet was sometimes unstable in our room. But stable enough to stream.

Very artistically decorated in every area of the hotel. The room is nice, breakfast very good and staff very helpful snd friendly.

The staff at the reception were very comprehensive as they allowed us to stay in our room a little longer as we couldn't sleep during the night due to a nocturnal excursion. The room is nice and clean, and the room service offers a nice variety of different indonesian dishes that we enjoyed before our sleep! Very recommended!

Kamer was niet schoon. Ook stond er bij aankomst nog roomservice van de vorige gaat op de gang. Dit stond er de volgende ochtend nog steeds.

There were no sun loungers at the pool - we had two options: either lie on the filthy floor or sit on a rickety uncomfortable chair.

Pratique car il y a une laundry juste à côté. Coin piscine très sympa avec la terrasse. Petite très bien et varié.

Mauvaise expérience avec la plate-forme booking car nous avons réservé une chambre pour 3 mais il n'y avait que 2 lits. On nous a donc demandé de payer un supplément pour ajouter un 3ème lit : Bien faire attention à vérifier le nombre de lit dans les chambres lors de la réservation !! Salle de bain et sol pas très propre. Il y avait également une odeur d'égouts qui venait des toilettes.

This hotel is exceptionally beautiful, rich in Javanese-Indonesian Culture. We also has experienced batik paiting at the workshop at the lobby.

The breakfast can be improved, perhaps some pastries instead of bread only. Also the buffet seems overcooked , maybe could be replacea with other types of fresh veggies.

The room is neat, tidy and clean. The staffs are friendly.

Friendly hotel staff, wonderful lobby, the room is clean with all amenities available. The hotel is well situated and therefore very easy to find. Also, the restaurant serves delicious wedang secang. Although it's an overnight stay at La Lisa, the experience is more than I had expected.

The place was very good in general. Clean and nice, many decorations on the ground floor. The only thing we did not like is the singing coming from the mosque right next to the hotel which starts at around 4am and goes to around 6 am so no chance to get a proper sleep. Beside this everything was fine. Keep in mind some of the staff at the reception does not speak english. We did not have the time to try the pool. Prices are cheap.

Car park is extremely limited. We had to check out in the middle of the night due to thick, heavy cigarette smoke coming into our room due to guests smoking in the corridorsand their rooms, which is prohibited. Staff would not do anything about the problem. A complete waste of money coming here and having to drive around at 2.30AM just to get away and be able to breathe.

I love the staff, they were great. I just stayed there two separate nights and they were always very helpful.

The pool, the facilities where really great. And really clean! Such a relief after a few days travelling!

I booked 3 rooms and on my arrival one room needs attention as it was occupied. It was quickly resolved by changing to another room.

Clean and spacious room, but too many mosquitoes in parking space, hotel lobby and even room. Has swimming pool and elevator which are plus point for me.we booked room without breakfast as we wanted to explore Surabaya culinary.Must pay 100k IDR deposit for 2nd room card.

House keeping side need a little improvement. The bidet hose needs to be cleaned. Especially the one in my room has unsightly poo coloured on the tip.

Breakfast was simple but was oke, I don't each much in the morning. The location is on the busy road of Surabaya, It is close to shops, cafes and restaurants. At night it is quiet though.

I asked for high floor room, but did not get it. The view is an empty neglected building and kinda spooky. I expect the city view actually.

Such a wonderful experience, i stay here for 3 days 2 nights, for the service no doubt if i have 10 thumbs i would give those and also the room so Clean, comfy ofc! Here so recommend to stay while u in Surabaya! Thank you Mrs. Vida and team for your Great Hospitality!

staying at the lalisa hotel is a very extraordinary experience , good friendly service, clean & comfortable place, strategic location, complete facilities and affordable prices , cool place , fast check in and check out , overall is good

It has been a pleasant stay from the arrival until the end when checking out. Friendly staffs and clean rooms. The front receptionists even remember my name and greeted me everytime i pass by the lobby. Will definitely come back.
