The Capital Hotel Surabaya

Lokasi strategis

1. Pintu kamar berderit saat buka tutup. 2. Bantal keras, bener2 tdk nyaman. 3.Sabun cuci tangan tdk tersedia ( pake sabun mandi ). 4.Handuk tangan tdk disediakan. Masih 'SANTIKA' banget

Erg goed ontbijt. Ruime kamer. Chinees hotel. Alles was uitstekend. Vriendelijk personeel, vooral de beveiligingsmedewerker.

Het lawaai van de straat .

Bed was comfortable Air conditioning worked Staff friendly

Bathroom sink and fixtures dirty No hand towels or hand soap Limited toilet paper in room Only would give us one room key Breakfast was terrible

Breakfast nya memuaskan

Tidak ada

The location

The staff , food and location good value for money

The early morning prayer

I like the location and clean

I can't get soap (sabun batangan) and the bathroom so small and water splash anywhere. The slipery why only one?

the staff

the building is deteriorated every thing is broken water leaking from ceiling unbelievable

Breakfast was good, but needs more selection of pastry goods.

The bathroom needs more upgrades. install partition between shower and the rest of the bathroom.

Good sized rooms, comfy bed and close to many restaurants. The breakfast is also very good, best breakfast I’ve had in Indonesia, especially if you’re craving some western food! Forgot to add that they have a good and cheap laundry service

They have balconies but you can’t use them as they have not put a door to get there, there is no hairdryer which is also a small -

Delicious breakfast and really welcoming team

Hotels booked on the Booking do not invoice, Booking can not solve。

The location is very close to many restaurants. It is also somewhat close to the airport. The staff is very nice and accommodating.

The room could have been cleaner.

Location, closed to where i wanted to go.

Shower room, it is head shower, no spray showers.

Clean, staff service is good and friendly

No fan in the room, only air-conditioning

Location and breakfast

Room is quite small

Good morning breakfast

The room is spacious and there are many pillows provided. It is cozy and warm. It is located near many restaurants.

Maybe the wall where the tv is on needs to be repainted as it is started to form bubbles.

Food is decent!

Not facilities like swimming pool or gym

clean and spacious room

the plumbings must be improved

Old furniture and bathroom

Valet parking made it convenient for drivers. The staff were friendly. The beds were comfortable.

Stench of the toilet lingered in the room right after checking in. AC also had a weird smell in 2 different rooms and blew out hot air before the maintenance staff came to resolve it. Restaurant was full of mosquitos at night, and also lizards.
