We arrived at 2 am because of a delayed flight, and your night staff made us feel so at home. They were absolutely wonderful. Also, the location was perfect to leave the next day for a cruise.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing location, modern hotel, and great atmosphere I had a really great stay at citizenM Miami Worldcenter. The hotel has a very modern, stylish, and energetic atmosphere, and the location is excellent for exploring downtown Miami and being close to the Kaseya Center. The room was clean, comfortable, and well designed. I especially liked the modern technology and the way everything is organized to make the most of the space. The bed was very comfortable, and the hotel has a really cool overall vibe. The common areas are beautiful, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel feels youthful, fun, and different from a traditional hotel. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely consider staying here again when I’m in Miami. Everyone at the property went above and beyond. The blonde girl at the bar she was so mazing also the blonde guy in the day time and Luigi. The bar was amazing

Locatie was geweldig, bar personeel gezellig, kamer niet heel groot, maar schoon en erg fijn.

Hadden in de ochtend om extra handdoeken en toiletpapier gevraagd, was niet geleverd, moesten jet in de avond nog een keer vragen, toen werd het wel geregeld.

Es muy céntrico, muy cerca de bayside y tambien del metro en el cual puedes ir a los museos en una de sus líneas y del otro lado puedes ir a brickel de una manera gratuita . La decoración es hermosa y la habitación parece un camarote me encanto

I stayed a total of 3 nights, The room was extremely uncomfortably hot, I spoke to the staff about changing rooms, they stated no available rooms, instead offered me a dirty fan, filled with dust.

The room faced the shuttle rail, so the shuttle came by every few minutes, I had to keep the shades down, because I felt like people on the shuttle could see inside my room. It was just an uncomfortable feeling even though I'm sure the windows have some sort of privacy screen on them

La struttura era al quanto pulita in verità,l unico problema che ho riscontrato è stato all apertura della tenda oscurante elettrica c’era un ammasso di capelli attaccati sotto,non è stato molto piacevole dato che il letto era attaccato alla finestra.

I loved everything about this hotel! It has such a vibrant, artsy energy and sits right next to the best downtown highlights. The rooms were fantastic, and the breakfast was amazingly delicious and filling.

Some of the staff were unfriendly. A few employees completely ignored me even though they clearly heard me speaking to them, which was very disappointing.

I liked that it wasn't like other hotels. You can check yourself in the rooms though a little small were efficient and cute (As my girlfriend stated),. The huge window and shade was great. It seemed like we were in a Virgin Cruises cabin actually. With the Tablet controls, lighting etc. The staff let us store our luggage till check-in time. The location was perfect. The Breakfast was wonderful as well. Staff was friendly and helpful. Did I mention the Rooftop Bar (Yeah Nice)...

If the room could be little bigger but that's about all.

Citizen M miami world center was one of the best experiences we have ever had during our travels. The hotel is beautiful with many great spaces to sit and linger. It is in the best location if you are boarding a cruise and and easy 10 minute uber ride. It is also right by the free metro rail and an 8 minute walk to Bayside marina. We were pleasantly surprised by the amazing rooftop and pool, surrounded by the skyscrapers in Miami and enjoyed our stay in the best way possible. Book this hotel for sure!!!

The room lighting and operations are a little high tech, but the rest of the hotel exceeds all expectations.

Upon check-in, we discovered that the day curtains were broken and there was no AC in the room. They did find us a room to move into on a very busy Labor Day weekend. This room wasn't too clean and only had 1 facecloth and 1 hand towel for 2 people! We had to ask every day for them! We were on our honeymoon (which we informed them when booking) so we were a little discouraged. We have stayed at CitizenM hotels in two other cities and loved it! Not pleased with this location ☹️

The room was hot called staff said someone was coming to fix never showed up but toss and turn all night but other than that the location was great just didn’t get to sleep comfortably because of the heat

The property was well kept with modern touches. Check in is digital with a self check in option. There was security in site.

Ubicación . Queda muy cerca de Bayside y con un transporte gratuito se puede llegar a Brickell en pocos minutos. Además en frente queda Kaseya Center y con un bus de bajo precio que pasa muy cerca se puede ir a la playa. Las personas que atienden amables.

No tiene parqueo propio el hotel, si vas en tu propio auto no tienes donde dejarlo, tienes que estacionarte en parqueos públicos q pagas x hora o bien lejos del hotel en otro hotel a espensas que le pases algo al carro ...

The hotel is always beautiful and welcoming. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the service is always very good. A place I am always happy to come back to.

The lobby was extremely cold, and it seemed that almost everyone was complaining about it. Personally, I don’t like having the AC blowing directly on my face while sleeping, so I found this a bit uncomfortable. I think AC settings could definitely be improved.

My wife and I especially liked the décor of the hotel. The Rome was next to none. I've never experienced a room with so much automation. Including the lighting, the view was very good. Food was good atmosphere was great

I did not like the parking. I wish parking was connected to the building and came with the purchase of the room or at least a voucher for that specific location

The staff was very nice

Is the security guy that looks at you funny because you don't give him the representation of others that enter the building and I had to tell him don't judge me due to the fact I was on a scooter with my children

The location was perfect. We were walking distance to Bayside Marketplace for shopping and food. The cruise port was only a 6 minute drive. The lobby was gorgeous and the breakfast was absolutely delightful with lots of choices.

Our room air conditioning wasn't working. However since it was only one night we weren't super upset. The hotel was very accommodating in giving us the opting of another room or some perks. We opted for a fan for the night and we ere given free breakfast as well as late check out. Both of which were greatly appreciated.

The colorful lights in our room were only in the bathroom . Worst of all… was managing the room climate with the iPad was horrible. It seems as tho it was loading the entire time saying it was cooling but absolutely did not. Spent the entire night anticipating the room to get colder and nothing. Called concierge but no answer so we gave up. The room wasn’t terribly hot but it certainly didn’t feel as cool as we wanted it to be , especially to sleep. The iPad said to put the fan on high and it was not working at all. The iPad also said there were extra pillows under our bed in the drawers but there were none in our room. Or extra sheets either , although requesting them directly can be done it wasn’t convenient at the time.

The room reminded me of a cruise ship, which was exactly the vibe I was hoping for ahead of our upcoming cruise. The hotel itself was beautiful, aesthetically pleasing, and had such an inviting atmosphere. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Early check in was a huge plus, especially after an early and long day of traveling, and I appreciated that late check out was also available. We were able to store our luggage, and there were plenty of comfortable areas to lounge and relax in the main area. The rooftop pool was another great feature and definitely added to the experience. The location was also very convenient and centrally located near plenty of restaurants, making it easy to explore and enjoy the surrounding area.

The room was not entirely clean upon check in. The trash had not been emptied, the chair had a large, noticeable stain, and several areas were visibly dusty. The overall lack of cleanliness was concerning and made me question the cleanliness of the bedding as well. However, I do appreciate that the staff addressed some of these concerns by removing the trash and replacing the stained chair.
