El autocheck in en los ipads puede parecer novedoso, pero cuando un huésped llega cansado, sobre todo si es muy tarde, y se está lleno de maletas, lo menos que uno quiere es hacer ese proceso, que por cierto no es corto.

The room was very small, bed was very uncomfortable. The website and the iPad stated it had a mini fridge in the room, my husband out his insulin pen in the "fridge" and when he went to use it in the morning it was warm. When we called the front desk they told us it was a cooler not a fridge. Not what the iPad or website states. My husband had to throw away his insulin pen because it was now bad. When we called the front desk at first no one seemed concerned regarding my husband's medicine. We also called because an outlet by the sink was not working, the blow dryer did not work either. They said they would have someone come look at the outlet and bring a new hair dryer. No one checked the outlet and it took another day to get the blow dryer. No coffee is offered unless you pay for it downstairs. We were reimbursed 1 night due to the insulin pen.

La habitación era súper pequeña, el lavabo estaba dentro de la habitación y el wc con un cristal con cero intimidad. Algunos miembros del personal tampoco eran demasiado amables cuando les dijimos que queríamos que limpiaran la habitación al día siguiente de la llegada y como no lo habíamos puesto en el sistema de iPad que tienen porque no nos dimos cuentas dejaron la habitación sin hacer.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026Ubicacion excepcional, casi al lado del Brickell Center, al frente queda el metro mover que es un tren gratis en el cual puedes trasladarte en el centro, quedan muchos restaurancitos cerca, el lugar estaba impecable, cama y almohadas super comodas, nada de ruido en el piso 16, en el 2do nivel haces check in en una tablet y hay un bar y zonas para relajarte, incluyendo un balcon donde puedes sentarte para mirar hacia afuera, la habitación es super moderna pero facil de manejar, las luces, ventanas, tv, servicio de limpieza, todo se maneja por ahí, hay ducha caliente, mini nevera, secador de pelo y una estación compartida para planchar la ropa, te movilizas en ascensor, en el ultimo piso tienen una piscina con vistas espectaculares especialmente en la noche, tambien ahí cuentan con un bar (todo lo que consumes debes pagarlo aparte) y cierra a las 11:30 pm. Lo recomiendo 100% si estas dispuesto a sacrificar un poco el espacio de la habitación lo cual para mi no fue molestia.
No sacaron la basura que estaba en el balo el dia que solicité la limpieza.

The outlets in our room did not work so we had to navigate the next day with dying phones and laptops. We requested another room but they were fully booked - they did offer free breakfast though.

If all you need is a base for a few nights, this hotel has absolutely everything you need in the rooms designed to maximise space usage: a really comfortable bed, a vanity including storage and the sink, a quirky enclosed shower/WC cubicle; an ipad to control all the in-room features (room temperature / lights / window blinds / TV, etc). There's a decent pool area & bar on the roof and the grab & go style breakfast worked for me. The hotel is also really close to the centre of Mary Brickell village so there are plenty of places to eat / drink / shop and the station for the Metromover (free train) is a few minutes walk away.
It's not a huge issue, but the only thing missing for me is an on-site restaurant for when you don't want to leave the hotel, but given the location it's easy to find something closeby.

Pudimos autogestionarlo desde la tablet y salio todo perfecto, igualmente tambien habia personal del hotel en caso de que tuvieramos algun inconveniente. Ademas, nos guardaron las valijas el dia del check out lo cual nos permitio disfrutar del dia completo.
No hay nada que no me haya gustado realmente. Quizas puede ser "no tan comodo" el hecho de que la cama tenga salida al piso desde solo uno de los dos lados, pero es algo menor. La estadia fue excelente.
