Reviewed Aug 2, 2026We hebben per ongeluk onze e-reader onder het kussen vergeten en komen met geen mogelijkheid meer in contact. Ze hebben zelf ook geen bericht gestuurd dat de e-reader is gevonden. Ze houden het gewoon. Heel teleurstellend!!

Reviewed Apr 30, 2026Las habitaciones son amplias y siempre están muy limpias. Tienen una alberca que también cuidan mucho para que siempre se vea bien. El servicios de café, pan y fruta por las mañanas, es un adicional que no esperábamos y nos gustó mucho.
Lo único malo es la distancia hacia el centro de bacalar, nosotros traíamos auto y eso no fue un problema, pero creo que lo deberías considerar si no vienes en auto.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Pulling in you are very where are we going. Does not look like photos pulling in. Our shower flooded the bathroom. It is over 30 mins to anything. The Wifi was trash and working remote was impossible we had to leave. When we talk to the staff they called the management. We asked to leave 2 days early were they agreed so we actually left that night, since they agreed of course they actually charged us for the 2 days we weren’t there. It was a fight with booking.com & ended up in nothing from the hotel.

Reviewed Nov 20, 2025We were really surprised by this hotel. It was very clean and comfortable. The staff was amazing. The pool was small but perfect for what we needed. There are birds singing in the gardens. Just wonderful. It was our favourite place to stay in Mexico. We found it by accident to stay for one night. We ended up coming back to Bacalar and booked 3 more nights. We would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you to Salvador and the rest of the staff.

EL COBRO DE UNA HORA EXTRA FUE EL 30% DEL VALOR POR UN DIA ENTERO Y NOS PARECIÓ EXAGERADO, PORQUE APARTE DE LOS DÍAS INICIALES, TERMINAMOS QUEDANDONOS OTROS DÍAS MÁS. PEDIMOS AL SEGUNDO DIA ARREGLARAN LA HABITACION DEJANDO EL LETRERO COLGADO Y NO LO HICIERON.

Reviewed Aug 12, 2025La ventana de habitación estaba rota mandamos a avisar ya que la ventana es de piso a techo entonces una persona entra bien ahí y se abría no le servía seguro y le dijimos a recepción nos tuvieron esperando q según le avisarían a su jefa era 10 pm y nada q nos decía lo final con un palo trabaron la ventana para q no se abriera y al día siguiente según repararían pero íbamos de salida y debían entrar a la habitación personas extrañas (q son herreros) preferimos no por nuestras cosas personales ya q no tenía caja fuerte en fin pésimo y ranas en todos lados en las noches infestado

Reviewed Aug 4, 2025L’emplacement permet d’être à juste distance de la foule de touristes, au calme, sans être finalement très loin du centre ! À proximité d’un supermarché où l’on trouve de tout. Nous étions dans la chambre 8, tout en haut, au bout du couloir (très spacieuse et propre , literie super) ce qui permet d’être au calme et tout proche de l’espace cuisine ( très très pratique et propre !). Clim super efficace et silencieuse. Nous avons BEAUCOUP apprécié le frigo dans la chambre!! Idéal pour stocker nos boissons et autres vivres. Un vrai plus quand on vadrouille en famille ! L’hôtel met à disposition pain, confiture et pâte à tartiner , sucre, lait en poudre etc , bref de quoi se faire un petit déjeuner, c’est hyper commode ! Les enfants ont également apprécié de pouvoir se baigner, même si la piscine est petite.
Accueil pas super agréable , la jeune femme nous a donné les clefs et fait remplir de la paperasse tout en étant au téléphone … petite marge d’amélioration sur ce point, mais rien de dramatique en soi

Reviewed Aug 1, 2025Accès facile dans un parking privé sécurisé. Installation rapide et facile. Grande chambre spacieuse avec 2 grands lits, frigo . A l'étage, terrasse ouverte et couverte avec le nécessaire pour le petit déjeuner en autonomie. Sauf lors d'un orage qui fait tout disjoncter mais c'est la nature... Agréable endroit avec une piscine sympa et quelques tables et bains de soleil pour la détente. Je conseille.

Unfortunately the pool was empty for cleaning during our stay. Safe parking inside the perimeter of the hotel area. Quite far from the laguna, but good for a quick overnight stay in Bacalar.

Reviewed Apr 24, 2025Et sted som ligger lidt længere væk fra centrum, men vi lejede cykler os så passede det perfekt. Selve hotellet var meget nyt og vedligeholdt og så var der også et lille køkken hvor man selv kunne lave lidt mad.

When I arrived the check in guy invented some extra fee I had to pay, despite Booking saying eventing was included. One of the doors couldn't lock (I was on the ground floor)

Reviewed Mar 28, 2024Nos gustó que al no tener opciones de restaurantes cerca, el hotel tiene una terraza donde hay utensilios para que te prepares tus propios alimentos. Lo que no nos gustó fue que el internet fallaba mucho, no habían canales para ver en la tv, el segundo día regresamos temprano al hotel para poder usar la alberca y nos dijeron que no se podía porque le pusieron químicos de limpieza (aprox 3pm) , creo es mejor hacer eso por la noche para que los huéspedes puedan usar la alberca en el día, al día siguiente eran las 12pm y aún no se podía usar.

Reviewed Dec 26, 2023this has been literally the worst experience i've had in 20+ years travelling. the hotel as well as the neighbourhood is incredibly noisy. there was literally a party right in front of my room, which isnt soundproof whatsoever. we stayed there for two nights and there was no chance to sleep. we have talked to the guy in charge who gave us a phone number in case it was noisy during the second night. which it was, obviously. but no one picked up the phone. it was impossible to sleep for two nights in a row. again: worst experience ever!

Pool wasn’t full to where the water line didn’t reach clean out baskets . Pump wasn’t running. Husband scratched his back on the pool wall and it got infected. Got some antibiotic cream from the pharmacy and it cleared it up
