Casa Ciana

Everything! Specially how they take care of everything and think about everything.

Everything was clean

Todo muy limpio y cómodo

Me gustó todo :)

Everything was up to our standards

Nothing comes to mind

Es un lugar muy agradable y moderno.

Amazing stay. Nice food on the rooftop. Location is great. And the beach is right in front of the hotel.

It was pretty good. We like it.

I was just that power gone for about four hours and I think if power outages is a common problem in Puerto Rico they should have a backup generator that will better the place and guess will promote this property just considering. God bless.

The place was perfect.

Jorge provides a very nice space with drinks and concierge type service!

Room is extremely clean and very modern.

Woke up one of the days from someone screaming outside and another day was told to move my car when I was parked in the correct Casa Ciana Parking.

The location was excellent—very central and close to everything we wanted to visit in San Juan. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The hosts were incredibly attentive from the moment we booked until check-out, always quick to respond and happy to help with any questions. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

Nothing. Everything met our expectations.

I loved the client service from Raul and Jorge. They were welcoming, attentive and kind. The place was safe, clean and beautiful!! I would highly recommend!!

Clean room

Noisy halls and street

It was very clean and nice.

Good locación, near everything what I want it to do and the parking was a plus.

No complaints

Clean, parking, close to airport, water available . An extremely helpful host

Nothing

Super limpio, todo estuvo genial.

Good location for me. Liked using codes to gain access 😄

Coffee not restocked 2 days. Lucky for me there's a nice cafe across the street.

Great project , Beautiful room

Wverything! The place was super clean and beautiful

Very noisy. Doors let alone of car traffic noise through

Everything was perfect very clean easy to access and check in and out- love it

Muy cómodo, acogedor, muy atentos

good,but water is not hot.

Nice room. Clean. Quiet.

A bit off the beaten path. Not close to restaurants or bars. The beach was a 20 minute walk. Had to Uber to old San Juan.

Jose was very helpful with everything we needed for our stay. Very responsive, accomodayton clean and modern. Across the street is local dinery with pristine local food and great service, we highly recommend.

Amazing place, host was very responsive, it's all self check-in and Check-out, we were allowed to park even after checking out

The only thing is the walls are really thin and you can hear everything that's happening in the hallway. With earplugs you should be fine. Water pressure in the shower could be better.

Excellent service and facilities. Clean and updated as well as comfortable. Owner is 100% attentive and wants to ensure exceptional stay. Great support and communications. I never felt uneasy about what would happen if I had problems. Everything was provided and covered in advance. Most importantly, if you need parking this is one of the few places that offer private parking. Also a short couple blocks from eating locations. Easy to get to and just a low cost Uber away from most anywhere in San Juan.

Location is good overall but if you're looking for ocean or city views it's not for you. Easy to get to and just a low cost Uber away from most anywhere in San Juan.

Great place, close by everything! Free coffee and water! Great host the place was definitely worth staying again!

Property was very clean and spacious.

This property is close to everything the beach restaurant shopping etc. Jorge the host was excellent. He answer any question and was always a phone call away. I really enjoyed my stay . 100/10.

Jorge the site manager was amazing and very understanding. He was there when we had questions. Housekeepers did a great job getting our room ready. The rooms were perfect and comfortable. Great location to walk to bars and restaurants. Definitely will use them again.

All was good. Nothing we didnt like.

Location

Nothing

Easy to access... Clean ..comfortable bed. Wifi good...easy to connect.. good temperature control

Really wanted some coffee and there was coffee but no cups! Ran out of toilet paper in the room no extra.. no water glass... Hard to use remote for TV...

Clean modern perfect location

Very, very clean. Having 2 bedrooms worked out well for us. Directions for check-in were clear. Overall, a spacious apartment.

I really like the location, close to the airport also the beach and shopping centers, they also have parking which is a huge plus. Staff was nice and the manager was very helpful and accommodating.

Access to get in the property after certain hours was a little difficult, but thankfully someone was around with access to let me in. Other than that, everything was smooth the stay was very comfortable and will definitely book again.

Staff is very helpful, especially Jorge and Juan. Room is clean and comfy. Location is good.

Room size should be a little bigger, big enough to place a lover seat. Table is too small. Storage is not enough.

Super clean neat place

Management was so friendly and welcoming.

I liked everything

Jorge is amazing! Give him a raise!

Very clean, you have everything you need! My second stay and I know where i will continue to stay when i travel to the island!

Wonderful room!

Very clean and cozy

We stayed here for the long weekend while celebrating a friend's wedding. The Bad Bunny room was comfortable. The host was generally very responsive to texts and made sure we needed nothing. It was an affordable price and convenient location. On site parking was a huge benefit. I would have no hesitation staying here again.

Clean rooms

close to all the good spot . the staff is real

Internet massively slower than advertised. Hotel is also much smaller than the photos and is really bad value compared to other hotels in San Juan. The room feels very un-private due to one way windows as the cheaper rooms, of which I reserved one, are on the ground floor and saw homeless man right outside the window on arrival. Plus the walls are very thin so kept getting woken up by guests coming back at all hours. I tried to cut my stay short due to these problems having booked it last minute for four days, and wanted to stay one night. They wouldn't let me and instead laughed on the phone about needing to 'read the contract'. Bad hospitality and I cannot recommend staying here.

The property was perfect.
