Great location The staff were most helpful ‐ couldn't fault them. Despite the size of the hotel it was comfortable, quiet and general ly clean.

I ordered steak for evening meal- good flavour but slightly tough. There were stains on the bedroom carpet. The hotel like most hotels doesn't cater for singles, I paid for two person room, which is expensive for one person. .

Rustige en heel nette kamer bij aankomst

Voor 1 am moet je deurhanger 'please clean the room' uithangen. Indien je twee dagen blijft én je komt laat toe dan lees je de kleine lettertjes op de deurhanger niet. Resultaat deurhanger s morgens om 7.30 am gehangen.... Kamer was niet gepoetst. Jammer, suggestie best door receptie laten vermelden zo sta je niet voor verrassingen.

Location was excellent, just right for my needs; area was quiet but the hotel was packed with people joining and leaving at all times. Staff were very friendly and very accommodating.

Breakfast was okay but too monotonous; wished they looked into a variation of the breakfast items. Also I wished they had placed at least a bottle of water in the room when I arrived, I didn't knl on know

I thought Ken the concierge was terrific, he helped us with planning trips, restaurants and getting around the city. Nothing was too much trouble for him

No limpiaron la habitación en 3 días y después de poner el cartel todos los días y pedirlo en recepción aun así siguieron sin hacerlo ..un servicio pésimo.

Great location and the rooms were superb. Nice to have a personal iron. Also the sweeties, water and note was a nice touch. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The shower didnt drain very well. Not a big problem but could maybe be looked at. Room 621. Easy fix.

The location was good for what we required during our stay.

The staff didn’t seem very happy to be completing their jobs I understand a bad day but a smile and a friendly tone doesn’t go afar. We stayed on the 6th floor which is fine but the television didn’t work, it turned on and showed the channels but the screen stayed blank. Also no water provided in the room and only one room key which was a little inconvenient.

Ideal location for IFSC area and Grand Canal Walking distance to almost all parts of Dublin Staff great and very friendly Food for dinner was great and choice

Just the price Value for money Some visitors may have been shocked if walked a certain direction from hotel Restaurant was extremely busy so seating was at a premium

Sehr gute Lage zur Innenstadt , College und Fluss. Der Flughafen Express ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Unser Zimmer zum Innenhof war zwar dunkler aber dafür sehr ruhig.

Unser gebuchtes Zimmer 15 qm war sehr eng. Man konnte keinen Koffer abstellen . Das Bad auch sehr klein, Dusche aber geräumig. Für 2 Nächte geht es aber.

The breakfast

The room was too hot and l called for someone to come and adjust the settings nobody turned up. The room also had a smell and plumbing noises.

The outside garden area was perfect for cocktails and the reception staff were fantastic with the children we had.

Close to city center

There is a Laneway behind the hotel that is permanently full of addicts who make a lot of noise. Our room was facing the lane way so they were a constant distraction

Grande albergo in una posizione molto comoda per raggiungere le principali attrazioni della città. Molto curati, di ottimo livello e con tanti servizi gli spazi comuni.

It was my sister's birthday & the staff marked it by sending chocolates to her room

das frühstücksbüffet war ausreichend und gut. das personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. die lage ist gut - bis temple bar sind es ca. 10 minuten fussweg

der teppichboden im zimmer war nicht sauber. das badezimmer sehr klein. das waschbecken war so winzig dass man sich nicht mal das gesicht waschen konnte.

La chambre était propre et le personnel très serviable . Abdel aura été d'une grande aide pour nous renseigner tout au long du sejour . Le petit déjeuner était copieux avec beaucoup de choix . La terrasse etait agréable.

I liked where it was it was central to the city centre and walking distance to everywhere it was clean and comfortable

The air conditioning wasn’t great and it was quite warm In The room but I’ve had worse experiences also the breakfast was tasty but just needed to be a bit warmer

Very convenient location, both for the bus to/from the airport as well the proximity to the center

The dinner was absolutely amazing, the food was way past my expectations, I really enjoyed the atmosphere of the dining area too. I also loved the facilities of being able to get your own water beside the vending machine, whether that to have been sparkling or regular.

The TV facilities are a bit dated, it only relies on actual channels, I would've found it to be a bit more enjoyable if it was not so hard to get into a YouTube video, using the browser was a nightmare.

Great location, nice and clean. Even though it’s close to the train station, the train noise didn’t keep us awake.

There’s nothing I didn’t like. I would definitely stay again.

It close to many locations

The bed was a spring one and it is not good for my body.

Great location for touring Dublin on foot for a couple of days. Small room but worked fine. The staff was really helpful with bus stops and early bag drop.

Very clean and super nice staff. Ken you are amazing. Good breakfast. Location was just few steps from everything but quiet and nice. The outside terrace is super nice and the sitting area downstairs is perfect.

Rooms are quite small.

Staffing was rude upon arrival. It was early in the morning so we wanted to drop off our bags and park the car somewhere since they don’t offer parking, and the staff just looked at us when we asked to leave them there. But then when we left the hotel to get our car the next day, suddenly they can hold our bags while we go get the car???

La camera matrimoniale piccolina ma funzionale per due adulti . Prese usb accanto al letto, letto matrimoniale comodo , presente anche bollitore per caffè o the . Ottima posizione ( siamo arrivati dovunque a piedi). Ricordarsi che la pulizia della camera e del bagno con cambio di asciugamani è su richiesta . La colazione varia sia nel dolce che nel salato . Comodissimo l’erogatore di acqua sia frizzante che liscia nella hall . Presente anche un distributore di ombrelli a noleggio (3 euro). Personale disponibile e deposito bagagli . Abbiamo avuto anche il check-in anticipato perché la camera era disponibile da subito . Bus express per l’aeroporto a 8 minuti a piedi dall’albergo .

La mia stanza , al sesto piano , che affacciava sull’ingresso dell’albergo , un po troppo rumorosa la notte ( noi abbiamo avuto la sfortuna di “beneficiare” della presenza di un clochard un po troppo rumoroso per un paio di notti !). E poi la mattina presto , dalle 5 si è svegliati dai gabbiani , ma per questo non si può fare niente!!

Great location, helpful and friendly staff especially Anil Lumar at reception. Decor of bar/restaurant is beautiful.
