Location away from noise

Twice during my 4 night stay booking out / closing the top floor pool so no access to people who have paid to stay there and use their facilities.

Everything. We had a couple of minor issues which were dealt with very efficiently.

Tara V at Decker & Dyer was wonderful and took great care of us when we visited there for breakfast. I appreciated the good variety of menu options, including fresh-squeezed juices (carrot, beet, ginger, pineapple for example). The scrambled eggs were actually fluffy and even my pork-sausage purist husband admitted that the turkey sausage is good. The coffee was better than most restaurants too. Thank you Tara!

Booked a last minute family trip and we’re loving it. Great hotel, staff and location. Big shout out to Magdi Botros at The Westin. Truly lovely man who takes pride in his work. Major asset to the Westin!

Great location and very friendly staff. I have to give a shout out to Brendan! He remembered me by name after staying a week. He checked me in and checked me out of the hotel. Happy to be a Bonvoy member with the Westin being my favorite hotel to stay when traveling.

I first want to start with the customer service, it was absolutely spectacular. Each time I made it to the front desk to ask a question or get help, I was always greeting with a smile. That made me never want to leave. My stay was 5 days and I made sure to get acquainted with the grounds and what the hotel had to offer. The gym was a nice size, a plethora of equipment, an indoor pool and Peletons! I visited the famous 27th floor and it was a unique experience. The staff was pleasant and the view was breathtaking. I enjoyed every moment. The location of this hotel is about 5-6 blocks from Broadway. Close enough for a 15 minute walk but far enough outside of the hustle and bustle. Just right across the street from the convention center which is amazingly beautiful! When I visit Nashville again, this will be my spot!

We had an excellent stay at The Westin Nashville! The service was exceptional from start to finish, and everyone made us feel genuinely welcomed. Zach took amazing care of my boyfriend and me during our stay. From the moment we sat down, we never had to ask for a single thing—he was always one step ahead. His service was exceptional, and he was friendly, attentive, and easy to talk to. He made the experience even more enjoyable with great conversation and outstanding hospitality. We had a fantastic time and will definitely be back. If you get the chance, ask for Zach—you won’t be disappointed!

The hotel was great, but the bar staff was AMAZING!! You truly have some amazing staff, Spencer is the reason i’m leaving this review. He was so welcoming and brought us a few laughs AND amazing drinks. I’m not sure if he is manager but he definitely should be! Thanks for the great experience and food!!!

Our experience was great. Our room was wonderful, spacious, and clean. Management was wonderful as they were ready, willing, and able to provide the r quality of service (Ms. Cori I believe was her name). I was truly pleased with the valet service from Tommy and Devan, especially. These two young men were attentive to small details, (I.e., opening the door for us, Tommy assisting in loading my bags from the cart). I really appreciated these two men for their service. Its location is unbeatable—just a short walk to Broadway, making it easy to enjoy all the music, restaurants, and nightlife Nashville has to offer. I want to recognize Brendan, one of the concierges at The Westin Nashville, for providing truly exceptional service. He turned what could have been a disappointing experience into a memorable celebration for my cousin’s 50th birthday, and I’m incredibly grateful for everything he did. Months before our stay, I reserved a cabana and submitted multiple inquiries to coordinate a special birthday brunch. I reached out through the online inquiry forms, made phone calls, and even attempted to email the appropriate contact. Unfortunately, none of those efforts resulted in a response, and by the time I arrived at the hotel, I still had no idea whether anything had been arranged. The first person who genuinely took ownership of the situation was Brendan. Even before we discussed the birthday celebration, I noticed his service mindset. While I was waiting for my room and simply needed to store my luggage, another employee directed me to go outside to the valet. Brendan immediately stepped in, took my bags himself, assured me he would handle everything, and brought my claim ticket back to me. It was a small gesture, but it demonstrated exactly the kind of hospitality that makes guests feel welcomed and cared for. After I explained what had happened with the birthday planning, Brendan didn’t make excuses or pass me along to someone else. He simply said he would take care of it—and he did. Because of his initiative, the hotel coordinated birthday cupcakes, the team was prepared for our brunch when we arrived, and even the staff at the cabana seemed aware that we were celebrating a special occasion. Brendan also surprised my cousin with balloons that perfectly complemented the table décor, adding a thoughtful personal touch that meant so much. My younger cousin needed a fun day and celebrating her 50th birthday was incredibly important to me. I wanted the day to feel elegant, thoughtful, and special. Brendan helped make that happen. Instead of spending the day worrying about logistics, we were able to enjoy ourselves and focus on celebrating together. I also want to offer a suggestion to hotel leadership because I genuinely believe there is an opportunity here. When guests reserve cabanas or indicate they are celebrating a birthday, anniversary, or other milestone, consider proactively reaching out to offer celebration packages. Whether it’s flowers, balloons, cakes, champagne, custom décor, or coordinated brunch experiences, many guests—including me—would gladly pay an additional fee for a seamless, professionally coordinated celebration. I certainly would have. Based on my experience, Brendan would be the perfect person to help lead or coordinate that type of guest experience. He demonstrated initiative, attention to detail, creativity, and genuine hospitality. More importantly, he saw a problem that had fallen through the cracks and took ownership until it was resolved. Employees like Brendan don’t simply solve problems—they create loyal customers. Thank you, Brendan, for going above and beyond. Your professionalism, kindness, and commitment to creating an exceptional guest experience made all the difference, and our celebration was a success because of you. I sincerely hope your leadership recognizes the tremendous value you bring to The Westin.

Good service, nice view from the rooms. Good Breakfast with friendly service and kids menu, the home made smoothie was a hit. Modern and clean rooms, fresh and modern baths. Rooptop pool small and sunbeds not in the sun, but nice atmopphere, good service and excellent view. Short walk to Broadway and country museum

A decent Westin, fairly middle-of-the-road overall. The rooftop with its infinity pool was definitely a highlight and worth the visit on its own. Service has some room for improvement — the person who checked us in didn’t look up once during the whole process, and the staff on the rooftop seemed pretty disengaged. All in all, a so-so experience — fine, but nothing that stood out beyond the rooftop.

What an incredible stay at The Westin. From the moment I arrived, Brenden at the front desk welcomed me with a genuine smile and a willingness to help. He wasn’t just polite, he took the time to have a real conversation with me. I was in town for doctor’s appointments at the Sarah Cannon Cancer Center, and his kindness and empathy reminded me that I was more than just another guest checking into a hotel. He shared recommendations for places to visit, things to do, and ways to take my mind off everything I was facing. Those simple acts of kindness meant more than he probably realizes. My room on one of the top floors had breathtaking views of the city, making it the perfect place to relax, reflect, and find a little peace before a difficult day. To Brenden and everyone at The Westin, thank you for turning what could have been a stressful trip into one filled with comfort, compassion, and genuine hospitality. In a season where kindness matters more than ever, you made a lasting impact, and I’ll never forget it.

Our room was outstanding - comfortable, well appointed, and with an excellent view. The hotel was perfectly located, making the city very walkable. They also had a great pool and bar. The views from the hotel were absolutely amazing.

Valet only parking was disappointing. It means I'm not going to drive my sports car, and I have to wait for my car to be brought up during busy times like checkout. Not to mention I'm paying for something I don't really want. There are other parking options nearby, but they are also quite expensive and most of them were less secure. Otherwise they closed the pool for a private event, and the pool was half the reason we stayed there.

Breakfast okay but service was not good. Our waiter had too many tables and we had to wait too long.

Friends had booked upper floor suite on fireworks side and we were to join them for viewing. They did not get the room they booked months ago. Our lower floor room did not face fireworks. Valet parking -took 1 1/2 hours to get our car!

Room, bed, bar. We always stayed at The Renaissance for CMA. Fun events there for CMA tastings etc. staff could be more friendly at reception. Outside and housekeepers very friendly. A little more pretentious at desk.

Good size room however we had to move rooms as ours was noisy due to air conditioning units. Good location to get into town.

Pools were very small.

The rooftop pool sounds like a nice accommodation, but the way it is laid out you have to walk through their more upscale lounge which is a bit awkward. The bartender was very ill and made multiple comments to other employees about keeping people away from ordering at her bar if we were swimmers.

Having to pay for areas around the pool

Stayed at the Westin for a business conference that was hosted in their event space. My room as well as the hotel itself was wonderful & very clean. Everyone from the valet staff to Brandon at the front desk helped make the experience easy and seamless. I rarely feel completely at ease while staying in hotels, but The Westin Nashville has been the exception!

My wife and I checked in the Westin Hotel to enjoy a night in Nashvile, and the local Country Music Festival. We were greated by a wonderful front desk manager, Sasha, who greeted us with a smile and a warm hello. From there, she checked us into the hotel, assuring as a Bon Voy member, that our room was the best room available for us. It was my birthday as well, and she provided a nice birthday card and some gifts, including chocolates. It was obvious Sasha was trained very well and performed five star services. We look forward to coming back to the Westin Hotel Nashvile in the near future and enjoying the property, the amenities, and the staff.

Besides the rude, blonde bartender at the rooftop, everything was incredible. I’d like to think she was having a bad day, but she worked more than one shift during our stay and was rude consistently. Everyone else on staff was helpful, pleasant & accommodating. Watch out for glass on the rooftop floor, as I stepped on a piece while walking to the pool. The head of security, Jessie, checked on me and made sure I was tended to. Cleanliness and atmosphere was fantastic. Beds were great, too!

Got a massage at the spa. Front desk was very polite & my therapist Dorian was great! Pablo at valet was very welcoming. While waiting on my vehicle he offered me water.

Merman Boules George was great at her job

Attended a conference at The Westin - Nashville. We had cocktails in The Gulch, then dinner at The Oak. I was especially impressed with the hospitality and service at our cocktail hour. I was very pleased with Merhan Boules. Though she was serving passed apps, she was very attentive and over the top attitude. She’s a great ambassador for your hotel.

The location was perfect and everything you want from a Westin. The food at the restaurant was great and when I had extra time before my flight, Brendan was so helpful with regard to my bags. He made it possible for me to enjoy some of the city outside of work without worrying about my luggage.

Merhan Boules and George provided fantastic service for our business event. They made it very enjoyable and I was very thankful for their positive and welcoming attitude. Definitely recommend

Need new pillows. They are worn out. Too soft. Expensive drinks in the room refrigerator. I really don't think you need this in the room. You have a bar downstairs and rooftop. Just need a regular room refrigerator.

Had the opportunity to spend a couple of nights at the Westin in downtown Nashville. Great place and great location. Brendan who is one of the hotels' concierges was great at getting us acclimated to the hotel's amenities. If you're looking for a great hotel in a great location in Nashville, give the Westin a try!

Rooftop pool didn’t look clean.

The housekeeping was impeccable. I stayed at the Westin for a week and each and every time they cleaned everything..even my eyeglasses!

We were upgraded to a beautiful and spacious corner unit on the 17th floor, Trishti was very kind to do so and a lovely new Jamaican woman in training was also very kind and efficient. Brendan was on top of every detail when we came back or stepped out and cared for our luggage when we did last minute shopping on our last day. The valet guys were also great and so kind and attentive getting us water bottles as well. We are looking forward to coming back and will definitely stay at the Westin. Lastly - the raín shower head was GLORIOUS!! The water pressure was amazing. I would come back just for that.
