NADA, toda la estancia en este hotel fue muy desagradable.

Reservamos y pagamos una habitación para cuatro personas: dos adultos y dos niñas, de 3 y 7 años. Sin embargo, a nuestra llegada, se nos asignó una habitación con 1 cama de matrimonio y una cama individual. Cuando bajamos al recepción a explicar la situación, nos dijeron que si queríamos una cama adicional, tendríamos que pagar un suplemento. Tuvimos que dormir juntos en la cama de matrimonio aunque habíamos pagado un habitación para 4 personas. Yo soy celíaca y aún habiendo hecho la petición de pan sin gluten o algo para el desayuno (en Junio), a la hora de hacer el checkin lo volví a decir, pues en el desayuno al día siguiente nos dijeron que desde recepción no les habían informado y no tenían nada para mí. La mermelada estaba caducada, la cafetera estropeada y la tostadora tampoco funcionaba. Los empleados no tienen nada de empatía, no están formados y tienen nada de profesionalidad a la hora de tratar con el cliente y realizar sus tareas. Mis hijas sólo querían que nos fueramos de allí. EL MAYOR DESASTRE QUE HE VIVIDO EN UN HOTEL.

Room was generally clean and tidy, however there sofa was really badly stained and the toilets smelt quite heavily of drains. Had to close the bathroom doors during the night as the smell was keeping us awake. “Kids Pool” is tiny. Softplay isn’t included in the price.

All about this hotel is superb. A large parking area, large swimming pool, whynsport for kids.

The excessive number of messages from the host was rather annoying, and the counter staff member was a foreigner—possibly from India or Bangladesh—whose English was hard to understand due to a very strong native accent. I could only guess at what he was trying to convey and luckily what i guess is true..

Old dated building and rooms, smell of sewer from the toilet, reception staff seemed demotivated and not too bothered, no sofa beds in the property.

- The room was spacious with a lovely bed, and the KLCC view was stunning. - Free parking was available with ample space, even during peak periods and school holiday.

- The guest bathroom in my room had an unpleasant smell that lingered throughout the room. I tried running the water to clear it but it didn't help. - The receptionist didn't provide any information on hotel facilities such as swimming pool level, snow play area etc including breakfast details (level and timing), I had to message the hotel after check-in to find out. - No shops nearby. The hotel could benefit from having a mini-mart or vending machine on-site, as there are no shops within a 500m radius.

I was disappointed with the breakfast experience. The dining area was too small and there were not enough seats during peak hours. The food replenishment was also quite slow, and the food selection and quality were fairly average considering the relatively high price. I also found communication with some of the staff difficult, as they did not understand basic Bahasa Melayu.

Ottima struttura, avevamo una camera spaziosa con lavatrice, ferro da stiro e fornelli. La colazione era varia e ampia, pagata in aggiunta solo per gli adulti, free per i bambini sotto i 5 anni. La struttura è dotata di un'ampia piscina e di un centro giochi per bambini cui si può accedere con tariffa a parte pagata in loco.

النظافه لم تكن كما يجب. اخذت غرف مطله ع التون تور لاكن الشبابيك كانت متسخه جدا. اقمت في الفندق مرتين من يوم 15 إلى 16 و من يوم 21 إلى 26 وكانت الغرف مختلفه وادوار مختلفه لاكن في الغرفتين كانت الشبابيك متسخه من الخارج. الفطور ليس جميلا ع الإطلاق. البيض مرمي فوق بعض وانت تاخد منه. مع العلم كل سفراتي والفنادق الي زرتها حول العالم البيض بالذات يكون فيه شف يسويه لك فرش وجديد. غير انه مافيه خيارات في الاكل كثير. او بالاصح معدوووده جدا.

The suit was big and very clean, very nice and comfortable equipped. The view from the pool.

The hotel is more for families with children. The internal playground is next to the pool which means less relaxation :) The restaurant should be cleaner.

The housekeeping team were excellent and the availability of a washing machine was convenient.

Although the location of the property was central it was not close to any supermarket or cafe where one can grab a quick coffee or a bite. The furniture and towels were also outdated.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Nachdem wir festgestellt haben, dass das 2. Zimmer nur ein kleiner Vorschlag ohne Fenster ist (für Kinder ab Körpergröße 160 cm nichtmehrzu empfehlen), halfen sie bei der Suche nach einem größeren Apartment. Mit einem Aufschlag konnten wir umziehen. Es wurde jeden Tag Wasser zur Verfügung gestellt.

Das winzige 2. Zimmer ohne Fenster. Die Zufahrtsstrasse zum Hotel ist zum Teil defekt.

Its by far the best apartment hotel i've stayed in. Facilities are there, pool is nice, play area for kids is there too. Its a short walk to KLCC which takes you to a park and an underground pass to go to Suria KLCC. Access to pavilion is also walkable but need to plan your day around the weather (no underpass or skybridge). The building is near to pavillion on the map but there is no small pedestrian walkway accessing the buildings.

Yeah - one thing that made the stay a bit uncomfortable was a drainage smell coming from the bathroom.

Excelente hotel con unas vistas inmejorables de las Torres Petronas desde la propia habitación. Me alojé en una suite enorme y muy acogedora; aunque solo estuve una noche y apenas tuve tiempo de usar las instalaciones, me sentí como en casa. El punto fuerte es la piscina infinity: es gigante y tiene una panorámica preciosa de las torres. Además, la ubicación es muy buena, ya que se puede llegar andando al centro en unos 15 minutos. ¡Totalmente recomendable!

El hotel destaca por su elegancia y buen nivel general. Sin embargo, como único punto negativo —pero muy molesto a nivel personal—, noté un olor desagradable constante en la estancia, probablemente debido a un problema de tuberías. Considero que un establecimiento de esta categoría debería cuidar al máximo estos detalles para ofrecer una experiencia perfecta.

Everything was great. The service of the staff was amazing and they really made the stay even better. The apartment had some great views over the city and I really liked the infinitypool. The cleaning services were great and even if you didn’t ask to clean your room, they always left water bottles outside for you. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone going to KL!

Nous avons constaté plusieurs problèmes concernant la propreté et l’état de la chambre : des taches sur les draps et les meubles, des traces sur les WC ainsi que des carrelages abîmés. Nous ne trouvons pas cela normal pour un hôtel 5 étoiles (voir les photos). La réceptionniste n’était pas particulièrement agréable ni accueillante. Elle ne nous a pas donné d’explications ou d’informations concernant l’hôtel et la ville afin de nous permettre de profiter pleinement de notre séjour. Elle ne nous a pas non plus informés que le ménage était effectué uniquement sur demande et qu’il pouvait être facturé. Nous trouvons regrettable que le ménage ne soit pas effectué quotidiennement dans un hôtel 5 étoiles, surtout lors d’un séjour d’une semaine. Ce service devrait, selon nous, être inclus dans le prix de la chambre. Nous avons également rencontré plusieurs problèmes pendant notre séjour : problème de chasse d’eau, douche bouchée, poubelles non vidées, etc. Par ailleurs, nous ne savions pas qu’il était nécessaire de demander à chaque fois les produits d’accueil (brosse à dents, bouteilles d’eau, savon, thé, café, papier toilette, etc.). Là encore, nous trouvons cela regrettable pour un établissement 5 étoiles. Enfin, il y avait peu de commerces à proximité et la station de métro se trouvait à environ 15 minutes à pied, ce qui n’était pas particulièrement pratique.

Il rapporto qualità prezzo perché con 70€ a notte abbiamo soggiornato in un 5 stelle e la posizione vicino alle Petronas 15 Min a piedi (seppur in una strada in salita un po' isolata) e la presenza di due bagni che è una bella comodità e la presenza di una piscina con vista dello Skyline.

L'odore di fogna che proveniva dai due bagni e sebbene vi sia una lavatrice la camera non disponeva di posti per stendere i panni quindi la stessa praticamente inutile. Inoltre, mancavano prese di corrente vicino ai letti.

The property was very well maintained, and we had a direct view of the Petronas Towers from our high-floor room, which was a great highlight. The pool was clean and well maintained too. Its location right in the city centre made it very convenient for exploring Kuala Lumpur.

Great views, awesome inhouse wynsnow, infinity pool, wynsports activities for kids. Housekeeping is perfect, they listen to every request and respond timely. Room was excellent, well lit, airconditioned and spacious with solid wifi.

We didnt opt for breakfast inclusive room. However we experienced inroom dining, had dinner at sky lounge and the aiden chef at level 8. Overall the taste was not good it was okayish. Specially the margerita pizza was abysmal. One of the washroom of the room was considerably smelled foul. The housekeeping did what they could but it occassionaly comes back. The location is great, its just tucked in over a small hill 300m away from the main road, which occasionally feel tiring on way back to the suites

Jättefint hotell med perfekt läge nära Suria KLCC Stora moderna rymliga lägenheter med två toaletter. Tyvärr kom vi sent och lämnade tidigt, så vi han inte med att nyttja alla faciliteter. Hotellet skulle vara vårt förstahandsval nästa gång vi kommer till Kuala Lumpur

My stay at this hotel was very disappointing, and unfortunately, it is one of the worst hotels I have ever experienced. The lobby is extremely small and often overcrowded with guests waiting. It is poorly ventilated, with no air conditioning, and there was an unpleasant odor throughout the area. The breakfast buffet offered very limited options, and many items were not replenished once they ran out. The rooms do not have a telephone, making it impossible to contact reception or room service directly. Guests have to go to the reception desk in person for any request. The hotel appears to be understaffed. The staff were generally not welcoming, and service was very slow as the few employees available seemed overwhelmed and exhausted. The kids' club requires an additional fee, which was disappointing, and the gym is very small with limited equipment. Although the rooms are spacious, the cleanliness did not meet expectations. During check-out, I was charged an additional fee for a small food stain on the sofa, which I found unreasonable. The elevators were also problematic. At times, the key card would not work, causing long delays. Since my room was on the 43rd floor, every trip down involved multiple stops and significant waiting time. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel, especially for families. The combination of poor facilities, inadequate service, and additional unexpected charges made for a very unsatisfactory experience.

Lo único que mencionaría como malo es que la piscina está ambientada en ambiente infantil y con el tipo de piscina que tienen con buenas vistas a las Petronas eliminaría un poco tanta de decoración infantil

Localisation parfaite, à mi chemin entre les tours petronas et le mall pavilion. On peut faire énormément de choses à pied. Grand appartement, chic et vue exceptionnelle sur les tours. Magnifique piscine, aménagement de qualité. Bouteilles eau et soda offertes en arrivant. Hôtel de grand standing. QR code très pratique pour communiquer avec le staff et se faire livrer ce qui manque dans l'appartement éventuellement. Pas testé mais le skylounge est beau et les prix avaient l'air vraiment raisonnables.

Le couloir de notre étage n'a pas été balayé durant toute la semaine. Ils n'avaient pas mis de papier toilette d'avance . Le ménage n'est pas fait automatiquement ( lits). On peut manger à l'étage de la piscine mais pas sur les transats, il faut aller dans un coin spécial avec des mini tables pour enfants. Je n'ai pas trouvé les lumières au plan de travail de la cuisine. Il n'y a qu'au plafond et c'est un peu impersonnel

Very bad hotel, extremely dangerous for children, I mean, how can it be to find a rusted blade near the kids' swimming pool, and a rusted sharp metal bar, if I didn't see it, my two-year-old child could end up in the hospital with very serious injuries, open electric wires near the children's swimming pool. The worst and most dangerous thing, on our floor (43rd) and I think many floors, the end of the floor is open, no sign or anything to stop a curious child to climp the window (almost 1.4 m). It should be rated far less than 3 stars, not 5. Who decided how many stars this hotel should have? The room was very dirty and smell after cigarettes when you turned off the AC. All the floors are very dirty and full of dust. Unfriendly security at the gate and at the swimming pool. A very poor breakfast buffet. the picturs in the thier website or booking com not like th reality at all. also they show that there are places for children, like Snow or a playground, but they are not included in the booking, and you have to pay much extra to get access, full of lies. If I didn't see it in my own eyes, I would never believe it. I included pictures. I am asking Booking.com to kindly refund my money and investigate the issues at this hotel. Hello 1.I had stayed in the property 9-10th June. At check in My credit card was swiped for 300 MYR as security. I was told at the time of checkout that the money will be refunded in couple of weeks . I am yet to receive the refund. 2. There was some horrible smell coming from the bathroom after we came back in the night after the city tour. Had to sleep the whole night with the smell . The next morning informed the house keeping who came and sprayed the bathroom and cleaned. Thanks and regards Naveen Mathew Jose

Don’t have big lobby

We had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel twice during our trip – the first two nights when we arrived in Kuala Lumpur and the last four nights after returning from our adventure in Borneo. The hotel was kind enough to store our luggage while we were away, which made our journey so much easier and completely stress-free. Our room had open views over the Petronas Twin towers, which made it very special. Everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. The property itself, the beautiful and spacious apartments, the stunning rooftop sky bar, and the overall atmosphere were simply outstanding. What impressed us the most, however, was the exceptional kindness and helpfulness of every single staff member we met – from the reception team to the housekeeping staff. Everyone greeted us with genuine warmth and made us feel truly welcome. The apartment was absolutely amazing and felt like a real home away from home. Having a washing machine with a dryer, a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, a spacious living room, a comfortable bedroom, and even a second smaller room (which we conveniently used as a luggage room) made our stay incredibly comfortable. Everything was thoughtfully designed, and we had plenty of space to relax after our daily adventures. We genuinely loved every moment of our stay and would not hesitate to return. Whenever we come back to Kuala Lumpur, this will definitely be our hotel of choice. Thank you for making our stay so memorable. Terima kasih!

J’ai beaucoup aimé l’emplacement de l’hôtel. Il est situé à seulement 5 minutes à pied des Petronas Towers et proche de tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin (restaurants, commerces, etc.). L’appartement était très propre, spacieux et lumineux. Franchement, tout était parfait. La piscine aurait simplement besoin d’un peu plus d’entretien, mais cela ne nous a pas empêchés d’en profiter. Il y a également une magnifique aire de jeux pour les enfants. Elle est payante, mais cela ne nous a pas dérangés. Dans l’ensemble, nous avons passé un excellent séjour et je recommande cet établissement.
