距公車站牌不算遠。自行入住說明清楚，不會太困難。e-mail詢問回覆快速。

沒有電梯建議至少在樓梯邊加個斜坡，方便行李搬運，當然這需要先經過安全評估。到上舖的樓梯很危險，因為踩的地方是木頭圓棍，久了就很光滑，容易受傷，建議應該改為木板。簾子只能遮大約三分之二。覺得先入住的人可能偷換我們的床位，因為我們兩床都被安排在上舖，一般正常會在上下舖，建議可以把安排的床位寫在入住單上。

シーツやバスタオルがかなり使い古されていて取り替えてもいいレベルのを使ってる。 部屋によるかもしれないけど、かマットレス？枕？に染みついた加齢臭みたいな匂いがすごくて、匂いに敏感な人は辛いかも。

For the 6 shared bedroom have a bathroom inside.

Amazing location right in the centre, well laid out with nice communal spaces. Good sized shared rooms with a lot of storage options.

Movie night was started early, not enough toilets, the kitchen wasn't completely clean.

Great location and staff. Spacious enough rooms, with mirrors and area for getting ready in the bunk rooms. Not a lot of bathrooms but never had to wait so wasn't an issue

Bed was quite squeaky getting into the top bunk, kitchen was a bit small for the amount of beds but it wasn't a huge deal.

So close to all amenities- shops, restaurants, Eatspace food court, transport hub, QTN gardens, trails, etc.

Staff were super welcoming, the bathrooms looked modern and the bunks were kindly made up for you.

So comfortable. Two pillows, proper duvet, hooks everywhere, super clean and lots of bathrooms. Towels provided.

So central. I had a private room at it was very private. If you don’t want to join in with everyone then you don’t have to. Lucy’s room.

I lucked out and got a room on the 3rd floor with a giant window facing the lake. We had an exceptional stay, especially for the price and compared to how expensive other hotels are in Queenstown. Cannot recommend this hostel enough, especially if you book a private room! 10/10 recommend, this was my favorite stay of our entire trip to NZ.

Absolutely stunning experience. Bed was comfy, common area was sociable, and the staff was just outstanding. James and the whole team made my experience just perfect!

I had just found out some serious medical prognosis and I rung them to discuss my options as I no longer could climb a ladder. I spoke to George who was compassion and kind in his response , following policies was fair but put my mind at ease. I found him to be professional, honest and thoughtful. When I turned up late arrival he and his team had gone to special efforts to make my stay comfortable. I was surprised after traveling in Europe how clean the bathroom and kitchen were. I was impressed. I also found the kitchen to be fully tidy clean and equipped and the dining area a great hang out and I met some wonderful humans. The staff were so helpful and professional.I really appreciated the lifts as an option. That there was a coffee shop next door and it’s right next to the bus stop for intercity buses. The staff really were so helpful and friendly.

That I didn’t know how many bathrooms were on each floor. I thought there was only one. But that was because I arrived after reception closed.

Felt very at home during my stay, very social atmosphere and easy to start conversations. Beds were very comfortable and spent some enjoyable hours in the lounge. What really made it was the staff who were absolutely fantastic and make you feel part of the family as soon as you arrive. Special shoutout to George who went above and beyond to meet my needs. 10/10 would go there again.

Not a huge amount of fridge / shelf space

Central location in queenstown near the bus stop, harbour, amenities. There are hot showers and it is a small hostel. Nice big kitchen

It really needed to be clean! My room smelt damp/ just smelt, and I didn’t want to spend any time in the living area due to the smell. Carpets are dirty.

Ironing facilities in room

The box holding soap cannot work. Soap cannot come out. I'm astonished to find that the pan used for cooking are all with coating that are seriously scratched. It is a well known fact all scratched pan with coating will release carcinogenic substance that pose irreversible harm to those who use it. Please dispose all damaged pan and replace with stainless pan.

Literally next to the intercity bus stop, had an elevator, awesome staff, bed was so comfy and kitchen was super clean. Loved everything about it!

Perfect location, really at the center of Queenstown and near the bus station.

Everything! The staff were great. Very social and fun. I made friends with all of my roomies. The kitchen area felt homely and was clean.

Nothing to complain about.

Location could not be better for Queenstown as you are 5-10 minute walk from basically all city facilities. Beds are really modern and have good privacy. Bathrooms were basically spotless every time I used them. Front desk was also very considerate, even letting me re-enter my room after I checked out as I forgot something. Also, the bus stop for most of the scenic tours is right out front.

Walls are thin, so if some events they are holding are running past their time slot, it is quite loud. My second issue is about hostel etiquette that was not enforced as my bed was "taken" by the time returned later in the day. If what staff said was true, if I placed my stuff on a bed, it should be mine, but someone threw my stuff out and "took" my bed. I was too tired to care and make a fuss, but was severely irked throughout my trip.

Staff was very young and with not much authority on the guests so lot of noise and untidy kitchen. People were smoking in the veranda, below dorms and next to the kitchen...

Low budget, but high end!

Late night gathering of staff and random people made it very noisy and hard to sleep for the people in the room on the lower floor.

Very good location and price. Staff was nice and helpful, I enjoyed staying there. They have some small events every evening, nice entertainment

Organização, limpeza, localização, cama confortável com tomada, prateleira ao lado, cortina e o guarda malas espaçoso. Cozinha mt bem equipada. Exclente lugar.

I was unable to book a Lower Bunk Bed when booking but the Receptionist managed to move me to a different room where I got a Lower Bunk . This was much appreciated [by a 78 year old!]. I stayed for 2 nights—-the first night had only 2 people in the Dorm but the second night all the beds were full but everyone was very quiet. The bed curtains were great and easy accessible power points for light and charging phone/i-pads etc very useful.

The Dorm was not en-suite but toilet/shower facilities were adjacent.

位置非常方便，intercity等的车站就在楼下。有小帘子隔开，隐私空间好。

洗手间的洗手池真的太小了…洗个脸都会弄的整个地都湿了…另外，有些住户大半夜或者一大早还在厨房聊天，影响大家休息。建议贴个告示，几点到几点是安静的时间

The hostel is very central, in the heart of Queenstown. The hostel is small, not that many guests, so it doesn’t feel like you have to fight for space.

Kitchen and one of the dorm room is so close to each other and unfortunately people at the kitchen seemed like they do not care that people might be sleeping in the next room, so they were making extremely loud talk and laugh at night. Poor.

Only the location

The way it was maintained- dirty & flithy. The stench in the lounge area was unbearable, the carpet and couches were dirty & stained. The room was not cleaned nor vacuumed. That place needs a deep cleaning big time.

The room was big and the bed comfortable. The facilities were great too. Quiet to being the centre of Queenstown. Would stay there again. The view of the mountains from the huge windows was stunning

Je m'attendais un hôtel "no party" comme j'avais pu lire mais en fait il y a des gens qui prennent l'apéro tous les soirs jusqu'à 22-23h. Et étant donné que la cuisine donne sur toutes les chambres bah... difficile d'être au calme. J'ai été réveillé quasiment toutes les nuits par des gens qui rentrent bourrés un peu tout au long de la nuit, en 7 jours je n'ai pas fait une seule nuit complète. Bref à savoir : l'hostel si vous voulez faire la fête, beaucoup moins si c'est pas votre cas ;)
