Very accessible

Oil heaters in the rooms are much better than some hostels where it’s a central heating and you can’t change the temperature. I also like that they have a dehumidifier running during the day in the rooms. The choice of different bathrooms and toilets and the fact that hairdryers are provided was great. The kitchen system was set up nicely and well labelled.

I’m quite fit and mobile and even I thought the top top bunks are not the easiest to climb up into especially if you need to go to the bathroom during the night. There is storage shelf in the bunk but I was also worried about any items falling down the side of the bed as there is a small but big enough gap to lose stuff easily.

Super Lage, sehr ruhig, der Intercity Busstop ist keine 5 Minuten zu Fuß weg. Die Betten waren bequem und die Gemeinschaftsräume und Bäder sauber.

No tea but it is a hostel after all.

Staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and went above and beyond for us during our stay.

The room location is a little noisy as it’s off a main thoroughfare (next to the staff room) but it’s quiet during the night which is what we needed so it wasn’t too bad.

Only one staff.. New staff who took my first day check in was ready to understand customer and offer help.. Cathline or khaitlene

Other 2 girls... KYLE and other girl wearing specs.. Not ready to tell her name... They both are racist. The moment they see indian or chinese people/guest, they make faces and they dont want to listen, & they dont offer any service.. Only excuses.. I am making a very serious accusations.. Please look into it

I wish we have other option to check out until 12 or 14 in the afternoon without having to carry our belongings while still strolling in the town. The bed was comfortable but the duvet was smelly. I also wish that for the dormitory, each one of us can have a locker to put our staff in when we are out. The storage drawers provided do not seem to locker and it is concerning leaving your staff out on the bed.

Everything is great 👍 clean and chill 😎 environment, people staff are good. Kitchen all there.

It gets narrow in places, this is not a bad thing, you do have to be prepared for it. If there is a crowd all of a sudden trying to get one place to another. Usually no problems.

Someone in the room put on the heater every night, slept in a sauna.

Unlimited hot shower is a plus point! Great value and location, but bring earplugs! (4.5/5) We had a great stay overall! Bring an eye mask and earplugs if you’re a light sleeper! Thank you for letting us to store our luggages after the check out hour!

Is near the queentown city , easy to access

The location was excellent, in the centre of Queenstown. The kitchen/eating area was pleasant.

Some guests did not leave the kitchen as clean as I would have liked: e.g. leaving dishes to dry on the sink top and not emptying the sink collinder.

Nice and close to town so easy to walk around

The dish were still dirty and there were blood marks on the bedding and we stayed with to kids and the fire alarm went off to nights in a row

Staff were friendly. Facilities acceptable.

Room 10 is next to the shared shower and toilet facilities. People using the shower and hair dryers at all hours. Shower fans and moisture activated so cannot be switched off manually. Very noisy when trying to sleep. So avoid staying in room 10.

I like the bed.

Too noisy , single glazed window . Can hear everything from the road and ppl walk up and walk down stair , door close sound.

Honestly the place is just a bit grimy, you can stay in much nicer hostels in Queenstown for less than the price of this place

Zimmer relativ eng. Unsere Zimmer waren im Erdgeschoss und nach Außen hin waren komplett Fenster. Wenn man im Zimmer war musste man immer Gardinen schließen.

We’ve now had several return visits to this place as the location was ideal for us as close to transport infrastructure. On this occasion, the tariff was in keeping with the offered accommodation and facilities.

Other people coming and going is noisy.

Very helpful and friendly staff! Excellent location, just a short walk into the town. We found free parking on a nearby street which was helpful. All facilities as needed.

Just a warning if driving into the onsite parking, the bump scratches up the underside of the car - not sure if anything can be done about this, but we would not have driven into the area if known.

The location is excellent especially if considering hiking as buses to Te Anua & Glenorchy (Intercity, Tracknet, Bee line) are close in proximity. Tea & coffee facilities in room. Room tidiness.

Room 14 is close to the road but also light and airy. Cost was high given Chinese New Year., however, subsequent visits were more reasonable rates.

Location close to the town centre and transport services. The room presented well as two single beds with a kettle and some drink sachets.

Cost: With the Chinese New Year the prices were heavily inflated and not at all value for money. Prices for the facilities would have been unaffordable for backpackers which is the marketed demographic. Noise: On a main connection road and also very noisy with patrons coming and going. People sleeping in common areas and also leaving communal spaces like kitchens and shared bathrooms in an untidy state.

Great location. Easily walkable. Checking in was easy and smooth.

The beds were not comfortable, privacy curtain was only hanging on by a few threads, did not offer much coverage. Parking very tight. Someone scraped my car while trying to park beside me.

No toilet paper in bathrooms Dirty towels left on bathroom floor. Flooded downstairs bathroom which had to be used as the nearest one was constantly in use Very rowdy guests at late night hours with absolutely no consideration for sleeping guests who were not managed by staff on site. Very noisy kitchen in constant use into the small hours of the night and from 5:30am, not tidied up. We left at 5:55am as we had no sleep and had had enough! Upstairs residents extremely noisy. No attempt by staff to manage unruly and noisy guests.

Great location tp central Queenstown and public transport

We had a private room in top floor. Extremely hot from midday on due to westerly sun and large windpw which was only partially covered by a poorly hung curtain which did not cover the upper part kf the window. No fly screens and I woke up to 6 bees in my room. No AC and just a pedestal fan. It was expensive compared to accomodation nearby which I stayed in pre hiking trip earlier in the week.
