部屋がとても臭くて、お風呂の清潔感もなかった。お湯の出る量も少なく、寒い時期に行くのはオススメ出来ません。

Location was excellent, to both the Remarks SkiBus and to the Bus Stop for Snow Machine. Comfy bed & pillows. Heater worked excellent. WiFi was excellent. Late Check-In and early Check-Out was an absolute breeze. Whole location was nice and quiet.

These are minor things that DIDN' affect my experience. The shower head was cracked so at times when I turned it away, it fell off the spout 🤣 There was no TV in my room. Not that it really mattered since I was 🏂🍻

we travelled with friends and we didn't mind sharing the space. The room has a bathroom too so it wasn't too bad for a couple of nights in QT. Location is perfect, we could just leave the car there and walk to town.

Didn't like the smell in the bedroom.. I mean it's a backpacker lodge...

スタッフの方がフレンドリーで質問にも快く答えてくれました。共用バスの個室を選択しましたが、2部屋で1つのバスルームを共有するので、混雑もあまりなく快適に過ごせました。キッチンなどもドミトリーの方々とは別で、個室の人達用にあります。スキー乾燥室があるので、ブーツや板を乾かせるのが良かったです。チェックイン場所のようなところには、人がいないですが、呼べば来て対応してもらえます。チェックイン時間までは荷物を預かってもらえたので、快適に観光できました。

特にないのですが、あえて言うなら部屋に机がないので、机がほしい場合はロビーで作業することになります。 床が絨毯なので、濡れものは注意が必要です。荷物預かりしてもらえる場所は、スキー乾燥室ですが、そこまで階段でいく必要があるので大きなスーツケースは注意が必要です。

The kitchen was clean and well provisioned.

The walls are too thin and it is difficult to not disturb or be distubed in adjacent rooms. The rooms are too small, with no place for any stuff apart from the bed itself.

Queenstown was still a little chilly in May, but this place was clean, cozy, and warm. We loved staying here and would happily recommend it.

Good location - close to most everything. The kitchen is well-equipped. Parking is limited.

I stayed here for two nights in mid-May 2026 and really enjoyed my stay. The bed was very comfortable, and everything was clean and tidy. There was free parking nearby from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., which made things very convenient.

The lodge has a really nice lounge and kitchen that was more than sufficient for our needs. Everyone was friendly and respectful and the amenities were pretty clean!

The room heater was a little wonky at times but it was a small issue as the blankets kept us comfortable enough. The room was really small for 3 people but mostly reasonable for the price.

The location was great, only a 5 minute walk to the supermarket and also the city. Upstairs to our room for a good view. Bathroom and kitchen on the same floor.

Outside stairs very steep and could do with some attention. Maybe a second handrail.

The location is very near to the actual town - like couple of minutes away.It save us so much time looking for carpark. The actual accommodation is neat. people are very friendly we booked a room with a double bed with shared bathroom - the room is very cozy and good value of money.We only get the share bathroom with another couple in the other room which is really good too! the space of the bedroom is manageable good for 2 people

The car park is quite tight along with other people staying in the accommodation. Having a proper way of parking sign would be better :)

Available, reasonably priced (we booked for 5 when it was possible that there would only be 2 of us left - it ended up 5 as the flights back to Auckland were cancelled as we expected might happen) and the price was still reasonable if just the two of us. But not fancy for that price - better than having nothing for the stranded travellers. Convenient. Easy check in.

The shower smells of mould (unit 7) - does it need cleaning down the drain as mould wasn't really evident, maybe leaking into walls? Biggest let down was that the kitchen didn't open until 9am, according to the person in our party left behind to pack bags while others were delivered to the airport so couldn't make a coffee. If this is actually the case that's pretty ridiculous as often times you are leaving early for flights or tours. Why have wire-wove bunk beds when you can have slat beds - longer lasting, not noisy and better performing for mattress comfort, however bunk beds were squeaky but not uncomfortable). Double/Queen bed was good.

The location is good, handy to the CBD, and the bus stops just a walk away.

Tivemos uma boa estadia no Aspen Lodge Backpackers. Em nosso quarto (número 17), não havia muito ruído da avenida. Também tivemos sorte com vizinhos silenciosos. As instalações estavam bem mantidas e a cozinha comunitária equipada com tudo o que necessitávamos (havia, inclusive, cafeteiras estilo prensa francesa para o preparo do café da manhã). A equipe foi bastante prestativa, especialmente ao receber nossas malas que haviam sido extraviadas pela companhia aérea. A localização é muito boa, de fácil acesso ao centro de Queenstown e suas principais atrações. Com certeza voltaríamos a nos hospedar aqui.

Room and especially the bathroom reeked of cigarettes.

Central, easy going place that's great value for money. Not a party joint. Good kitchens/lounges with fridges and food storage. The staff were all great and happy to help.

No toiletries, no place to put clothes, no table to eat in the room, no chairs to sit on, none clean room, neither change towels and you can hear the washing machine later in the night if someone is doing laundry.

Comfortable bed. Nice communal areas.

It was hard to see that there's a second driveway where I could have parked my car.

Le personnel est sympa. La literie est propre. Le rapport qualité / prix pour le lieu est bon.

La chambre est vraiment petite, il n’y a pas suffisamment de toilettes et de douches. L’insonorisation est faible, on entend tout ce que les autres backpackers racontent durant la nuit.

The bed mattress needs to be improved; sleeping for 3 nights caused the back pain. Very umcomfortable.

Yes, the kitchen and lounge area closes at 11 and opens up in the morning. The staff doesn't live there. You would be lucky if someone picks up the call. The kitchen and everything is not so big but fine. But its right at the road, a bit scary and beautiful and convenient at the same time. Especial for the rooms near the road. The fridge and everything is upstairs in the main area. They do have smaller kitchen at the back. But you cant access the big area after 11pm. If you loose your stuff there, no way you can get it. Better to read about the rules etc.

Thier kitchen closes at 11pm to 9 am. Thats way too long a period

Common areas and location were good. Dorm room and beds were clean.

The bathrooms were awful, especially the one with all the products in this tiny shower and underneath the sick. The staff was not rude but not very hospitable either.

スタッフの対応時間外のチェックインでしたが、鍵の受け取り方法や部屋の場所などがメールと手紙で受け取れたので分かりやすかった。 クイーンズタウンのメインストリートや、ツアー発着場所から近いのが良かった。

施設内の駐車場と向かいの無料駐車スペースがほぼ常に満車の状態だったので、レンタカーの停め場所に困った。
