They gave us a room with plumbing problems, immediately after using the bathroom,the whole bathroom bloods with water on the floor. Aircon not working. The room is not so very clean.

Having booked room for 2 guests there was only 1 cup and 1 glass in room. No refreshener in toilet. Also no hairdryer which is sort of standard. Tv not working.

The receptionist l found did not care for me as a customer, she kept on chatting at bar side with a colleague, yet she was just looking at me as is am no body. Until l went to the bar side and complained after a while standing, then she came and told me that she was busy on that side yet she was jst chatting and laughing loudly so. Then she had bad coments and lastly she was twisting everything l say... and seemed not sober

We arrived to a rowdy noisy hotel, with people in Pyjamas and what looked like the ladies of the night (Peoatitutes) wearing revealing skirts and hanging around men at the foyer - distasteful look. It disnt help that there was a party going on and we were not notified of it. Made the first day unbearable. We had guests playing the TV at maximum volumes and when we reported this nothing was done. We had to take matters into our hand and knock on the patrons door to demand tht they take the volume down.

Reviewed Jul 17, 2026The breakfast was great; I just missed a cappuccino. The location is superb, in the middle of everything. I appreciated the complimentary executive suit. The iron in the room was convenient. The staff was super friendly.
Maintenance: the door was not closing properly, the TV remote was the biggest pain - only switch on-off, nothing else, the maintenance guy who was sent through promptly could not help either. Water was not draining well from the shower drain, damming at our feet. Plugs in the room are too few. The mini-fridge is a good idea but way too small.

The air conditioner in my room was out of order. The wardrobe is too small. No bar fridge. Room 98 on the first floor, access to the room is scary as there is no light in the corner where the lift is. Security personnel are not professionally dressed and identifiable which poses a threat and uncertainty given the increase in crime statistics.
