My husband had breakfast at the restaurant and paid with a 10% discount. He said it was good. However, we do prefer a hotel that includes breakfast in the price of the hotel.

The staff, amenities and the on-site restaurant were excellent.

The room itself was nicely appointed but the air conditioning was so loud the entire time it ran. And without it the room was way too hot. I had almost no sleep for the two nights.

Staff went above and beyond. A gift and card with balloons were left in the room for my five year olds birthday. They were extremely friendly and made a point to wish him a happy birthday several times during our stay.

Front desk Manager can’t put two families on the same floor same room. That’s no good. Otherwise all well.

The cleaner "fragrance" used in the lobby. It was really strong and not a nice smell.

The Location was convenient and the breakfast at the restaurant was decent. I liked that there was laundry facilities on site.

Firstly, the hotel charged my credit card for the full amount of my stay well before I checked in. This has never happened to me before. I can understand a charge for one night's stay being processed, especially since I notified and got approval for a very late check-in (mid-night or later) due to travel time. When I mentioned this upon my arrival, the counter agent was surprised and agreed that this was not the normal course of business, but that was it. Not even an apology! Also, upon our arrival, the main entrance door to the hotel was locked and there was no one at the front desk. We knocked and knocked. Finally we had to call the number and explain that we were at the entrance to check-in. Again, this is after advising the hotel that we would be checking in late. AND AFTER THEY HAD ALREADY TAKEN THE FULL AMOUNT OF MONEY FOR MY STAY! This was very annoying. The housekeeping in this hotel sucked! My bathroom floor was dirty, the bathroom had just one face towel, even though two persons were known to be staying in the room. We had to insist that housekeeping clean the bathroom floor, and even then the maid sprinkled a few drops of water on the floor and dried it up. I don't understand this form of cleaning of the floor. No wet mop, no real water and no cleaning solution! They would only empty the trash on the days they came and barely made the bed up properly. The housekeeping staff did not have a friendly attitude, and I don't understand why. I was always kind and polite. I feel they can use some additional training.

Airco dicht bij bed. Geluid van de snelweg. Door receptioniste 15% korting beloofd in het restaurant. Deze korting niet gekregen omdat dit volgens de serveerster van het restaurant niet meer van toepassing was, omdat het restaurant nu apart van het hotel functioneerde.

Restaurant food was excellent. Great property location to amenities. Very clean.

It took 45 minutes to check in. One staff member on and insanely busy. Definitely could have sped things along more efficiently

The breakfast was below average at best, nothing special, Sausages were old and not fresh( been sitting for a long time before served to us), hashbrowns were from a frozen bag and not homemade, bacon fell apart as I put my fork into it telling me bacon was not made to order, one piece of toast with my, usually two pieces of toast comes with a basic "eggs, hashbrowns, sausage or bacon meal. Coffee was not re-filled until at end of meal when I asked for a refill. Poor meal, needs a lot of improvement coming from a red seal chef here. Nice rooms.

Refer to above. Pool was way to cold to swim in and the hot tub was under maintenance. You expect a warm pool and to have a nice hot tub after a swim, was very disappointed as did not meet expectations at all. No excitement at the lounge/bar. Not even a bar tender, why would anyone want to pay for a drink, A huge lack of anything here. We were not impressed about anything except the room was clean and walls are solid.

Tried to stick Me with an additional charge of $162 on My room that was paid in full with points, is a feeble attempt at ripping Me off. I had to send them the original booking and payment with points confirmation, to prove it. This is the first time I have ever encountered it with Best Western, and has Me never trusting this hotel franchise operator. The broken coffee machine, trying to force Us to buy coffee from the restaurant. The pool being closed because of chemical treatment for 2 days, shows the hotel doesn't know how to manage pool maintenance properly, and not trusting the use of the pool. Poor/No security in the parking lot with the homeless using the unlocked and open garbage compound to charge their phones, notwithstanding the homeless camp in the property next door. The bedroom is poorly designed with the TV wall unit obstructing the ability to get around the bed comfortably. Also has a very poorly designed parking lot, and not easy for bigger vehicles to manoeuvre. The least favourable BW Premier location I have been to yet. Wasn't recognized as a BW rewards member, until only after rectifying the hotels attempt to rip Me off with a false additional room charge. The water was just shoved over the counter with a "here's Your free water for being a rewards member", not exactly welcoming or appreciative, especially since they couldn't scam the extra money out of us. The colour in the main hotel hallway and fitness centre is a dingy battleship grey, perhaps for ease of dirty hiding, ironically looking more like an institutional hospital, than a hotel. Never saw anyone but staff in the hotel restaurant, and didn't hear or see any good reviews, so went to other local places to eat. Will maybe stay at the other BW at HWY 97 and 48th if We have to stay in Vernon again.

We were booked on a floor with a hockey team on one night the parents partied until 6 am. Loudly. Throughout the night. We complained but there was no follow up.

Bathroom sink was plugged. So slow draining. Very small room. Strong odour of cooking (chopping onions, garlic, etc) around 3 am for the restaurant was very off putting.

Nice hotel, but avoid room 215 until they have done an upgrade to the beds. The bed was actualy fully worn out on top. It was like a saggy old spring mattress bed. The second bed in the room was so close to the heating unit that I could barely fit my cell phone between the bed and the unit. Otherwise nice.

Loved how modern and clean everything was. The layout of our room - the King with kitchenette - was very thoughtful and we enjoyed having a small table for eating, as well as a sofa, in addition to the bed. The toiletries provided are high quality. Staff was very responsive to our one and only issue. We appreciated the full size fridge with a freezer.

We got a room with a kitchenette with the intention of cooking and dining in. Unfortunately the kitchen lacked some essentials. While there was a pot, there was no can opener. There was dish soap and a sponge, but no kitchen towels for drying dishes, nor a dish drainer or mat to place dishing when washing. There was an odd assortment of dishes - a couple of tiny bowls, two plates, a couple of side plates. But no bowls for mixing something in. No kettle. No napkins or paper towels, apart from a tiny napkin in a plastic wrap set meant for preparing coffee (stir stick, sugar and creamer). The staff did their best to help us out and provided a can opener and a dish towel on request. We used the single pot to bowl water when needed. My advice would be to come prepared with those things!

Great rooms. Even though you are near the highway, no road noise. Very clean rooms. Warm and friendly staff. Walking distance from banking, grocery shopping, a variety of restaurants and Lake City casino.

We booked from Thursday to Sunday. Hotel was clean and well maintained. Restaurant staff was very helpful and kind. Buffet was hot and fresh. However, there was no variety; it was the same every morning. Front desk was not as helpful and definitely not accommodating. Any question was treated as an irritation. If you book, request NOT to be on the first floor. Our room was across from the pool area and elevators. Worse was the sound of the door to the stairwell…screeching sound all day and all night long…

Der Zimmerservice hat nicht richtig sauber gemacht. Die Küchenausstattung war unvollständig (z.B. nur ein Löffel) und sehr spährlich. Sehr laute Klimaanlage.

I stayed for one night. The hot tub wasn’t operational but Sandy in the bar made my stay. She is a delightful human being and definitely worth a stop by the bar or restaurant to meet her.

We chose this hotel mainly because of its convenient location within easy driving distance of SilverStar Ski Resort, and it turned out to be a great choice. The accommodation is modern, clean, and well maintained, with friendly and helpful staff who made our stay very pleasant. The pool and hot tub were a real highlight, especially after a full day of skiing. Breakfast is not included in the room rate, but the hotel has an on-site restaurant that offers breakfast and dinner, which was very convenient.

Convenient location, close to restaurants, supermarkets and more. Room is great, looks super modern and new! All the facilities are excellent and good quality. Free coffee in the lobby and room. The slides in the swimming pool seem fun, unfortunately we didn’t have enough time to go to swim.

Hotel was nice and clean. It was nice to see our room had a pull-out sofa bed for my son to sleep on so we didnt have to share a bed. I did had to go to the front desk and ask for bedding for it though as it was not in the room.

I wish breakfast had been included in the stay. The posters advertising the restaurant showed stacks of pancakes which is what y kids wanted.. and then they didn't serve them when we went. Quite a pricy stay to not include breakfast. I''ll try and book at the fairfield next-door which includes breakfast next time.

Decent size of gym, has peloton, dumbbells, bench, cable machine, treadmill, stepper, medicine balls, kettle bells, elliptical.

It was quite grimy, to the point that I felt the need to wash all dishes before I used them. The floors and showers looked like they could use a deep clean. There were no cleaning sprays or wipes in the gym. The peloton would have been amazing, but it was only for cleats. This has been my second stay in two weeks, and both (different) rooms have been the same. Both times I have been greeted with the script "breakfast is not complimentary". Perhaps different wording would come across better? Hot tub not working

Location is great, perfect to walk over to lake city casino or try the wings at Wings. Very good places to enjoy.
