⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Stay Wonderful 2-night stay in a cosy, beautifully decorated chalet. The receptionist was friendly and very helpful. Perfect for our group of 7, with 3 bedrooms, a large sofa bed, and a well-equipped kitchen. Excellent location — just a short walk to Zermatt Bahn, grocery shops, Matterhorn Bakery and nearby attractions. Luggage storage and laundry facilities were also available. Highly recommended! We would definitely stay here again. 🇨🇭✨

Very convenient location, fast wifi, nicely decorated rooms.

The room is not that clean, especially kitchen area. We found coffee residue from the prior guests in the coffee machine and stains on the towels. There’s no microwave in the room.

The apartment is beautifully furnished and at a great location, just a few steps away from the train station. The kitchen is reasonably well equipped for basic cooking, which is a benefit with small children! The staff was prompt and responsive.

The room is located near the railway station and a supermarket. The room is spacious and clean.

Located right by the train station, the apartment was nice and spacious. The front desk and cleaning staff were super helpful and friendly.

Right when we checked in we found the apartment to be dirty (even found a toenail clipping) and broken glass on the floor. I called the front desk to inform them and the housekeeper came up. We are explained about the glass and she just smirked and said it was not glass. The cleaning staff came and cleaned. Directly after that, I stepped on glass and foot was bleeding a little. The front desk and manager apologized and had the cleaning staff clean again and removed the carpet. I understand these things happen but if the housekeeper wouldn’t have been so arrogant about it, I wouldn’t have been so furious. Also, the utensils and pots and pans should be replaced, most of them were in bad condition making it difficult to cook properly.

Os funcionários do hotel Mirabeau foram muito solícitos em ajudar-nos a guardar as malas antes do check in e explicar-nos o funcionamento das máquinas de lavar e secar. A localização do hotel e dos apartamentos, a 5 minutos a pé de ambas as estações de trem, é muito prática para todos os passeios. O apartamento estava totalmente equipado e o banheiro era espaçoso e arejado.

O apartamento que escolhemos ficava no subsolo, era preciso descer um lance de escada de pé direito muito baixo, o que dificultava carregar a bagagem.

It was within walking distance from the train station. Checking in was easy. Staff were polite and helpful. The place was perfect- loved the vibe!

No lift, had to carry our luggage, although porters are also available. No freezer.

Fiquei no terceiro andar. Não há elevador. A escada é escura e de degraus curtos, o que a torna um pouco perigosa, mas o funcionário da recepção me ajudou na chegada e na partida, carregando minha mala para subir e depois para descer as escadas. Faltou um forno de microondas para aquecer leite sem precisar sujar uma panela e usar o fogão (a cozinha é bem equipada, mas um microondas seria bem-vindo).

In the under-roof room there is no private bathroom. The bath is in the room, which was a big surprise and disappointment for our family.

I can’t say enough good things about this property! We were welcomed by a 5 star staff member (Gina and later Joseph), and made to feel right at home at a luxury resort. The apartment was a fully furnished apartment with tea and coffee so we could enjoy drinks on the balcony every morning. We were so comfortable, we skipped all the expensive restaurants and had simple meals from the Coop at home! The view is spectacular from the room. No Matterhorn but the rest of the surroundings were amazing. We did upgrade to use the spa which was out of this world! Soaking in the warm pool looking up at the Matterhorn at sunset - simply magical. We tried all the saunas and the steam room and it was a lovely addition to our time in Zermatt. We’re already planning to come back and stay much longer next time!

I have zero complaints about this property whatsoever except that we had to leave!

The size of the space was good for 4 guests. The service provided by staff was prompt and helpful; we needed some help ensuring we were using the stove/cooktop correctly, and someone was sent over immediately. The room was kept very warm, which was nice as our stay was during the cold season. The apartment was tastefully decorated. The appliances in the kitchen were modern and high quality.

The only downside is that there is no privacy for bathing. There is a decorative screen that is meant to cover the bath tub from view, but it's insufficient. If a curtain could be installed to guarantee true privacy for the person bathing, that would make a tremendous improvement.

A modern Apartment-hotel style residence, Chalet Antoine is tastefully decorated and located close to the main Zermatt railway station; this is important if you have a lot of heavy luggage, as there are some serious hills and stairs in this town! It is close to the Sunegga and Gornergrat bahns, as well as supermarkets, shops and restaurants. The room was cosy, but big enough, with modern appliances and cooking facilities. Staff were most helpful, allowing us to store our luggage both before check-in and after we left, which really helped us out!

Our main complaint was the bed, with a wide wooden edge, covered by the duvet - very painful on the shins when you forget it's there. Some instructions for the oven and a few more kitchen utensils would also be good.

The apartment was poorly renovated and decorated for the asked price level. One bathroom is not enough and placing a bathtub in a bedroom is not adequate. The sofa is totally worn out. Kitchen is partly worn out.

the location of Chalet Antoine is excellent — very close to the train station and convenient for accessing the village and the surroundings. The chalet itself is charming, the beds are comfortable, and the bedding was new and of good quality, which made the nights pleasant. I had also requested an extra blanket and an additional pillow, and the housekeeper who brought them to me was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

I had specifically requested access to the spa, yet the staff were unhelpful and generally unfriendly throughout my stay. Considering it was their opening weekend, they could easily have informed me of the conditions beforehand. Instead, I was taken by surprise by the CHF 40 per person charge for half-day sauna access — a very high fee for the quality offered. My key card did not work for the indoor spa and pool area, and it took almost an hour before the staff finally provided a functioning card. Once inside, the indoor pool water was only lukewarm and not particularly pleasant. The outdoor pool was freezing and unusable, and the surrounding area was wet, slippery, and frankly dangerous. Next to it is a small outdoor sauna chalet, which was technically heated, but the warmth dissipated almost immediately. Cold air entered through the floor and structure, so although the sauna was switched on, it never reached a proper temperature and was largely ineffective. The changing room situation was also unacceptable. There were no curtains, no lockers, and the room was extremely small, making it very difficult to change with any privacy or store personal items safely. For a spa facility, this level of basic comfort is simply not acceptable. Finally, at the end of my stay, when I calmly explained all these issues and asked whether a gesture or partial refund could be considered, the director near the reception listened but offered no apology at all. His attitude felt dismissive and surprisingly arrogant, which further reinforced the overall negative impression. Overall, this was a very poor experience and far below the standards expected from an establishment in this price range.

Perfect chalet with views of the mountain range and in a great location. It’s a 4-minute walk from Zermatt station

We weren’t given any hotel amenities such as slippers, robes, dental kit or standard amenities.

Location was good, staff helpful.

The rooms, utensils in kitchen, bathroom were very clean and everything was very well placed.

That they gave us 3rd floor inspite of knowing that we had a senior citizen and a child.

Everthing was perfect and beautiful. It felt like home and the staff were very helpful. It's so near to the station that there was no difficulty in carrying the luggage.
