Le petit-déjeuner sous forme de buffet était très agréable, avec un large choix de produits de qualité. La chambre était spacieuse, fonctionnelle et confortable. La vue était également très jolie. Le spa est magnifique. La piscine est très agréable et l'eau est à une température idéale pour se détendre.
Petit point d'attention concernant le hammam : son utilisation se fait sans maillot de bain. Pour ma part, cela m'a mise mal à l'aise et je n'ai donc pas souhaité l'utiliser, n'étant pas à l'aise avec le fait d'être nue devant des personnes que je ne connais pas. Il pourrait être utile de le préciser plus clairement pour les futurs clients.

Reviewed Sep 12, 2026Super 5 minuten vom Bahnhof. Bekammen ein Upgrad grösseres Zimmer,mit langem Balkon am Ecke vergrössert mit 2 Liegestühle. Mega! Brause in der Dusche spritzte auf alle seiten,haben wir gemeldet. Würden es wieder buchen.
Frisch geschnitten früchte waren für uns nicht so frisch wie sie aussahen. Schade kein Restaurant zum Essen.

Avec mon meilleur ami on venait d'arriver de la Haute Route Chamonix - Zermatt et on avait vraiment les genoux fatigués. Ça aurait été parfait d'avoir un ascenseur. Mais c'est un détail. L'hôtel était génial mis à part ça.

If it were incredibly hot, keep in mind there is no air conditioning as most hotels in this region do not have it.

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026Very comfortable place to stay. We saw three different rooms and all excellent. Some very recently renovated. Good breakfast, but highlight was the pool and sauna after long days hiking.
If I had to say something then it’s at the other end of town from most attractions but still only a short walk. But that makes it closer to the railway station so shorter distance to move luggage.

Hat nichts mit dem Hotel zu tun, aber in Zermatt fliegen den ganzen Tag Helikopter umher. Der Heliport ist wohl nicht so weit vom Hotel entfernt.

Reviewed Jul 2, 2026A quelques minutes à pieds de la gare et des épiceries. La chambre était très jolie et chaleureuse. On avait celle dans le pignon. On s'y sentait à l'aise et c'était calme. Le déjeuner compris était copieux et très bon. Nous avons apprécié la piscine intérieure au sel avec ces nombreux jets. Après une journée de randonnée, ça fait du bien se faire masser les muscles par les jets.
Pour avoir accès au sauna, hamman et bain vapeur, il faut être nu. Aucun costume de bain toléré. Ça serait ds la coutume Allemande, alors soyez avisé. Pour ma part, j'ai sauté mon tour

Reviewed Jun 30, 2026The room was clean, had plenty of storage for clothes, was a great size for two people, and there was a with a nice deck to sit out on with coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. The brine pool was a wonderful amenity--peaceful, warm, large enough for laps, but also had areas with jets for those hurting muscles after a day of hiking in Zermatt! The breakfast buffet was awesome--lots of choices for everyone to be happy! Food and beverages were delicious. Location was very convenient to train station as well as the station to head up Gornergrat. We definitely hope to be back.
Everything was wonderful--don't change a thing!

Reviewed Jun 22, 2026We loved staying here! The rooms are older but the bathrooms look like a 5 star resort. The beds were good and the location was perfect. Near good restaurants, train, and the train up to the top. The spa area was really great and we loved the breakfast too! Great place!
I wish the rooms were a bit more updated and the smell in the hall was a bit musty

Reviewed Jun 21, 2026we liked how we could see matterhorn from our room. we even woke up on 2 of the 4 mornings to catch the alpenglow on the matterhorn. it was really nice to be able to catch it from the room. we also loved the pool - it was nice and warm. the jacuzzi functions were really nice to have at the end of a long day with the various massage areas in the pool. location is good - short 5 min walk from the station. loved squeezing fresh orange juice every morning!
didn’t get to try the sauna/steam room as it was mixed gender nudity and we were not comfortable with it, we understand it’s european culture.

The sauna area is nude. Even though you can wrap a towel around yourself other people may be in the nude.
