Гостили в апартаментах 4 ночи, все очень понравилось! Замечательный персонал, чистый бассейн! Номер чистый, очень комфортный, укомплектован всем необходимым начиная от гриля, посуды, заканчивая стиральной и посудомоечной машинами (стиральных порошок и таблетки для машины также присутствовали😊👍). Локация удобная, район фешенебельный! Спасибо за замечательное время в этом чудесном месте!

The apartment is as same as in the pictures. It is located in 15 minutes by walk to a metro station which is very handy. A lot of groceries and restaurants nearby. The kitchen was minimally furnished when we arrived but when we asked from the reception they provided all necessary equipment for cooking. It is a family friendly place. We were three families with a baby and they have everything needed for a baby (high chair, bed). We had a very nice stay and enjoyed our vacation there.

Pas d’accès pour poussette, pas d’ascenseur. Un peu compliqué avec un bébé Fuite dans la salle de bain. Signalée et prise en charge. La salle de bain fut nettoyée autant de fois qu’il le fallait.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette résidence ! Tout était parfait du début à la fin. La résidence est très propre, bien entretenue et agréable, les chambres sont confortables et l’environnement est calme. Le personnel est vraiment adorable, accueillant et professionnel. Une mention spéciale à Zine, la réceptionniste, qui a été extrêmement gentille, à l’écoute, disponible et toujours prête à nous aider. Elle a vraiment rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable et nous a fait sentir comme chez nous. Merci à toute l’équipe pour votre accueil et votre gentillesse. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir et nous recommandons cette résidence à 100 % ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A fost foarte bine. Perfect pt familiile cu copii, pentru a imbina distractia lor la piscina cu vizitele in cetrul Istanbulului la atractiile turistice. Apartament mare, bucatarie utila, zona linistita.

The apartment was comfortable overall, but there are a few areas that could be improved: * The bathroom is showing its age. Some fixtures are worn, and there is rust on the faucet. The faucet is also difficult to turn. * The shower drain does not drain the water properly. * Some items are broken or worn, although they are still functional. * The doors creak quite loudly, which is especially noticeable at night. * The air conditioner in the bedroom is quite noisy and does not appear to have a sleep or quiet mode, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably.

Очень удобные апартаменты со всем необходимым. Удобный собственный выход к бассейну и своя терасса с мебелью. До пляжа 20 минут пешком по прямой, пляж платный с лежаками и зонтами, но выходные очень много народу, не найдешь место с зонтом. Кухня полностью оборудована, все чисто и современно. Супермаркет 150 метров, направо от выхода из отеля, и другой 100 метров налево от отеля, но он поменьше. От аэропорта IST 45 минут езды. Бассейн не огромный, но нормального размера, вода приятной температуры. Есть игрушки для детей для бассейна и пляжа.

Все очень понравилось! Вернемся при возможности.

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was great, and the apartment was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The only small issue was that there were a few too few pieces of cutlery and some kitchen utensils, but it wasn’t a big problem and we managed just fine. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and always willing to help. The lady at the reception was one of the nicest people I have ever met. She always did her very best to help us with anything we needed and made us feel truly welcome. I would happily come back to this hotel just because of her. She made our stay even more special.

We have just returned from Istanbul. We spent 5 nights in this apartment and were very happy with everything. We stayed in apartment no. 10, which had direct access to the pool. The apartment was very clean, well-equipped with everything we needed, with a very comfortable king-size bed ☺️ The receptionist was very kind and did her best to ensure we felt welcome. The hotel is in a great location, there is a large BIM supermarket right in front where you can buy everything, and just across the street (about a 2–5 minute walk) is another supermarket MIGROS. There are plenty of restaurants in the area even McDonald's is just a 10-minute walk away. The Aqua Florya mall and the Florya sahil are only a 20-minute walk away. I recommend these apartments to anyone who prefers an apartment over a hotel. ☺️

The property was immaculate clean throughout the rooms are modern and very spacious. Pool area is always in perfect working order and again immaculate. Lovely area with plenty of shops very nice restaurants and parks for the children.

قريب من المطاعم والعاملين ممتازين لكن التنظيف ليس يومي والقيمه مرتفعه بالنسبه لحجم قيمة إيجار الغرفه

لم يعجبني النظافه ليست يوميا ولم تنظف الغرفه من يوم دخلناها إلى أن غادرنا للأسف الشقه بالدور الأول لاتوجد تسويه كافيه للشقه

من حسن حظي اني سكنت في كلا الفرعين التابعين لمجموعةBayMari Suites Plus Florya وكلا الفرعين نالا اعجابي واعتمدت هذا المكان للاقامه حينما اعود لاسطنبول في المستقبل بدون اي تردد لانه لبى جميع متطلباتي في نوعية السكن نظيف جدا واسع استقبال رااااائع وخاصة بتواجد الاخت زينه التي اجابت على كل تسأولتنا حول المنطقه وخاصة اني اول مره اسكن في هذه المنطقه الجميله جدا فلوريا وساحل فلوريا وبحر فلوريا ومن حسن حظي ان مكان الاقامه هذا جميل جدا بجمال حي فلوريا وبالمناسبه حينما تسكن هنا فانت على شارع فيه كل ماتحتاجه من كافيهات ومطاعم وسوبر ماركت اسمه مجروس مشهور في تركيا

اعجبني كل شيء شقة جميله جدا جدا نظيفة جدا جدا مجهزه بكل شيء لمن يريد الطبخ قبل هذا استقبال رااااائع من الاخت الموجوده في الاستقبال وكذلك الاخ خالدوالاخت زينه بالتأكيد ساعود اليها خاصة انها في منطقة راقيه في اسطنبول اسمها فلوريا بالمناسبه هم يمتلكون اكثر من فرع في هذه المنطقه وكلها على مستوى عالي من النظافه وقريبه من البحر هذا الفرع قريب منه مول يضم كافيهات وسوبر ماركت كبير فيه كل ماتحتاجه يبعد اقل من 200متر الخلاصة انصح بشدةبالسكن في هذه الشقق الفندقيه الرااااااقيه جدا وتلبي جميع متطلبات العائله

Beautiful, green and peaceful area with many shops, cafes and restaurants within a short walk, several parks and beaches within a 10-15 minute walk. Good modern two bedroom apartment. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, Wi-Fi with fast internet, very comfortable beds - in short, everything to make you feel at home. Kind and responsive staff who speak good English. Free coffee, tea and water are available at the reception - a small thing, but nice:)

In one bedroom there was only one bedside lamp and one socket.

Very clean place, great staff working there. Very helpful and polite. They were ready to help with everything. Also, the location is very good, lots of restaurants and shops around

хорошое расположение, 10 минут пешком до метро marmaray. есть паркинг. вокруг множество кафе и магазинов. очень вежливый персонал, готовы помочь с любыми вопросами по размещению, или вызову такси.

Good location, easy to find, close to the Marmaray station. There is private parking. The boy on the reception was very polite. The apartment is well equipped.

The rooms are smaller than it looks on the pictures.

Comfortable and good facilities, the apartment has everything you need for a long stay. Located in a lovely and convenient area, the lively street has many great restaurants, hairdressers, supermarkets, pharmacies. The property is managed by a very friendly team who go above and beyond to maximise the comfort of your stay. Any request was taken care of promptly.

الشقة اكثر من رائعة ومتوفر فيها كل ماتحتاجه الاسره من مطبخ متكامل ويوجد بها ايضا غسالة ملابس والامان عالي جدا فيها حيث يوجد بها حارس على مدار اليوم وايضا موظفة الاستقبال الاستاذه زين على قدر عالي من الاخلاق وحسن الاستقبال والاهتمام بضيوفها والمنطقه هادئه وجميله وقريبه من مول فلوريا على البحر ويوجد بها حدائق ومتوفر فيها خدمات من المتاجر والكافيهات والمخابز حقا كانت إقامة رائعة استمتعنا بها كثيرا شكرا باي ماري من القلب

We took the 2 and 3 appartements It was spacious and had everyhting of an appartement. The spot is nice and close to everything. Better have a car to go to beyoglu the historic side of the city

Бяхме трима,а стаята бе приготвена за двама.Не беше почистено добре.На единият чаршаф имаше скъсано.Мебелите вече са очукани.Избрахме го отново за престоя си в Истанбул,но предвид цената, липсата на закуска и негативното преживяване ще се пренасочим другаде.Иначе бяха коректни в бързото връщане на 100евро гаранция за щетимост.

The staff are amazing. The suit is clean and the area as well. You can find lot of cafes and restaurants there.

The internet was not suitable for watching movies. TV OS was not in a good condition, couldn't load netflix and youtube.

الشقة تعتبر نوعا ما وسيعة ، وبها مطبخ متكامل وغسالة وشرفة

النظافة سيئة حتى وجدنا صراصير في الشقة وتم اخبار الاستقبال، وتم رش الصراصير والشقة وقد أصبت انا وبنتي بما يسمى التهاب الجلد الناتج عن لدغات الحشرات .. ولكن المفروض يتم التعويض عن عدم النظافة او على الأقل تتم المراعاة في السعر حتى يشعر الزائر أنه يتعامل مع جهة محترفة يهمها رضى العميل

The property is in a process of renovation and certain recommendations that we would have I strongly believe would be professionally approached during this process

The reception staff are very friendly, professional and helpful. They were always responsive and accommodated all our requests. The suites are spacious, clean, and have everything we needed for our 2-week stay with the whole family. The location is excellent. There are cafes/restaurants, grocery stores, a bakery with fresh bread, and a large park with playgrounds. 15-minute walk to Florya metro station that takes you to city center. 20-minutes walk to the beach. This part of Istanbul is not a touristy area, so there are no tourist crowds — a great balance of city convenience and residential tranquility.

We visited in mid-September when the closest beach (Florya beach) was already closed for the season. We had hoped to spend time at the pool, which is amazing, but unfortunately the water was very cold due to a broken heater. The heater remained unfixed for two weeks, preventing us from enjoying the pool. Additionally, some exterior elements need attention—mosquito screens, balcony doors, and locks all require minor repairs. While these are small issues individually, collectively they bring my rating to 9 out of 10. Addressing these small issues would easily make this place a perfect 10 out of 10. p.s. The parking area is quite small. If there are many guests requiring parking, it could become problematic. It wasn't a problem when we were there, but just FYI.

- Staff was REALLY good, some of the best people I've met staying anywhere. - Location is great. Could be closer to public transport, but overall very good. - Very spacious apartments. - Balconies are great. - Pool is nice, could be a bit warmer though. - We were staying with a small child and overall, it was a great experience for him and for us.

- Had issues with fire alarm the first night, it went off like 20 times, but then was fixed. - One of the bathrooms smelled of sewage at times. Sounds worse than what it was, but still not great. - Toilet bowls are a bit too small. - The security guard at the entrance is way too eager and frankly aggressive. Any time you arrive on a taxi he would jump out and literally scream at you in Turkish like crazy (apparently asking for passports) even when it's 2 am and you are obviously deathly tired and on top of it, already registered before with the very same person. This is by far the most annoying part of the stay. They really need to reign him in, as he made us feel very unwelcome. - It's Istanbul so it's kinda goes without saying, but cats were definitely peeing inside a hotel so in the early mornings you can still smell the gifts they leave at night. Good thing is, the cleaners will remove any traces of that at 9 am so it's not too bad after all. - Kitchen could have been a bit better equipped, also power sockets are holding on to their dear live, in both the kitchen and the living area.

I highly recommend here specially for large groups (4+ person). Grocery stores nearby. Plenty of shops and dining options in Florya Cd.

Нам очень понравилось пребывание в BayMari. Номер был очень просторным, стильным, а персонал вежливым. В номере мы нашли всё что было необходимо, остальное докупили в магазине, который находится в 10 метрах от отеля. Хочется отметить отличные удобные кровати и внимание к нашим пожеланиям ❤️ Район нам очень понравился: спокойный, но с множеством заведений, где можно пообедать, взять вкусный кофе и т.п. С 15 сентября пляж Florya был закрыт, но мы нашли рядом хороший платный пляж Ata Beach

Было бы здорово уделить большее внимание деталям, особенно сантехнике: подкрутить кран, прочистить слив в душе, закрепить унитаз, заменить сколотую посуду. Бассейном мы не пользовались, но он показался не очень чистым

Понравилось в отеле все, соответствует цена-качество. Снимали 2 номера: один с выходом к бассейну, другой с 2 спальнями на первом этаже. Фото на букинг были немного другие, но мы очень были рады, потому что гостиная и кухня были раздельные. Это как большая трехкомнатная квартира ❤️ В гостиной огромный диван, можно было там смотреть ТВ ночью и никому не мешать ❤️ В спальнях слабые кондиционеры, но нам хватило. Персонал очень внимательный, преподнесли нам комплимент от отеля❤️Было очень приятно 💐Рядом много небольших супермаркетов, рестораны, кафе, аптеки. Пешком ходили на платный пляж, вход 120 лир можно оплатить картой Виза. Такси до пляжа через приложение 185 лир, а если обратно брать на выходе с пляжа без приложения то 500 лир до отеля 🤪. Если будем в Стамбуле обязательно остановимся здесь. До аэропорта 30 минут, до центра тоже 30 минут. Рекомендую

There were 8 of us in the apartment and we only had 2 seats to sit outside.

I really enjoyed the hotel: the room was spacious, everything was new and had everything needed for a comfortable stay and location is excellent.

The kitchen was small for 6 people staying there and not enough appliances ie toaster and the cooking utensils were limited, we did ask for some bigger pans in which they gave us

We booked three apartments for a group of 16 for a reunion. The staff kindly checked in my guests before I arrived and later completed the process and payments with me smoothly. The team was very friendly, and their hospitality was excellent. The location was also great, with many shops, restaurants, and cafés within walking distance. Highly recommended.
