Tuvalet özellikle duşluk kısmı temiz değildi ve çok fazla yerde kıllar vardı. Bunun dışında yatağın da çok temiz olduğunu söyleyemem. Bu paralara çok bir şey beklenmemesi lazım ama en azından bunlara dikkat edilebilirdi. Oda genel olarak rahattı bunlar dışında bir problem yaşamadım.

The shower was a little but dirty but its okay.

The Value for Money is good. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is good: many restaurants and all shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity. A large, beautiful park is right outside the door, and the beach is just a ten-minute walk away. The same is true for the next metro station.

The room was quite cramped. The internet connection was unstable. Overall, the hotel looks much better on Booking.com than it does in reality.

La habitación amplia, las camas cómodas, tiene una pequeña nevera y un calentador de agua. El personal del hotel muy amable y disponible las 24h. La ubicación es tranquila, cerca de la playa y varios restaurantes, a diez minutos de una parada de tren que te lleva al centro de la ciudad. No hay ruidos, es una zona sin ocio nocturno.

La limpieza mejorable. En toda la semana no pasaron a limpiar, entraban a reponer el papel de váter pero no pasaron la escoba ni una vez. Cambiaron las sábanas y toallas una vez en toda la semana.

КЛОПЫ! КЛОПЫ В НОМЕРЕ! Семья с детьми из 5 человек Забронировали номер, чтобы отдохнуть возле моря. В итоге отдых был испорчен той же ночью. Ночью, В номере дети обнаружили клопов Их было очень много. Один из детей аллергик, у него начался кашель. Ночью идти было некуда. Вокруг все отели заняты. Персонал предложил перейти в другой номер. Но как оказалось и там были клопы, об этом мне сказал ребенок утром. Мы бронировали два номера. Планировали отдых и хотели побыть пару дней. Но отдых был испорчен, мы потеряли время на поиски отеля и переезд, на такси. При просьбе вернуть хоть какую то компенсацию, они предложили номера со скидкой. Как там оставаться? Мы боимся что в наши вещи тоже попали клопы. Ночью когда мы сказали, что есть щель в номере где клопы, они просто постелили мусорный пакет вниз. Фото приложу. А номер дали напротив. Утром они также принимали посетителей. На вопрос почему они не позвали дезинфекцию и не закрыли отель, ответили что уже позвали, но при этом принимали гостей. В общем полностью не рекомендую. Бегите с этого отеля. Фото. Видео прилагаю. Клопы пешком ходят ночью по кроватям

Wer gerne in einem schimmligen Bad mit kaputter Elektronik duscht ist hier genau richtig. Das Mobiliar ist nicht nur in die Jahre gekommen, sondern schlichtweg kaputt. Ein besonderes I-Tüpfelchen war, dass das Hotel DIREKT neben einer Moschee liegt - das heißt, man wird unter anderem jede Nacht um 4:30 Uhr von wunderschönem Gebets-gesang über Lautsprecher direkt vor dem Fenster geweckt. Wir haben es dort nur eine Nacht ausgehalten und sind vorzeitig gegangen. Absolut nicht empfehlenswert.

Everything is too old and rusty, the walls need serious painting, the shower holder was broken and I had to keep the hand shower in my hand all the time.

Noise coming from the corridors with people locking and unlocking their doors late at night and early in the morning. Might be better if doors worked on a key card system.

Odanın içerisinde ağır bir sigara kokusu vardı, bütün odaların sesi çok şiddetli duyuluyordu. Asla uyuyamadım. Temizlik vasattı, tuvalet kağıdı tasarruf modunda verilmişti resmen. Hayatımda yaşadığım en kötü otel deneyimiydi.

i had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable. I came for operation, and our windows were right opposite the mosque ( nothing personal) it was very loud and i feel uncomfortable. I would like to suggest that you inform your guests about this.

Poooor pooor quality hotel

Otelde bu zamana kadar birkaç kez konakladık. İlk konakladığımızda alt kattaki odalardan güzel bir oda verilmişti, epey memnun kalmıştık. Fiyat performans olarak gayet iyiydi. Fakat sonrasında memnun kalmadığımız birçok konu oldu. Odalarda çarşaflarda, eşyaların üstünde her zaman kıl oluyor. Odadaki eşyalar, etraf kırık dökük. Oda değiştirdik, yine oda kırık dökük ve kıllıydı. Odalar aşırı ses geçiriyor. Fakat en büyük problem kesinlikle hijyen. Son olarak sistemsel olarak odanın ismi "iki ayrı yataklı veya bir tane çift kişilik yataklı oda" olarak geçiyor. Rezervasyon yaparken yatak türünü siz seçiyorsunuz. Fakat resepsiyondaki bir beyefendi bu durumu bilmiyordu. Oda başlığının ismini benim tercihim zannedip çift kişilik tek yatak istememe rağmen tek kişilik iki ayrı yataklı oda vermişti. Sonra durumu düzelttiler fakat ısrarla benim yatak tercihi yapmadığımı iddia etti. Resepsiyonun bu sitenin sistemini tam olarak öğrenmesi gerekiyor.

This hotel is not even 3 star, there is no facilities not even a pleasant lobby, just small room, by the way it seems smoking inside rooms are normal because you can smell the smoke all the time in corridor even inside the room.

Nothing special about this hotel, we picked the hotel because it was close to the house our family stayed in, otherwise we never picked that place. The only things good about this hotel is restaurants and coffee shops just few steps away also located in safe and nice neighborhood but very far from downtown and historical places.

Ses ve ışık yalıtımı kötüydü, hassas olanlar için rahatsız edici olabilir. Odamda 3 tane aynı tür böcek gördüm galiba yuvaları var. İşlemlerde karışıklık olsa da çalışanlar kibar ve yardımcı olmaya çalışıyorlardı, ondan memnun kaldım.

Şu anda karakoldayım. Bagajım kayboldu emanette ve maalesef kamera kaydının olmadiği söyleniyor. Sorumluluklarının olmadığı ayrıca. Bir misafirin götürmüş olabileceğini ancak telefon numarası almadıklarını ve ulaşamadıklarını. Mağduriyetimin giderilmesi için tek çarem hukuksal yollar oldu maalesef. Ayrıca başka şehire gitmem gerekiyor ama maalesef seyahatim de bu sebepten gecikti.

Bir günlüğüne konakladığım için hizmetten memnun ayrıldım.

The staff was amazing. At my first room the AC didn't worked properly so I tell them first they try to solve that then, They changed my room without any problem. Also if you clean that it will be amazing that head side of bed right side for 403 it still same things on that one month ago same thing was there too.

The bathroom ventilation system can be more good there is so moist due to system. It probably related with general building system, not easy to fix that.

We didn’t plan a stay in Istanbul, so it was a last minute booking. However, the area was nice and the room was clean

The ac is right above the bed

It was a cosy Hôtel with a very organized small rooms with a parking lot close to everything in beautiful area close to bosfor canal and florya aqua mall and Jana mahal and others.

In general I recommend it if you like the big hotels with large hall will be not your place but I like the hotel house .

Havalimanına yakın olmasından kaynaklı tercih ettiğim otel. Bana verilen oda teknik bir hatadan kaynaklı farklı verildi.Bu sorun değildi fakat bu odada prizler yerinden çıkmıştı, buzdolabının yanında herhangi bir priz yoktu buzdolabını prize taşımak zorunda kaldım. Pencerelerdeki jaluziler kırılmıştı. Laminant parkelerde açılmalar vardı. Banyodaki prizi kullanmaya korktum. Otel ile alakalı tek güzel şey resepsiyondaki tatlı çocuktu. Gerçi odayı bana o verdi de neyse :) Geliştirilebilir, fotoğrafları ekliyorum.

The room was beautiful and cozy, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

The bathroom, particularly the shower, was disappointing. There was a significant amount of mold on the walls and floor, posing a safety hazard that could easily be addressed but was neglected. Additionally, the faucet was functional but poorly attached to the wall, giving the impression that it could fall off at any moment. There was also dust on surfaces in the room, although this was quickly addressed the next day, pleasantly surprising me as daily room cleaning was provided at this hotel. Another major drawback for me was the proximity of a mosque, which startled me and my son very much with its loud call to prayer at 5 in the morning. As a non-Muslim, I would have appreciated being informed about this possibility as it was quite alarming. Therefore, the staff should have at least warned us about this.

Kaldığım en pis oteldi. Odadaki ve tuvaletteki kötü koku 2 gün boyunca geçmedi. Koku yüzünden bu soğukta cam açık uyudum ancak yine de yetmedi. Klozet kırık banyo pisti. Duşa kabinde saç duruyordu. Konumu ve fiyatı sebebiyle tercih ettim ancak pişman oldum.

I liked the friendly staff and the facility of cooperating. that is 24 h ready and available for the gusseted even though the location is so nice in the main street, so hope to make it again

what I do not like is the bed was not good because its twin beds come together so I asked for double one and the support wm with that. really really good

Second time staying here. Really nice and helpful staff members. Location really good.

We stayed four nights in this hotel, enjoying short vacation. Asked information about airport shuttle without answer. Please be prepared that it takes appr. one hour to get to the citiy center by crowded bus, than changing to crowded tram. Room was clean, furniture worn off little bit. We had to ask toilet paper every days. It was not automatically repleninshed. Hotel surranded by Turkish restaurants, and shops. Good bakery near by.
