This place is excellent. Room come with all you need. There a bar in hotel. And restaurant to. And also hot breakfast 🥞included, central located. I would stay here! then in Charlottetown. Your only one hour from the capital city.

This location is clean and customer service very good…..all I can say is the nest time I come to P.E.I. I will be staying here.

The room was somewhat small and only having one bedside table was not good. Way overpriced for a basic hotel.

ai réservé plusieurs mois d'avance 2 chambres. Je suis tombée en plein tournoi de base-ball avec plusieurs équipes. Jusqu'ici ça peut aller mais on choisi de me mettre dans les chambres collées sur l'entrée, la salle pour les groupes et le passage vers la piscine.... sans même m'informer de ce que je vais vivre. Quand j'arrive je sens que c'est procédural comme accueil on me demande même si je suis avec les équipes de tournoi en me faisant signer les règles. J'avais un séjour de 4 nuits. En tout temps c'était très bruyant dans nos chambres et 1 soir nous nous sommes fait réveillés à minuit à cause de la musique et des cris au 2e étages et 1 soir à presque 1 h du matin parce que le party était pris dans la salle de groupe à côté de nous et de la réception. J'ai dû sortir de ma chambre, regarder la réceptionniste et lui demander si c'était une blague. Elle était bien assise à les regarder avec un sourire. J'ai dû lui dire qu'à 1 h du matin c'était innaceptable. Elle m'a dit : ok je vais essayer de leur dire et s'est finalement levée de sa chaise pour aller les voir! La salle de groupe tout comme la réception était à côté de nos chambres. Le déjeuner gratuit finit à 9 h la semaine ce qui fait que ça devient tellement achalandé entre 8 h et 9 h que les lignes sont très longues pour prendre des choses. Pendant ce temps les employés débordés passent leur temps à nous dire de nous tasser pour remplir le buffet, remettre des assiettes, ouvrir les armoires à côté de nous... on ne sait même plus où se mettre. J'ai payé cher pour ces 4 nuits. Plus jamais cet hôtel. Quand on passe à la réception personne ne prend même la peine de nous dire bonjour.

We were there 5 nights and some morning’s seating was hard to find. The hot items on the breakfast buffet definitely could have been hotter - luke warm at best.

The breakfast was small. The eggs were very watery and home fries cold. When booking didn't realize the pool was not part of hotel. And only open till 830pmish. Lady that checked us in didn't seem like she enjoyed working there. (Maybe an off day for her?) Got the "ocean view" but didn't realize it's very small view.

The ambience, and building is new and clean. The staff were friendly and nice.

Requested a regular room on upper floor. Was given room on main floor equiped for wheelchairs. Noisy un-supervised children in hall, room not quiet. Very small restrarant for included breakfast had too many people, confusion, nowhere to sit, went to other location for breakfast. Staff seemed overwelmed. Was shocked to be charged $873.CAD for two nights. Other comparable hotels with better facilities and service are half this price. This price was outrageous for this level of hotel and services.

420 dollars for one night in a generic double queen room. Could’ve stayed elsewhere cheaper and just as clean.

The front desk staff especially Paula were great. There was another person, a gentleman and I believe it was the manager he was also great. The breakfast, location and the hotel amenities were great.

The housekeeping staff needs to pay a bit more attention to detail. The hotel was not very busy and I would have expected better. The housekeeping staff missed emptying our garbage containers on a couple of occasions as well we had to had them to refill the toilet and Kleenex. Either the staff are not supplied with vacuums or they are broken as our room never appeared to have been vacuumed. The same goes for the hallways, there were crushed chips, cookie crumbs etc on the carpets that were present for 3+ days. Our stay was a week.

We loved the pool and the friendly staff! We took a nice family walk to nearby parks. It was a wonderful time.

We recently booked a staycation at this hotel after driving 2 hours with our 5-year-old, specifically to enjoy the pool, splash pad, and bowling facilities. Due to an ice storm, we even paid extra for early check-in to ensure a smooth arrival. Upon checking in, we clearly explained to the front desk that the main reason for our visit was to use these amenities. Only then were we told that the pool was closed due to a holiday. There was absolutely no indication of this on the hotel’s website, which lists pool hours as 7:00–21:00 daily with no mention of holiday closures. We were also informed that the splash pad and bowling were closed as well because they are operated by a separate facility—again, something not disclosed anywhere during booking. At that point, the stay no longer served its purpose, so we requested a refund and chose not to stay. The front desk agent (who mentioned she was new) told us we would still be charged in full due to the 24-hour cancellation policy. We were then forced to leave in the middle of an ice storm to find last-minute accommodations elsewhere, turning this into a stressful and costly experience. The hotel later offered only a 30% refund ($56), which doesn’t even begin to cover the gas alone, let alone the inconvenience and additional expenses we incurred. This situation was entirely preventable with proper communication and transparency on the website. Guests should be clearly informed when major amenities are unavailable—especially when those amenities are a primary reason families choose to book. We are extremely disappointed and are requesting a full refund, including the early check-in fee, as we did not stay at the property at all.

The hospitality, parking, and amenities are great! Just a few minutes from shops and the waterfront. I appreciated the breakfast, the gym and pool access, and the view.

Coffee was very weak, and the rooms were a bit compact.

I am traveling with two grandchildren. They loved everything about the motel, including the pool. They were disappointed they were not allowed in the hot tub but still had lots of fun. We loved the breakfast, so many choices. I would say this is the best continental breakfast I have had at a motel & I have eaten at a lot. I noticed the local housing isn't high class however we liked being close to the water & the boardwalk. We will certainly be returning.

Restaurant inside hotel but did not try it. There are other restaurants 10 minutes away by car. There is a small snack shop about 5 minutes walk towards water. There is a fully fenced in dog park about 5 minutes away by car going away from city which is located behind water treatment center. You can have a nice long walk on boardwalk by the water just a few minutes away. Pool access to the attached building is a plus.

Rooms efficient n clean. Excellent breakfast. Beautiful athletic complex you can use : pool, huge fitness room. Staff friendly. Only negative is bathtub floor was a bit yellowed.

Clean, good breakfast, location is good but not really walkable. We had to drive to the restaurant and to ice cream places. There is a nice boardwalk, great for sunset.

Beautiful fresh seemingly new establishment. Lovely common areas with food and beverage service. Indoor access to a huge indoor pool and hot tub that is very child friendly (pool slide and "mushroom fountain :) as well as an indoor walk to the race track where we watched harness racing. (We were fortunate to book our stay on a race night.) I wish we had time to stay here more than 1 night. We booked here upon recommendation by a local relative and were not disappointed.

A few issues. The bathroom in our room was very dirty and stained, the shower head sprayed water all over the bathroom. When getting towels for the pool they were hand towels. The lady who did our check in was not friendly and seemed to be annoyed when we asked for fresh towels or anything of her. The breakfast was bland and not many options either. Overall I was happy with our stay I’m glad we booked on hotels.com bc it wasn’t worth the full rate

Was really pet friendly with green space outside the doors and a garden hose and garbage can at the front of the hotel. Appreciated that the room fridges have freezers. Would be great if there were tables just outside of the breakfast area where guests could sit to eat with their dogs.

Nice, newer hotel in a good location close to the water front. Staff were very friendly and breakfast had a good variety. Temperature control was difficult to figure out….took quite a while to get warm.

One day into a 2 night stay, the hotel disabled our room key and wifi. The wifi was very slow. The second day our wifi was disabled again. We found it frustrating. The dining area was small and crowded. The pool and hot tub were actually in a large recreational complex next door that was open to the public and was very noisy and inconvenient to access.
