Camera pulita e spaziosa. colazione dolce e salato in quantità sufficiente. Piscina all’aperto, molto scenografica, comoda e pulita. Ambiente in generale e spazi comuni moderno, minimal e confortevole. Comodo per visita al parco perché fuori dalla città.

Necessaria auto per andare a cenare a Moab ma per noi non è stato un problema.

Piscina davvero bella, ideale se hai bambini per trascorrere un bel pomeriggio in piscina. Camera grande, ben arredata e pulita. Posizione ottima per entrare a pochi minuti dal Visitor Center arches e canyolands.

We weren’t there long daughter fell at Arches and broke her leg.

Staff was very kind and helpful. Beautiful location. Pool area was exceptional.

È un’ottima struttura, con piscina bellissima e una posizione strategica sia per l’ingresso al parco Arches che a quello Canyonland, oltre che per raggiungere il centro di Moab. Personale molto gentile e cortese. La signora delle colazioni è sempre molto attenta affinché non manchi mai nulla.

Se proprio devo indicare qualcosa, speravo che in 4 notti, almeno dopo la seconda rifacessero la stanza.

La posizione vicinissima al parco Arch e a Canyonland. La piscina bellissima. La colazione inclusa che negli Usa è raro e la postazione per il caffè sempre attiva e gratutita

Très agréable. Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres. Environnement calme à 5 min du centre de Moab et quelques centaines de mètres de l’entrée du parc Arches. Piscine très belle avec 2 grands bassins et plusieurs jacuzzis.

Tutto ottimo, a 5 minuti da macchina dall’ingresso dell’arches national park, ed anche dal centro città rifornito di tutti i servizi anche un grande supermercato. Parcheggio ampio gratuito.

Unica pecca la presenza dell’arancia sempre dentro l’acqua disponibile durante la giornata e a colazione che per la mia intolleranza agli agrumi non è il massimo… avrei preferito acqua normale ma nel complesso tutto bene! Ci tornerei

The bathroom was dirty, the room was very small, and I paid extra for a pool view. And I didn't have a view of the pool, but rather of the trees.

Conditioner - very loud , not working smoothly like in Europe, annoying noice during the night, smell of mustiness in the room was also a problem .We spent only two nights But generally not bad

La piscine, l'emplacement ( à 5min de l'entrée de Arches National Park).

La salle des machines à laver et du sèche linge( machines pas entretenues) - lieu pas nettoyé. La piscine où les enfants braillent et aucune consignes affichées respectées . Le petit déjeuner manque de produits salés et de diversité.

This place smells terrible. Our room smells strongly of moldy/damp towels. The entryway smelled of rotting food. Cleanliness is lacking.

1: There is a basketball court next to the pool. We asked the front desk to check out a ball but were told it was flat. 2: After being there four days, housekeeping hadn't come to my room yet. I had to ask the front desk to send someone because our trash can was full and we needed more toilet paper. 3: The temperature in the gym was set to 80. 4: The mini fridge froze everything 5: The chain to raise/lower the shade on the window was broken 6: The morning of checkout (which is at 11am), housekeeping (a male) opened my door without knocking at 10am. I was sitting on the toilet with the door open, and then he said, "oh, excuse me" and left

Très bon hôtel en famille (avec 2 ados) et très belle piscine. Bon pt déjeuner. Accès pratique à tous les parcs aux alentours. De nombreux restaurants sur Moab.

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber gewesen, bot ausreichend Parkplätze, hat einen schönen Frühstücksbereich und einen außergewöhnlichen Pool. Am Pool hat man es sich gerade an Tagen mit hohen Temperaturen gut gehen lassen. Wir waren mit unserer Buchung sehr zufrieden. Vom Hotel aus erreicht man die Innenstadt von Moab mit dem Auto in weniger als zehn Minuten. Ähnliches gilt für die Sehenswürdigkeiten wie Archs und Canyonlands.

The breakfast food was absolutely terrible. Breakfast in the morning was so plain and simple. Not in line with the room fee or what to expect from Marriott.

L'hotel présente des déficiences en matière de ménage. Nous sommes restés 2 jours. En arrivant, nous avons eu des doutes sur la propreté de la chambre et aucun ménage n'a été fait dans notre chambre pendant les 2 jours de location. Nous avons dû aller nous même chercher le papier toilette à l'accueil de l'hotel? C'est dommage pour un Mariott!

The housekeeping is made every other day, but when they “clean,” they just took the trash out. They didn’t clean the room or the bathroom. They didn’t even make the bed.

Great location for access to Arches Nat Park. Clean and comfy. Facilities were great - amazing pool! I wish we’d brought the kids, they would’ve loved it. Should’ve booked more than one night to fully appreciate it.

The hotel was grossly overpriced. Marriott Bonvoy is an effing joke. We paid over 300 per night for a hotel room no better than a holiday Inn. Bonoy represents their properties as higher end, but no better than any other budget hotel.... What a joke. And the breakfast was probably the worst hotel breakfast I have ever had. We didn't even bother eating it on our last morning.

Had a note from property letting us know our request for king room would be honoured. When we arrived, agent said there was nothing on file regarding this and this room type was not available. Breakfast was pretty marginal.

This is the place we stay when visiting Moab. Rooms are Marriott quality. The front desk staff could improve their customer service.

Pools are fun, nice property to hang out and relax.

The pillows in the rooms were terrible! I asked for some harder ones and they brought the same ones! My neck hurts so bad I can’t even turn my head. As much as we pay for the rooms you would think we would have decent pillows! Plus the shower was a trickle! Paid way too much for terrible pillows and poor water pressure!

It was near the river and had a great pool after a long day of hiking

After check in --- we noticed that the AC hadn't been on and it smelled which I reported to the front desk. Also the blinds were broke blocking the view to the pool / outside. On no less than 3 times did I report this to the front desk, with promises that someone was going to look at these issues, nothing happened.

I reserved two rooms but needed connecting rooms which they were able to provide. Front desk service was great at check-in. She gave a great recommendation for dinner in Moab. She also gave us some Welcome cookies🍪 The rooms were clean; no odd odors; no squeaky doors. The block out shades in the windows were great, and the heat/AC unit kept the room at a nice temperature. The breakfast in the morning was excellent; lots of variety. I used to work Front Desk at a hotel so I’m picky about any hotel stays. I’ve never paid so much for hotel rooms, but the price was comparable to others in the area. We wanted to be close to Arches National Park entrance and this location was perfect! Five minute drive to the entrance. Highly recommend!

Great breakfast, ideal location, comfortable and clean room, appreciated the mini fridge and coffee maker in the room, and AMAZING BEYOND AMAZING POOL!!!

Only downside is you have to share the awesome pool with a bunch of kids and families, so if that worries you, be prepared for that. I spent a lot of time at the pool though and really enjoyed myself. They do play music, so with the waterfalls combined it was pretty loud, although I'm sure if they didn't play music then other people might take the liberty of playing their own music and subject us all to it, which I wouldn't prefer! The pool is why I booked this place and it didn't disappoint—but unfortunately there will be kids running around and throwing toys and being on pool floaties (and in the hot tubs too) and like I get it, I would bring my kids here too but kids just aren't considerate or mindful so it's just a little annoying.

Al nostro arrivo ci hanno addebitato nuovamente una camera che avevamo già pagato su Booking. Quando gli abbiamo spiegato la situazione non hanno provveduto a stornare il pagamento. Abbiamo avuto il rimborso grazie all'intervento di Booking dopo un mese quasi dal nostro pernottamento.

am Hotel gar nichts, es wa das schlechteste Hotel auf unserer 3wöchigen Reise. Nie wieder! Nationalparks in der Umgebung waren wunderschön. Moab - leider ein paar Autominuten vom Hotel entfernt - bietet eine gute Infrastruktur.

Zimmer war dreckig Reklamation wurde nicht ernst genommen - ich hätte mir eine Preisreduktion erwartet, da das Zimmer sehr teuer war Preis viel zu hoch Preis/Leistungsverhältnis stimmte überhaupt nicht laute Klimaanlage veraltete Zimmerausstattung

It was a wonderful stay.

The location is just outside Moab, close to Arches, and the view was nice. Breakfast was good and the refill water station in the lobby was very convenient.

The pool hours should be longer. At least have extended hours for adults. It would be nice to enjoy the pool late night.

Check-in byl rychlý a pohodový, pokoje celkem prostorné, vybavení pokoje bylo OK. Moc se nám líbil bazén a vířivky, snídaně byly průměrné. Oceňujeme možnost vyprat si v hotelu oblečení, personál byl v tomto ohledu velmi nápomocný. Pobyt zde splnil očekávání.
