Look into hypoallergenic options for cleaning solutions. Appreciate the cleanliness but the scents were overwhelming sometimes.

Todo bien, excepto el cobro del desayuno. Decía que estaba incluido, pero al hacerlo valido solo aplicaba para algunos platillos. Creo que deberían ser mas claros en este sentido.

La atención del personal y las instalaciones

El hotel es precioso, la pieza muy cómoda y la atención un 10/10. Pese a que no hay espacios comunes propiamente tal, te dan todas las facilidades para comer en los restoranes que están en el hotel y que tienen carta muy rica. El desayuno me encantó!

La puerta de la habitación era de vidrio y las cortinas costaba que quedaran completamente cerradas lo que era incómodo.

Supera expectativas en todos los ámbitos. Días antes de llegar ya te hacen sentir la diferencia dándote recomendaciones de como llegar, como si fuera un familiar que espera tu llegada. El hotel es muy moderno, cómodas camas, baño precioso, la ubicación es muy buena porque está en el mismo centro de SMA, valet parking muy ágil y facilitador. Recomendable absolutamente.

I loved this Hotel ! I give it 5 stars. My only problem is they need to be flexible when a client has arrived due to a famiky emergency such as illness or death to be able to cancell a reservation. to.cancel.areservation .be f

Even though the parking is not on the facility, there’s staff took the car to the parking facility. We went during high season. 9/15/25 Staff called to make sure what time we were gonna get there they waited for us at the door-to make our stay pleasant. Great experience would do it all over again.

Very nice hotel!!

Pretty sure this hotel is run by a corporation. Compared to other places you could stay in San Miguel, this hotel is more impersonal than most -nice finishes, but loud music playing during the day which you can hear from the room, coffee and food at restaurant were not great at all (feels rather value-engineered). Also the room layout was not good --bathroom was actually located in the bedroom (except for the toilet). Awkward and not private.

What didn’t I like!!? Beautiful accommodations and very attentive and happy staff. The breakfast was outstanding, rooms spacious and comfortable. Great shower, products and towels. The rooftop area was lovely and the pool enjoyable even if small.

Staff was fantastic, especially Aaron who was our server one night and for breakfast. Overall i would have rated them a five but the last night there was party on the terrace and that noise permeated into the room (we were right below the terrace) where we were staying. Music was blaring as well close to midnight. Did not do well for us as we had an early departure.

Todo perfecto de muy buen gusto, tal vez muy americanizado para estar en un lugar tan mexicano.

Que en el restaurante donde solo estábamos 3 parejas no nos dejaron sentar en una sala más cómoda para que nuestra pequeña bebé comiera sus alimentos, la mesera nos indicó que era una mesa para invitados externos que no llegaron. Lo demás de 10.

This hotel was perfect a modern hacienda. It was so many little details that make you feel special like the welcome drink, and the pastry left in the room with a welcome note. I love that they utilize loco artists to decorate the rooms. Restaurants was delicious, we had Laura serving us an she was the best! Thank you! I love this place ❤️

Hotel is walking distance to all the places we wanted to visit. The valet person, housekeeping and restaurant staff were all friendly. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious and their conchas were a hit with my kids. Beds are very comfortable but keep in mind that there is outside noise at night. It didn’t bother us but others might be sensitive to the noise. Their pool is cold and not really for kids. More like a lounging spot to sunbathe and do some reading.

It was all we expected and more, our room on street side a bit noisy so we were upgraded for free to a larger room away from the street, breakfasts were all great off the menu with variety of choices. Staff were the friendliest ever and we will be back anytime. Close walking distance to city center, try the restaurant across the street, Tostevere and the Italian Antigua Trattoria Romana, 2 minute walk, of course enjoy the view at Quince Restaurant.

Excellent, well-designed, very nicely appointed hotel with fabulous architectural style and details. Staff could not have been better. Great service in the bars and restaurants. Very convenient location on the edge of the old town.

This was a Fabulous hotel with impeccable service, staff, dining and room accommodations. From the moment we arrived the staff was so helpful and pleasant. Great property!!!

Spent 2 nights. Friendliness of the staff. Room was comfortable felt safe. Though I wish my room has a better view on the outside than just a wall. I was expecting a more or less Mexican breakfast.

One of the nicest hotel stays I have had for many years -- lots of personalized touches (e.g., a handwritten note and snack awaiting in the room, Nespresso machine, etc.) at a beatiful, historic, quiet property with an elevator.

I absolutely loved this property! The staff was more than helpful. Both restaurants and bars were delicious. The rooms were spacious and clean and you can’t beat the location! I’m definitely going to stay there again.

I loved staying at this property. It was beautiful, and extremely comfortable. The restaurant was very good. We ate on the rooftop restaurant my first night and had a very lovely dinner with spectacular views. The room was spacious, beautifully appointed and quiet. Loved this place!!

This hotel was incredibly beautiful, wonderfully decorated, had incredible staff, was in a perfect location, and had amazing restaurants!

Nothing!

We had the lovely corner Deluxe Room with windows on two sides of the hotel facing the streets with very little traffic. The windows make a nice cross breeze which we prefer to the excellently functioning A/C. The glass panel in the door to the corridor had an excellent blind for total privacy. Lots of device outlets. The bed was actually sumptuous and I'm picky about beds. We heard no street or party noise any time. Excellent staff, always quick to be of assistance whenever you go past the reception desk, and generously offer water. We felt as though we were visiting friends there and in the dining room. As an aside from a foodie: the hotel is located near several excellent restaurants including the remarkable Antiqua Trattoria which is always busy (hint: go early); make a reservation at Tostevere located across the street below your room window, and also find Heche de Mexico (if I spelled that correctly: it means "Made in Mexico"), it is very near with beautiful ambience and delicious food.

The hotel dining room for breakfast and other meals is physically beautiful and the food is delicious but they seem to have priced themselves out of the market. We had all our custom ordered breakfasts there because of the quality of the food and service. However, there was rarely anyone eating there while all the neighbourhood restaurants are packed for hours around each meal time. Someone needs to rethink their catering strategy.

This property is stunningly beautiful and in a great area, walking to everything. We loved everything about the hotel, including the staff and service but our room was on the first floor behind reception and had a view of a dark brick wall. We asked to move but they had no availability. So, I would suggest booking on a higher floor.

This is a beautiful property with an outstanding staff—from the front desk with Daniela and Luis to the bell boys and room cleaning. They are warm and welcoming, thoughtful and very accommodating. The hotel looks much more lovely than in photos. The beds are super comfortable with good quality sheets. At night they brought in cookies. There were fresh apples for us. Bottles of water. The bathroom was excellent and well stocked. The included breakfast served in a very pretty courtyard has vegan and vegetarian options. The food was consistently good and very fresh, served beautifully, very generous portions. The service does take time so we gave them our breakfast order the night before so we could be served just after 8 am when they opened and be ready for tour/taxi at 9 am. We had dinner at the hotel as well a couple of nights. As the location is very central in the historic area, everything is within an easy walk—though the entire area is hilly with cobbled stones streets. Uber is very safe, inexpensive, and we used it to go to the Botanical Garden and a couple of other places. We highly recommend Don Taco Tacqueria (a short 3-5 minutes walk from the hotel) for outstanding vegan food. it is a very small place, extremely popular, so make a reservation. La Cabria is also close by and open till 4 pm—another outstanding place for vegan food. SMA is very safe (lots of American senior women walking around alone), the food is fabulous, the people are gentle and friendly.

Great service and beautiful property.

Staff is excellent, very friendly. The wait staff is excellent, did not get all their names but Miguel, Denisse, Sheyla and I think his name is Alejandro were great and friendly with out exception every body was great. the reception staff was very helpful and friendly, so was the manager of the restaurant.. food is great .. I will be back !!

Then only complains I have about this property are the sound isolation is not optimal and the execution of cooking was only average even the presentations were wonderful.

Sound insulation is less optimal , may be due to nature renovation on a stone structure.

I loved the unique touch of the coffee and pastries presentation. The room also smelled sophisticated while cosy at the same time. The pebbled pattern on the bathroom floor was so pretty while being functional as an anti-slip material. The rooftop had a breathtaking view of the city and church. The staff, decor, indoor courtyard, excellent breakfast, all made my stay a memorable, warm and uplifting experience !

This hotel is amazing! It’s just outside the center of town, but still close to everything. The design of the hotel is so beautiful. They kept the feel of Mexico.
