Location great. Rooms great. Parking dedicated to room.

Breakfast could have more options. Shower hand bars for seniors/handicap needed. Washrooms small, no place for personal toiletry bags. Couldn't find TV guide, only channel list.

Rick extremely helpful and kind. Went out of his way.

Accomodations tired, but beds very comfortable, nice sheets, clean towels etc. Basic breakfast, toast, eggs, jams & coffee. Even Gluten free bread got in specially for me.

The bathroom floor was so dirty. The coffeemaker was on top of the fridge, super awkward. The air conditioner was SO loud, and the streaming TV had me excited until we tried to use it, and we couldn’t get through one show due to the extreme buffering. I realize that the motel is under new ownership, but in 2026 we need somewhere to plug in devices, we moved a floor lamp to use a plug and the dust and dirt grossed us out! We travelled from Regina to Port Alberni, and this was the most expensive accommodation, and the most disappointing.

It was very clean and the staff were friendly.

The location but that’s not saying much as the town is very small so you could really be anywhere and have a good location.

The staff are extremely rude and unprofessional. They yelled at me and tried to take advantage of the fact I have a dog by trying to charge me an ‘additional fee’ for my dog. Nowhere on booking.com nor on their website does it state there is an extra fee for a dog. The front desk/manager then harassed me for the additional payment. No one deserves this treatment as a guest or in general nor to be taken advantage of.

Older motel but clean and very nice staff

Our stay at Paradise Motel was absolutely fantastic. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. We really enjoyed the delicious breakfast, the clean swimming pool, and the BBQ area, which made our stay even more enjoyable. A special thanks to Rakesh, the owner, for his outstanding hospitality. He was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always made sure we had everything we needed.

There was honestly nothing to complain about. Everything was well organized, clean, and exceeded our expectations. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend Paradise Motel to anyone visiting the area.

Floor was not clean, even washroom floor has lot of hairs probably from previous staying guest. Washroom floor and over floor shall be clean.

It was easily reached and far enough from the highway and train tracks to allow for a good sleep. Additionally, it was within walking distance to the public beach and restaurants on the Main Street.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The checkin and check out were super smooth and quick. The room was spacious. Beds were decent. Clean. The owner/manager/staff member even opened the pool 20 min early for the kids as we had a softball game to get to and they were sooooo excited. Overall, a great little motel.

This property will be excellent for families this summer. The outdoor pool, barbecues, basketball hoops and open lawn is fun for everyone. Our room had a separate bedroom and full fridge and stove.

The kitchen needs a kettle and a couple more pots and pans.

Best Place to stay in Sicamous

Stayed at Paradise Motel in Sicamous recently and honestly had a fantastic experience. From the moment we checked in, the staff made us feel very welcome and were always kind and helpful throughout our stay. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing, and the room was neat, cozy, and well maintained. One of the best things about this place is the value for the price. It’s very reasonably priced, especially considering the level of service and comfort you get. It’s not easy to find an affordable place that still feels clean, comfortable, and friendly, but this motel definitely delivered. I’d absolutely recommend Paradise Motel to anyone looking for a comfortable and budget-friendly stay in Sicamous. Looking forward to coming back again in the future!

Upon check in at 2pm renovations, saws cutting, drills guys working right next to my room constant until 7pm than at 7:45am they were behind the motel and started again at 0800….so frustrating and owner just said sorry

Had a really great stay at Paradise Motel in Sicamous! The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was also very convenient and close to everything around Sicamous. What impressed me the most was how affordable the stay was without sacrificing comfort or service. It’s hard to find places these days that are both budget-friendly and genuinely pleasant to stay at. You can really tell the owners and staff care about their guests and work hard to make everyone feel comfortable. Overall, I had an amazing experience and would definitely recommend Paradise Motel to anyone visiting Sicamous. I would happily stay here again on my next trip!

Very convenient, nice to have a kitchenette, and close to downtown.

There were no mirrors outside of the one in the bathroom and the plugin in the bathroom was an old razor plugin so didn’t work for blow dryer or curling iron, and the only plugin was in the sleeping area so couldn’t see to style hair. No lamps in the “bedroom” so had to shut off the light at the door and then climb into bed☹️. Lastly, the cleaning, especially in the bathroom was very poor. Beds were clean but that was all.

was delightedly surprised that for the price that I paid, the room that we got had its own separate bedroom with the second queen size bed in it. and there was even a kitchenette, a small dining table and a separate wall table where you can work on your laptop with its I would call a computer chair. not that we needed all this stuff for an overnight stay, but it aure is worth your money. the sheets and towels are clean. our one night stay was very much comfortable. highly recommended.

Walkable distance to downtown coffee shops, grocery store and lake. It was such a nice and comfortable stay. It was a bonus to have a very large room even though it was just myself staying there. My bed was very comfy and I had a great sleep.

The pool was not filled yet for the Season ( May 5, 2026).

The price for the one night we stayed was excellent. The room we stayed in was a pleasant surprise. Simple but clean and even had TWO seperate bedrooms each with a queen bed. My 14 year old son was thrilled not to share a room with his Mom!

The fridge that was placed in one of the rooms was a little loud when it "kicked in" overnight. The window blinds could have closed a little more tightly but they weren't terrible,.

It was pure nostalgia for me. Think 50's style motel. Everything was clean, it was well supplied. The staff was friendly and it was a great price.

All great. Great for Family. They have stove in apartment and some kitchen stuff. Also you can use laundromat. Great for staying longer term.

The beds creak

Great value for the price, I would easily rate this place as a top in its category. The room was clean, cozy, and fairly quiet. As a light sleeper, I did notice the sound of a train passing overnight, but the double-pane windows helped reduce the noise significantly. One thing I really appreciated was the heating system, it was very quiet, which is a big plus for me. Our room also had a full 4-burner stove with an oven, which was very convenient. The mattress wasn’t luxurious, but it was comfortable and of good quality. The receptionist was friendly and welcoming as well. Overall, a very pleasant stay and great value.

Just off the highway, easy access

Filthy room, pet hair everywhere, could hear our neighbours talking through the walls, bathroom sink plug didn't work so it couldn't be used, bed was uncomfortable and noisy.

Air-conditioning still in the window in March cold air coming through the air-con. Just take them out at October close the window.

The cockroaches that we found in our room, so we left after 2 hours and booked elsewhere.

1st off it really wasn't very clean! My kids were walking around in the room barefoot and the floor was so dirty the bottom of their feet turned black along with my socks! So gross! Nasty on the floor around the toilet! There was so many ants coming through small cracks that I had to shove toilet paper into them so they couldn't get in. A super easy fix by just re caulking things. The tub was covered with hairs! 🤮 And even tho it says check out is 11am I got harassed by a staff member about checking out! This started at 9:50 am! I returned to my room from my sons hockey game at about 9:20am and started to make our breakfast as I had lots of time till check out... A staff member knocked at my door at 9:50am and asked if I was checking out today? I said yes I will be and he told me che k out was at 11am. I told him yes im well aware check out is at 11 and that was that I closed the door and went back to what I was doing. I seen him walk by a couple times looking in the windows so I closed the blinds! At 10:30am he was back knocking on my door. I opened and said what's up? He then tells me it time to go. Time to check out! I told him no its not 11am yet. Check out is 11am and I'll be out at 11am and I closed the door on him. Customers should not be/feel harassed by staff to check out before the check out time. I can understand if its past check out time thats fair, but it wasn't even close to 11am. I loaded my shit and put my key on the front desk at 10:50am and tried to explain to buddy he really shouldnt be harassing the customers like that about checking before it the check out time. He started arguing with me! Total bullshit! Needless to say this place is total crap, super disgusting and not worth the $138 I payed to stay there one night! Also looks nothing like the photos booking.com has!

It is somewhat dated. Some rents have been done but some more attention is needed. The beds were not very comfortable and the bed covers looked like they were still from 1975.

I had a wonderful stay at this motel. The room was exceptionally clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. It was the perfect quiet retreat with great value.

Location was excellent, able to get to restaurants and shops on foot. Room was clean, full kitchen was a nice touch ! The pool on location was great after a day at the beach or if you just wanted to cool off on a hot day! Staff were friendly, great food truck on site too! Would come back again

It was nice having a kitchen and separate bedrooms was great!

The beds are horrible. The shower mat was brown - looked gross. There was a kitchen but no dish soap. We were given a half filled shampoo mini bottle. There was nothing refreshed in the four days we were there. We could have used new towels, more shampoo, garbage emptied.

Fridge and nice sized tub.

Unit smelled off. The carpets were stained and yuckie. Quilts smelled.

Check in was great. We ended up getting upgraded to a room with a kitchen and a bedroom. It was a really large space for the 2 of us.

The bathroom could benefit with a little better deeper cleaning. I noticed some dirt & hair etc in the corners and along the transition strip from the hallway into the bathroom.

Had an amazing stay at this hotel! All the amenities exceeded my expectations and the room was gorgeous. Such a great break. The hotel's location made it easy to get around and to have a brief taste of Sicamous.

The owner and staff goes above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The renovation rooms are excellent. The kitchen room is equipped with a full fridge, microwave, stove oven and coffee machine ect. They were kind enough to accommodate an early check in for us. The convenience of having a public laundry, along with RV campground facilities. If you're looking for comfort and value. This is the best place to be!❤️
