Clean and airy comfy beds. Pool was good. Chef wasn’t happy because I wanted some beans at 9.20 for my breakfast. Serving finishes at 9.30… so be aware the breakfast can start drying up earlier than you may expect so go for breakfast latest around 9 ish or you maybe missing out !!

Very well kept rooms, helpful staff and the Breakfast Buffet and breakfast staff were outstanding. During my summer trip we stayed at both Best Western Plus and Prestige locations, and this hotel outshone them all.

Some overall maintenance issues - spa and ice machine out of order. Power outage at 5:45am until we checked out at 9am. Was very dark trying to get ready in the am (shower/ vanity/ toilet had zero light). Staff aware of outage affecting 50% of rooms but nobody came to check or offer torches. Lots of options for breakfast but nothing really enjoyable except good fresh fruit.

Reviewed Oct 20, 2025We spent the night in Sicamous on our way to/from Whistler. The primary reason for choosing this hotel was its pet friendly policy. I was able to reserve a room on somewhat short notice and we liked that the pet friendly room was ground level. The room was spacious and clean. When a hotel states they have a free breakfast, I'm assuming it's coffee and some pastries. Maybe some fruit. But we were blown away by the breakfast selection. There were many hot options, including eggs and bacon. There were various cereals and oatmeal. But the big surprise was a waffle station. No Eggo here. Pour the batter onto the waffle iron and make a fresh waffle. The staff were friendly and reacted quickly to sorting a situation when we forgot some personal items in the room and they mailed them to our home address within a couple of days.

Location was easy to get to and had plenty of parking. Despite being close to the highway, it was quite and I had a great night sleep. Breakfast was included and was fantastic. Lots of options and fresh and hot food. Pool looked great but I was too tired to try it out. Highly recommend this location.
