Trevlig hjälpsam personal. Stort bekvämt rum med skön säng. Tyst och lugnt. Enstaka flygplan men det får man väl räkna med på Heathrow. Fantastiskt fin matsal och god frukost.

Hotel/”hoppan” fick man vänta länge på och den var rätt dyr.

It met my expectations as a budget deal

I had to wedge my feet into the shower and hold the guardrail, while soaping myself with the other hand. But, I knew I was risking my life, and had to adjust to the circumstances.

The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was no hair dryer but reception had a supply. Great value overnight stay before an early flight

Quite noisey through the night as it is a 24 hr hotel. Food menu very basic and didn't feel enthralled about going out for food in the area.

It was very quiet despite being on a main flight route. Hotel was very clean, food was nice, particularly breakfast, great selection.

The area around the hotel is dirty and squalid. It stinks of stale curry everywhere. I was directed to a local ATM, I came across two and both were out of order. It's my first visit to the Budget Ibis and I will be returning to the Ibis next time, it's along the road a bit.

Location to the airport

There were no tea bags in the room. Also I have a CPAP machine as I have sleep apnoea and there were no plugs at the side of the bed so I was in a le to use my machine overnight, which is a medical need. I did ask for an extension and was told there was none.

The carpet in the room (512) was heavily stained so I made sure I kept my socks on since it makes for an uncomfortable stay

Lots of “we don’ts.” “We don’t provide coffee” even tho there’s a kettle and cups in the room. Have to buy it at the bar (we had instant plus pods along). “We don’t participate in rewards programs” even tho they’re part of the Accor group. Charge of GBP 14 for parking. Food at the restaurant/bar was ok but service extremely slow and a little pricey for a budget hotel.

Very good price for a 1 night stay before an early morning flight. 3min walk to bus stop with regular buses to Heathrow. Despite proximity to the airport, it was quiet enough. The room was basic, clean and sufficient for our stay.

It's a bit difficult to get to from somewhere other than Heathrow as it's not that close to a tube station, especially with luggage.

Wi-Fi was not working. During our first stay, we received complimentary tea, coffee bags in the room, but this time we were told to pay extra when we asked about them.

Big Notice! for all those who have maybe a 2 day plus at this facility: you are in for a good stay A) The neighborhood. up and coming ! Toco De Coehlo Cafe Portuguese, lovely great coffee and food B) POLISH MARKET, the big one.. excellent food choices ... plenty in stock.. lovely people C) Safe neighborhood, new apartment facility just opened, excellent location great bus services. H98 to the subway train to the city ( about 1 hour service to BOND STREET). 222 and 81 to THE BELL. great shopping and food services there. take it back to the hotel and enjoy D) a safe walk to the park area, where there is an outdoor gym for quick workouts and lovely trees along the way E) the IBIS budget London Heathrow is really as good as it gets for the price and requirements of overnight stays

internet gets crowded out between 10pm. and 2am. not the best time to do any business. otherwise place is safe and secure. Staff well trained, and organized.

We thought this was an amazing hotel for the price. It's labelled 'Budget' so go with those expectations and you won't be disappointed. There is nothing to fault it on: clean; comfortable; friendly and communicative staff, including the room maintenance staff; easy, inexpensive parking and good transportation links. Perhaps the most amazing factor was that this hotel is directly under the flightpath for Heathrow north runway and planes pass over at 300ft. We were on the 5th floor and yet the planes passing maybe 200ft above were nothing more than a quiet rumble. A very peaceful, unexpectedly quiet stay indeed.

Having to pay £4 for a few sachets of tea, coffee, milk, etc, and fetch it from the bar seemed a bit tight. I'd have happily spent that much extra on the room bill and still thought it was excellent value.

No plug point next to the bed. Don't bother with the hoppa bus from the airport..... a black cab was quicker and didnt cost much more.

I liked the ambience of the hotel and its proximity to bus stops. There were food shops and restaurants close by thus making it easy if one decides to eat out. Had a good view of the airport also

The mattress was really uncomfortable and quite worn out. (Dipped in the middle). Along with a bad sleep it also gave me neck pain.

Budget was what I was after. Budget was what u got. The sheets were clean and the shower was hot!

Milk and coffee in coffee pack was old and off and made us sick. Rooms very bare.

It is a very basic hotel but convenient for an overnight stay, very early flight and close to Heathrow.

No soap, towels etc. Just bed and bathroom but it was convenient and met my needs.

As indicated by the Emoji responses to Original Questions, overall my family & I thought it was a very, very good & worthwhile experience 👏🏿. Location was good for us getting to Twickenham Stadium & Staff were friendly / helpful.

The big dirty Pothole in the Entry Driveway to the Hotel Car Park, it was a Disgrace!!! More Device Charging Points / Electric Sockets needed in the Room.

I didn't have breakfast this time because I was meeting a family member at the airport for breakfast

We arrived approx 11:30pm, there were no available parking spaces because a coach had parked across 11 spaces and another 12 spaces were coned off with cones and chains. I parked in an area that was next to some waste bins but was not a parking bay only because I knew I was leaving at 6am the next morning. I had to pay a parking fee despite the booking page saying there was free parking available.

The hotel is excellent value for the money. Fluffy towels and most comfortable matress was great addition. Hotel is just a step-away from the bus stop which makes it convinient as I was commuting. Also, I could hear planes but it didn’t bother me as it wasn’t loud. The interior and the corridors were traditional so really standingbout. I would come there again if I have to stay near Heathrow. Very reasonably priced
