We arrived after a long flight, and the staff were superb and very helpful. The welcome cocktail took the edge of a stressful arrival. The room was clean, tidy and up to expectations. Breakfast was available upon rising and had excellent choice

3 star hotel. No room service. Have to check in at the bar….. Went to restaurant and was served an inedible meal, clearly just microwaved- they admitted after I returned the food that they have no live kitchen……… 250 pounds for what is basically a premier inn.

Ich hatte um einen Zimmer in einer höheren Etage gebeten, da ich bei der Vorstellung so viel Zement auf dem Kopf zu haben nicht schlafen kann. In der Reception wollte man mir ein Zimmer im zweiten Stock geben, anstatt einen klaren Grund zu nennen -Preisklasse?, keine Disponibilität? - hat man meine Gründen einfach lächerlich gemacht. Ich habe den Eindruck gehabt, dass der Receptionist einfach keine Lust hatte, danach zu schauen oder widersprochen zu werden. Um zu schlafen habe ich Schlaftabletten genommen, was meine Arbeitsleistung an nächsten Tag beeinflusst hat. Ich fand es irritierend, der Laune oder der geistigen Trägheit eines Angestellten Reception ausgeliefert zu sein.

Clean, super convenient (next to where we were picking up the hire car in the morning), good value for money

Not a great range of food and not much around but they were very accommodating of my food intolerances

We were given an accessible room although did not need this. We also couldn’t turn off the freezing cold air conditioning and at midnight we called reception and got disconnected after they said someone would come up but they never did.

Did not feel like a 'budget' hotel. Room was very clean, comfortable bed (only 1 pillow each but provided with more when requested), good shower (2 towels each - unusual for a budget hotel). Large TV with freeview channels, tea and coffee in room, microwave in lobby, very good wi-fi, very quiet (especially as located beside a busy road and planes coming into land), polite and friendly staff on reception. Excellent for an overnight stay as we had an early morning plane (which was then cancelled owing to Nats fiasco)

£15 parking charge for overnight stay.

The room size and cleanliness was awesome. The restaurant area and games was awesome.

Beds were really soft and a bit saggy in the middles. Weren't enough chairs and tables at breakfast.

The hotel itself is modern and conveniently located for Heathrow. The room was comfortable and the initial check-in process was straightforward.

I felt extremely unsafe and uncomfortable because of how staff handled my separate Day Use booking. I had an overnight booking until 12pm and a completely separate Day Use booking until 5pm. At 10am, I went to reception, explained that I had two separate bookings, and they checked me out of the first and into the Day Use booking, allowing me to remain in the same room. Around 12pm there was a knock on my door, which I didn’t answer. About 15 minutes later, housekeeping returned and knocked repeatedly. I answered and was told I should have checked out. I explained my Day Use booking and that reception had already checked me in until 5pm. The member of staff was dismissive and sarcastic but said she would check with reception, so I assumed the matter was resolved. About an hour later there was a third knock. Before I even had time to get out of bed and answer, a male member of staff opened the door and entered my room. I was partially undressed. I felt extremely exposed and unsafe. When I explained the situation, instead of apologising, he was dismissive and told me I should have checked out at 12pm and needed to go to reception. Communication mistakes can happen, but a member of staff entering an occupied guest room without giving the guest a reasonable opportunity to answer is unacceptable, particularly after I had already explained the situation to another member of staff. This left me feeling extremely vulnerable and unsafe. If you are woman, traveling alone, be careful in this hotel.

Friendly staff, fast checkin/out. Clean modern room and bathroom. Quiet considering near airport. Kettle included, big TV.

The downstairs is dark with graffiti walls. Gives a bad vibe. The restursnt in the downstairs had sticky tables. The store in the hotel has insane prices. The hotel says Heathrow but is 20 min away by csr. The area around the hotel is sketchy with no reasonable restaurants around. The hotel restaurant has a burger/pizz type menue.

Tried calling had majot flight iasues and atayed on the call for hours and no call agent picked my call.

The hotel has a happy like hearted atmosphere and is decorated very well. We love all the extras like pool table and other social areas that are spaced around for general use. The staff could not have been any friendlier while at the same time being professional. Also gave information that was helpful for getting to know the hotel. We love it at the Moxy.

Well not actually anything it was an over night stay for a flight in the am.

Günstiger Preis, super Lage am Flughafen. Dann das Essen… so eine leckere Pizza haben wir am Abend vorher bei einem Italiener nicht bekommen. Wirklich super die Küche, um noch etwas zu essen, bevor man ins Bett geht. Preis auch okay.

I cant fault the Moxy. My husband and I stay here often when travelling. Highly recommened!

The only MINOR negative would be how expensive parking and breakfast is - but I do feel that is most locations now, not just the Moxy!

Hotel známe už jsme v něm jednou byli. čisto , personál ok na to že se v hotelu točí hodně lidí/ je to u letiště/ tak udržet to v naprostém topu je velký makačka.

Snídaně ok , ale dříve byl větší výběr pečiva než teď.

It's hard to say as don't think there was any glaring dislike. The cost of snacks in the little shop I guess was high.

The small 'shop' area.... everything was 3 times the normal price!! Total rip off and unbelievable prices.... taking advantage of customers that is!! Terrible

It was right in front of the bus stop to Heathrow, my room was clean and well designed and the bed was so comfortable, which was perfect after a long day of travel! I paid for the breakfast in the morning and it was good, worth the money compared to how much you usually pay for food in the airport.

The water in the toilet was circulating and making noise throughout the night, and then when I woke up the bathroom was covered in water because of a leak in the toilet pipes. My friend and I also had dinner in the bar downstairs and both my burger and their lamb were fairly dry.

I was told the shuttle to Heathrow was there at 4 am so I planned accordingly for a 6:30am flight. When we arrived we were told the shuttle didn't arrive until 4:30 but it was easy to use the machine in lobby and order a scheduled ride but it was expensive.

Staff very friendly, great customer service. Delicious pizza for dinner.

Location was good, as I wanted my daughter to be safe travelling alone. She said the bed was really comfy, and she loved the mocktail as she checked in. She will definitely stay again.

First baby cot had lots of stains on the mesh - not even a joke looked like someone had been murdered on it. Second cot they bought up was much better though. No room service - hard when you have a baby sometimes to get to meals sometimes easier ordering to room when baby is asleep.

The Moxy is great Comfortable quiet clean and only a few minutes from T3 and T6 Staff are really friendly and professional and accommodating…. I had flown in early but my room was available…. Did I want one close to the elevator??? I just felt very welcome

Generally it was ok, it did what I expected, was perhaps a little further out than I had anticipated.

I like Moxy, good vibe, even for an older customer like me, used in Japan and Seoul where I am posting this from. Almost forgot, had a really good pizza.

Location and, I know it is London, but the self serve and pay snacks/drinks and amenities were very expensive, don’t forget anything folks.

The bathroom was dirty. It didn’t have an iron, fridge, and phone to reach the front desk. Ive stayed at a lot of hotels but this has been by far the worst to stay at. The beds were so uncomfortable. The bathroom was extremely small. I had barely room to brush my teeth.

Really friendly and efficient staff greeting, cool aesthetic, lovely welcome drink.

No phone in room for reception and when we found that the kettle was broken, we had to walk back down to reception to let them know. The said someone would be right up but no-one came and it was too much of a bother after a long day of driving to go back down. A bit annoyed we couldn't have a hot cuppa after such a big day and next morning before a 17 hour flight.

The hotel is modern and stylish. The check in staff were great and the room was lovely. The air conditioning was great in the recent hot weather. Lots of facilities. Heathrow is easy to get to with local buses nearby and the Moxy is a drop off for the airport shuttle.

The grout between the tiles in the shower needs a bit of attention. Could be sprayed with bleach and there is a smell coming from the drains

L’albergo molto bello, la stanza familiare grande con un grande bagno. Mancava il fon (o almeno non l’abbiamo trovato). Per chi deve fermarsi una notte o due vicino all’aeroporto heathrow e’ perfetto con bus attivo tutto il giorno che ferma di fronte . Per visitare Londra invece è sicuramente un po’ lontano

Frühstück war nur ok. Angebot an der Bar an Getränken an der Bar wenig lokal (nur ein britisches Bier, sonst nur skandinavisches Bier und Cider). Personal war wenig an den Gästen interessiert, Tische beim Frühstück wurden nur schleppend gesäubert. Geschirr und Müllentsorgung müssen die Gäste selbst über Geschirrwagen übernehmen. Hotelzimmer ziemlich spartanisch, kein Safe, kein Schrank, Mini-Bad

I stayed here for one night for a layover flight. The shuttle brings you right from the hotel to the airport and the other way around (7 euro, starts at 4:50AM)- so it's definitely worth it if you need to stay close to the airport. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel with multiple busses, so it's very easy to get to the city as well. The staff were so friendly and everything was clean and felt so luxurious, I wish I got to stay here for longer!

Really cool hotel with great spaces for.adults and children. The staff were really welcoming and polite. The room was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. What a find. We will visit again

Καθαρό και ευρύχωρο δωμάτιο. Ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό. Το 2ο Moxy που επισκεφθήκαμε σε αυτό το ταξίδι. Αξιόπιστο, σταθερά καλή ποιότητα παροχών. Και τις δύο φορές το δωμάτιό μας είχε πρόβλεψη για εύκολη προσβασιμότητα. Αυτό το δωμάτιο είχε και εύκολο άνοιγμα πόρτας.

Hotel was great, location perfect and access and room great for the price. Paying for parking was unexpected considering we were staying in the hotel.

Staff were difficult at checking because the original booking was made through booking.com and the person staying wasent the person who paid. As this was a busines trip i thought this was very rude and even though they explained it was for security reasons, that was only after a 20min wait and phone calls to my office at the delay.

It was a good stay. The lobby area was welcoming and there were things for the whole family to enjoy

The breakfast wasn’t great and the Prosecco was very expensive, considering it’s only Prosecco.

The transportation from and to Terminal 2 by bus service H2D works very well. The staff were very helpful. The room was clean and silent, giving a good night of sleep

The lighting in the room esp under the bed. The bathroom was spacious for 3 adults! The breakfast was big and variety filled for those without food allergies. The gym was great! Beds amazingly comfortable even the pull out couch. The beds were prepared for our short stay. Thank you! Loved the decor!
