Very modern and stylish , beds where very comfy
Nothing all great
I’ll start this by saying I typically don’t write bad reviews. Everyone can have a bad day, so I tend to let a bit slide, but after my most recent stay at the Conrad Nashville, I feel the need to write this review. I’m only Hilton Gold status, but I typically stay at four star or higher properties and therefore usually get a bump in room upon arrival. I also normally reach out to the concierge to introduce myself beforehand. It’s just something I like to do, and I find it helpful in case we are looking for a good restaurant to visit on our trips. I reached out this time to ask about a room bump, and Austin, the concierge, informed me that upgrades are done the day of arrival, but that he put my name higher up on the list. This is a normal response when I reach out, so I didn’t think anything of it. When we arrived at the hotel, there were two front desk associates who were most likely new and couldn’t find my reservation at first. I don’t remember his name, but he was very nice, just a bit green. A manager came over and helped him, then left. I inquired about a room bump, and he said no, and that was that. I wasn’t sure if he just didn’t know or what, but that was the first disappointment. Still, no big deal, we booked a balcony room, so it would be nice enough. Once in the room, we were surprised by how tiny it was. For a mid-tier room in a five star property it was very basic and also had a connecting room, which I specifically asked not to have. Of course, we had a loud neighbor who paced around his room yelling on his cell phone which woke us up both mornings during our stay. Also, there was very loud traffic throughout the night. Again, I’m used to staying in four star or higher downtown properties, but there was no attempt at noise isolation at all here. Then there’s the mattress. That was one of the worst mattresses I’ve ever slept on. It was basically a stone slab and the 1-inch-thick pillows didn’t help either. Again, my wife and I were just flabbergasted by the quality of this room in a namesake property. Our first morning, I went down about 10 minutes earlier than my wife and the couple we were traveling with to get our name on the house car list so we could use it to go to brunch. Jake, the associate at the front desk, was a bit snippy with me. He said no one was on the list currently and to just tell the driver when we were ready to leave. He then pointed to an older gentleman outside. I asked if he was sure I shouldn’t put my name on the list and he said no in a sharp tone and went back to what he was doing. Ten minutes later, my party was downstairs and we were ready to go. I went out and told the gentleman we were ready and he seemed surprised and replied, “I’m not driving today, who told you that?” in a very unfriendly manner. I told him the front desk associate, Jake, had instructed me to do so. He then brought me inside with him to scold Jake for telling me that, and said he wasn’t even driving today and that the house car had just left. I asked what we were supposed to do, and Jake, in a very sarcastic tone, informed me he couldn’t just hold the car for me sir. Well, no one was on the list so where did the car go? I said if he would have let me put my name on the list, then this wouldn’t have happened and then he scoffed at me, so I had to walk away. We ended up Ubering and barely made our reservation. Then the next day, when we were going to check out, my wife went to the front desk and it was Jake again. She asked him how we paid for valet and whether it would be on our room bill, as it’s not that way at all properties. He said in a very condescending tone, “Are you staying here?” and my wife responded, “Why would I ask you that if I wasn’t?” I don’t know what his problem was, but at a five star hotel you don’t expect these kinds of snippy responses from employees. Honestly, what makes a higher-tier hotel worth the price is the service you get from the staff. That was lacking here from everyone besides the valet, who didn’t work for the hotel, and the bartender at the lobby bar. The rest of the staff made it feel like we were staying at a two start property. I honestly can’t believe that a five star Hilton property that bears the founder’s name was this bad. We stayed at the Waldorf in DC a few months ago and it was a night-and-day difference. This hotel needs a management and staff shakeup to solve its issues, it seems. Next time I pass through Nashville, I won’t be staying here, that’s for sure.
Great hotel, very clean and comfortable. Would recommend.
Nice room and bathroom, but loud with nearby gas station motorcycle noise. The food and drink service options in the pool area leave lots to be desired. The restaurant doesn’t up until 4 even on a Saturday and while room service to the pool is available, there is no menu online or elsewhere. Overall, lots to be desired for a 5 star hotel.
Great service all around. Austin made sure we had a great room and the entire hotel staff was fantastic and attentive to guests needs. Beautiful hotel. We had breakfast at the Blue Aster in the lobby. Mariam was our server and was delightful. Great customer service and her recommendation, the blueberry pie pancakes, were delicious.
We loved a lot about this hotel but there were items we didn’t love as much. The gentleman who checked us in was the opposite of warm and that was hard to get past. We were a redemption stay and he really made us feel lesser because of it. It was uncomfortable. Beyond such an awkward check-in, the hotel is gorgeous. The rooms are fantastic. Every little luxury you could want is there. The craft cocktails in the bar are incredible. The location is out of the crazy of Broadway but a short uber away if you wanted to experience it. The vibe is more business than bachelorette which we enjoyed. In Nashville, the Hermitage, Conrad, and Four Seasons are all in the upper tier and impressive properties. However, I would likely opt for Hermitage or Four Seasons because the vibe is just a bit warmer.
The staff was incredible, especially: Maria in the restaurant Romany Mina Kallie And the gentleman at the front desk with the long curly hair. The hotel itself was so gorgeous and calming.
We stay here every time we visit Nashville! The breakfast is delicious every time, had the best server this morning, Mariam
My wife and I stayed at the Conrad in Nashville the weekend of 3/20. For the most part, the actual in-hotel experience was safe. The room was clean, the staff was great, etc. The major problem was about 20-30 bikers gathered at a gas station next door to the hotel and revved their engines on both Friday and Saturday nights from approximately 10:00 – 2:00am. The noise was unbearable. It made it impossible to sleep and very difficult to even hear a tv or talk to the person in the room with you. I know that there’s not much that the hotel can do, but police should have been called by the hotel and they were not. Noise ordinances were being violated, and a luxury hotel should prevent this from happening. It made both of us question whether we’d stay there again and we definitely will not be recommending it to anyone.
It was a phenomenal hotel and the service was impeccable.
Excellent and pleasant staff. Food portions in the Blue Aster were bountiful. Good Food snd beverage credit for Dismond members. Great lighting in the rooms. Spacious bath. Every inch was so clean...wish the new hotels had refrigerators for personal items.
3rd floor restaurant: sat outside. Perfect temperature from restaurant HVAC; server was excellent. Juliana from Brazil. Might have given 5 stars but the noise from cars racing below made conversation virtually impossible.
My husband and I travelled to Nashville to celebrate my 70th birthday. We had neglected to get tickets to a music venue we had heard about. When we walked into the lobby I approached the concierge, Matthew, to ask if he could help us with that. Not only did he get us fabulous tickets to what he considers to be his personal favorite venue in Nashville, but he also called to get us reservations at a great restaurant a few blocks away for brunch AND he had a bottle of champagne and birthday card sent up to the room! Matthew did a wonderful job of helping me have a memorable celebration. I seriously don't think I stopped smiling from the moment I met him.
We loved our stay at the Conrad Nashville! It was close enough to downtown to get to everything but far enough away that it wasn't too crazy. Our room looked out to the city skyline. The valet and doormen always welcomed us in by name and made us feel at home. We had the most amazing breakfast at the Blue Aster restaurant both days we were there. Everything was delicious, the atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and the wait staff were all friendly and helpful. Miriam in particular was great. Highly recommend the French Toast and the Blueberry Pie pancakes.
Great hotel, clean and fresh with exceptional room. Fantastic service by all, especially the nice young lady that checked us in (sorry I didn’t get her name), Mariam in the restaurant, Edwin the bellman, and the Valet team !
Great hotel, very clean and comfortable. Would recommend.
Zheer, Naudia, Richard, and Redwan at valet made our experience INCREDIBLE! They were timely, professional, friendly, and fun and they are the entire reason that we continue to choose the Conrad Nashville. The whole staff here is just really incredible. Zhey at the front desk always puts a smile on our faces and is so helpful. 10/10 recommend!
Had a fantastic time over Valentine's weekend at the Conrad Nashville. Even though the hotel was packed, everything went without a hitch, and the service was excellent. An enormous thank you to the valet staff, especially Zheer and Redwan, who were fantastic!! Very cordial, quick, and made the entire arrival. unquestionably improved our stay.
Anthony & Charlie thé valets were super helpful and recommended a great local restaurant to me. They were very friendly and welcoming!
We spent the weekend at The Conrad. It was truly the fanciest hotel we have ever been to and the service was amazing. Mariam, our server, was kind and accommodating. I would highly recommend The Conrad!
We had an amazing time at the Conrad! It was our first time and it won’t be our last! From the check in to the complimentary rides it exceeded our expectations. The room is perfect with a soaking tub to die for. We had no plans and Matthew the concierge was instrumental in helping us plan things each day! We got into a sold out venue on Valentine’s Day due to his knowledge of the city and his contacts! We are so grateful and can’t wait to come back!
Spent the night and used the fitness center and ate at the Blur Aster while there. Both were excellent. Miriam at the Blue Aster was wonderful and attentive without being overbearing. Breakfast was excellent.
Beautiful hotel. Solid location. What I loved most was how accommodating everyone was. Big shoutouts to the guys at the valet. Zheer and Redwan were great to chat with, professional and proactive. Fist bumps to the team.
with this cost, breakfast should included.
We always love coming to this hotel. It’s comfortable, has great rooms with lots of room, all of the amenities you need (including a magnifying mirror, robes, central lighting by the bed and so much more). Breakfast downstairs was healthy and fresh. We had the avocado toast and custom omelette. Maria was our server and super nice.
Amazing valet service at the Conrad. Charley and the rest of the guys were super friendly and helpful, always recommending great places to check out. Everything was smooth and easy the whole time. Highly recommend!
This was our second stay at the Conrad in Nashville and we’re already planning our next trip to Nashville in the Spring to stay here again. The hotel is modern, sleek, and extremely well kept. The rooms are spacious and the beds are quite comfortable. We’ve eaten at both restaurants and enjoyed both. I will say we especially enjoyed the small plates at Thistle & Rye and I was looking forward to the Korean Fried Chicken, but it was closed for a private event - we stayed on NYE. The location can’t be beat and is within walking distance to many restaurants, bars, music row, and The Gulch. All of the staff we encountered were friendly. Jake was at the front desk both times we checked and was very professional and helpful. Also , Stephanie the hostess at Blue Aster, was very friendly, helpful, with a cheerful disposition both times we were there. One area for improvement - ice for drinks! The rooms didn’t have ice buckets nor ice machines anywhere i saw.
Mariam and staff were amazing. Great food, great service. Always very friendly and welcoming. Had a great five days at the Conrad and each day was better than the last. New years was fun too!
Matthew was an amazing concierge and host. He gave us great suggestions of activities to do on the trip and great recommendations of places to eat! He really helped us have an amazing trip.
Miriam was delightful! She provided good service, and helpful conversation. Food was very tasty. Atmosphere was comfortable. Prices a bit high!
Love this hotel. Esperanza was great. Only issue was bizarre. Ordered ice to room on 12/20 midday. Nothing came. Called down an hour later. They apologized but still nothing came from in room delivery. Then on 12/21 the exact thing occurred again. Probably just given guests access to get their own ice. The delivery fkybs made a great hotel seem like processes needed a lot of work.
4 stars it was not. Aside from the pretty decor there really wasn’t anything special about the Conrad. Front desk was short staffed and the wait to check in was unusually long. The accommodations were “regular” A bed, desk and bathroom. Nothing luxurious about it. The restaurant “Blue Astor” was just ok as well. The breakfast was way better than the dinner. The menu’s description was way better than the actual food. In my opinion it was not worth the high end charges. I just didn’t see anything worth the investment.
Decor and ambiance was pleasing Dining was classic and elegant Room amenities were cozy and warm Bathroom was spa like & rain shower was amazing Mariam our server was pleasant and informed on the menu and its allergens Overall Great stay would book it again
Top class hotel. Room was superior! We had breakfast each morning in the hotel restaurant. We had Mariam serve us multiple times. Her service was exemplary!
Hotel is beautiful. We were not aware of an added $30 destination fee each night. We were told this is new and that “some” hotels do this in Nashville. We have stayed all over Nashville and typically stay at the Hilton. This is unfortunate that they are now doing this.
Excellent rooms. Efficient check in. Great bathrooms . There is an issue with pipes or some other mechanical where banging or popping is noticeable throughout day and night. Our room was 3 removed from the elevator shafts. Standing in front of the elevators, the sounds were louder. So we presume the issue resides there. Valet service was excellent with Anthony and Charley, and crew.
The service and the staff were very attentive and friendly. Excellent experience. The hotel was clean and very well maintained. The room was quiet and soothing as well.
Hotel was perfect! Beautiful rooms, very clean and in a great location! Caroline was a wonderful bartender, waitress and concierge all in one! Breakfast at Blue Aster was also lovely - ask for Miriam! We will be back!
I love my breakfasts at the Conrad when I stay here! Food is top-notch, nice variety.Had wonderful service this morning from Miriam and Ron, Stephanie is always an excellent hostess too. Oh, and their coffee is the best!
My stay at the Conrad Nashville was the best hotel experience I've ever had. The rooms are gorgeous and well maintained. The bed was sooo comfortable! Every staff member I had contact with was extremely kind and accomodating. I didn’t get the names of the front desk staff to mention them individually in this review but they were super helpful. To the team members I do have names for: The bellmen (Edwin and Gary), the valet team (Charley and Anthony) and the hotel car drivers (Andy, Darren and Kevin) all provided top notch service! Looking forward to staying at Conrad Nashville again!
Excellent facility and superior service, they really care about their guests. Mariam and others like her seamlessly provide people-first service with natural caring personalities. We will continue to visit.
My best friend of 55+ years and I spent a wonderful long girls weekend at the Conrad in Nashville. We had a wonderful time and everything was five star. The team members were all so lovely and made sure to think of every little thing to make our holiday special. I would like to give a big shout out to Esperanza at the Front Desk. I was able to stay in a beautiful suite that had every amenity. The housekeeping team was wonderful. Darren and andie who drive the town Car for guests were great and took us all around town. Edwin at the front door always had a smile on his face and greeted us with such charm. Brian and Mason, the bartenders were fun and took care of our every need. I can’t say enough about the hotel and the team and we just had an unbelievable time. Thank you to everyone.
Nothing short of amazing. Truly above and beyond expectations, which is awfully difficult to achieve. From the gorgeous rooms, to the fabulous housekeeping, to the beautiful, welcoming lobby, to the car rides into town, and the amazing staff members we had the pleasure of interacting with. I want to highlight Matthew, Darren, and Andy in particular. We are Marriott loyalists, but this experience has made us question that loyalty. One of the top three hotel stays of our lives. AAA+++
Rooms excellent Location perfect Staff engaging and friendly Food good Mariam at the Blue Aster was exceptionally kind
Best hotel close to Vanderbilt. Love it! Clean, quiet, and relaxing. Front desk staff was courteous and helpful. The front door guys - Kevin, I believe, could not have helped us more with our many trips off property and back-holding the heavy doors and helping my elderly mother. We always enjoy the Blue Aster as well. A special thank you to Nick who patiently waited on us at the bar. Such a helpful and kind man. We appreciate the reserved and chic approach at this hotel. Even though it’s Nashville, we look forward to this quiet and unassuming, yet elegant hotel in the music city.
The whole staff was very attentive and accommodating. The building is gorgeous and the rooms are luxuriously comfortable. I had a lot of questions before we arrived, and the Front Desk was very responsive to me on the mobile app. They have a car service that took us to the closest available shopping. The car was a beautiful new Mercedes crossover... very comfortable. The driver was incredibly kind, happy to take us to multiple locations. The Valet service was excellent. We were on and off property a lot, and they were unbelievably patient and understanding. Breakfast, lunch/tea, and supper at the Blue Aster was top tier. Every dish was both stunning and delicious (MUST have the Acai bowl at breakfast!!!). We had four adults and two children and everyone loved everything that came out of the kitchen. When we checked out, the Front Desk very kindly canceled all the mini-bar charges incurred by curious guests picking things up to read the descriptions (and put them back).
Great concierge- Matthew and thank you to Kevin (hotel driver) for making this trip amazing! Matthew got us in the best restaurants and Kevin drove us each night!
We ended up at the Conrad after needing to change hotels on a recent stay (unannounced and very loud construction at the Loewes). We had to make a quick reservation at a hotel nearby and chose the Conrad because it was similar in price and had such strong reviews. And wow, are we so happy we made the change! If you are a hotel lover who prioritizes clean and quiet spaces, updated rooms and amenities, and great food and service, you will love the Conrad. Our room was very large and had a downtown view and was instantly welcoming. A great mini bar, nice bathroom and shower, and great linens and pillows. Room service was delicious ( the potatoes are not to be missed) and dinner at Blue Aster was also on point. And Lionel Richie walked in and had dinner very close to us! While the location is further down west end than many other properties, it is still easily walkable (about 10-15 min walk to Vandy). We will be back!
The staff at the Conrad go out of their way to make your stay is fantastic. Everyone was warm and welcoming. We were able to have a bite to eat at the lounge next to the Blue Aster that was great after a long car ride. The room was plush, beautiful and had lots of lighting choices and easy controls. The room was super quiet, clean and the bed was comfortable. . We slept great!. Nice fitness center too!
I want to share our excellent experience at the Nashville Conrad. The service was over the top! The guest service manager, Christopher, was exceptional. He assisted us with finding the perfect room. Thank you for that! Another shout out to Shadae from in room dining. Exceptional service from her and she deserves recognition! She addressed an issue with an order fast and efficiently. Thank you Shadae! Thank you both, Donna
My husband and I visit often from Kentucky, and the Conrad is our favorite Nashville getaway - especially for dates and anniversaries, but also to bring friends and family. The staff are all very friendly, helpful and considerate, and we specifically love the wait staff at Blue Aster! Mariam and Bronwyn have both served us twice during our visits, and they were both so engaging with and generous to our children (who we don't usually have with us) - they even got a surprise dessert at lunch. Apart from the staff, the rooms and amenities are awesome, and so beautiful. We will continue to stay at the Conrad whenever we have the chance!
I stayed at the Conrad Nashville for the weekend. It was my first visit to the hotel. It was a very pleasant experience and I would not hesitate to stay there again! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the most hospitable doorman who was very accommodating. When we checked in, we were met by the most helpful young lady named Esperanza. She was very helpful in trying to get our rooms close together.
My experience at the Nashville Conrad was truly exceptional. As a loyal Hilton Diamond member, I always love staying at Conrads and this was one for the books. From the moment arriving, the bar was set high with valet opening the doors and helping with bags. Check in was extremely seamless, and when I got to my room (2 queen with balcony) I was pleased with how updated, spacious, and clean the room was. The comfortable bed and automatic drapes were a nice touch to wake up and lounge in sunlight. The concierge responded in rapid time with any inquires. My only regret is not staying here longer. The hotel itself is a bit off from the main part of Broadway and would need to coordinate transportation to go there - but situated in music row which is also a good spot. Special shoutout to Amberlynn at the front desk - I collect pins and asked her if I could get a Conrad pin, in a matter of 10 minutes, my room phone was ringing and it was her informing me of a pin for me. Caroline at the bar - making amazing cocktails and giving great recommendations for while in town.
From the moment we checked in, everything was wonderful! The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and the room was lovely. When they found out that we were in town for dinner reservations and a concert, the valet offered to drive us to these locations. Every thing we requested was delivered in in timely manner and room service was delicious. We are Hilton peeps but this was our first stay at a Conrad property…definitely won’t be our last! Special shoutout to Kevin…best valet ever!
Nashville’s Conrad knocked socks off for us on our recent multi night stay. Breakfast açaí or yogurt, car service, room quality and cleanliness, front desk, concierge: all at superb level. Price was at acceptable level, location close to all but far enough away not to have to deal with Nashville noise and wantobees”
Always a wonderful stay at the Conrad. The rooms are beautiful and the location is great. One staff member stood out to us on this stay and that was Mariam at the restaurant. She remembered us each day with such a genuine smile, a true pleasure!
Mariam was so patient and diligent with our food allergies during our stay. The atmosphere was clean and well maintained.
My friends and I were treated horribly. Evidently some people in the Wedding party we’re not polite so he held it against the entire group that came for the wedding would not serve us at the bar when we went to the Manager. He said that it’s up to the Bartender’s discretion. Probably lost Ia healthy amount of money as we drink or premium and tip well. The late night room service sucks. Food is horrible and there’s no selection and they take forever.. my friend had two refrigerators delivered to her room today because neither of them worked. The power went out last night and again this morning when I needed to shower and do my hair for a wedding picture.. my TV wasn’t working. It took them two hours to get somebody up to fix it.. we asked for a chair to have our makeup done and they never brought it. We were calling the front desk and it went straight to a voicemail that said we cannot accept your call at this time. The doorman does not open the door and these doors are so freakin heavy. My friend had her wedding cocktail party here last night. They should’ve been treating us very well. Instead we will make sure we never come here again and we have spread the word to all our friends. This will also be posted on x, Facebook, Instagram, Truth social & LinkedIn.
current weekend manager Austin & he didn’t want to give us her name. We told him the issue we had and he basically said it wasn’t his problem. Zero customer service. Plus, the electricity went out yesterday and today. My room carpet had stains on it. My room refrigerator was broken and they tried to replace it and guess what that one was broken as well..the late night menu (after 11PM coming in from a late flight) has barely any choices and the choices they did have were gross. But worst of all is the customer service. FAIL.
I love this hotel! They are wonderful!
Shower was broken and hair dryer was broken. Make up mirror didn't work either. Draperies are controlled by a switch that was hard to read because the letters were the same color as the background.
This is a 4 and 1/2 star hotel expected the beds to actually be comfortable. If you have back problems do not book this hotel. Most hotels will use a firm to medium for mattresses. These mattresses feel like they are 20 years old and totally worn out, divots in the mattresses along with them being super soft leads to a terrible night's sleep and many back problems. Expected so much more out of a four and a half star hotel very disappointed.
Modern, clean, quiet hotel. Very convenient to broadway and Vanderbilt.
While this hotel is stunning and everything that you would expect from the brand, the true heart of this hotel is particularly Matthew. He is way more than an incredibly effective Concierge, he will become your friend and make your experience at the Conrad feel like you are staying with family you truly love. Coming back will be a must and we owe that to Matthew and his impecable attentions.
Everything was great with two exceptions. One was that we had to pay for parking. Two we had no refrigerator in our room to store our own water and beer. Other than that the hotel staff was excellent and the room very nice. First time staying in Nashville.
Clean room
I booked this hotel because it was a 4 and 1/2 star hotel. I read the reviews first of course like I always do, The rooms are well appointed, however if you are looking for a good bed this is not the place for you. Every hotel I have stayed in that is four star hire have very expensive mattresses that are or on the medium firm to firmer side. These type of mattresses accommodate folks with bad backs and typically are more universals sleepers. The mattress at this hotel is extremely soft or they are just worn out. When I asked for a different room to accommodate poor mattress even though they had rooms available they did not accommodate. I found that through good management and good customers support the hotel would have definitely offered a change. Even if it required a small upgrade to a different type of room. I would not stay at this hotel again. And if you want a good quality bed look somewhere else.
This is a fabulous hotel with excellent service from the gentlemen that open the door, the front desk (especially the young East Indian young man with exceptional manners, listening skills and hospitality) to the maid service who get the rooms clean to perfection. The bartenders are personable and excellent mixologists. With the exceptional of Mariam and the gentleman from Texas, the wait staff are not attentive, lack the wandering eye and at one lunch we waited 10 minutes for the blonde to direct her attention to me and there were very few clients in restaurant. Mariam on the other hand was gracious, attentive and had that skill to be present but never intrusive. The food is beautifully presented with beautiful produce but consistently lacked flavor. The sauce is below is never an excuse for an unseasoned dish that lacks zip. The scallops were drenched in a heavy grease hiding any sweetness the scallops originally had. Unfortunate dish. Brighten up your dishes or leave them off the menu. My taste buds were left wanting more flavor and the wines fell flat without performance from the food. The menu is modern with good choices for vegetarians but the flavor isn’t there.
Great experience.
We booked the hotel through Expedia, but an hour before our arrival, the hotel canceled our reservation and blamed Expedia. Thanks to Expedia, they were able to find another place quickly and conveniently.
The hotel itself was very nice. The rooms were super clean with a big bathroom, nice couch for lounging, and a very comfortable bed. The only thing I wish the room had was a refrigerator instead of the pay for mini bar. All the staff I encountered was extremely friendly And I enjoyed seeing the bellman. Welcome me in the morning or when I was returning in the evening.
My check in process was a mess when I first got there but other than that the property was fabulous!
you need an early am coffee option in the lobby. room service took a very long time. aside from that, LOVE the hotel and will be back. super friendly team, esp valet
I don’t normally do reviews anymore unless there is something extraordinary to share. The Conrad Nashville is such a place. We had a very good experience with the room, staff accommodations, bell hop, valet, onsite amenities, etc.. This may be our regular stop for weekends in Nashville in the future. I like the location since it’s away from downtown Broadway just enough to be quiet but easily accessed on foot or Uber if you like bar hopping. The only reason I only have 4 stars on the area is due to the views of downtown. There is a tall building blocking the view for 80% of the rooms. But the room comfort and the rest of the Conrad makes us want to come back. Kudos to the staff!
Such a lovely hotel with an amazing staff. Highly recommend if you are visiting Nashville.
Wonderful stay, very clean , staff was excellent
X
Our room was impeccable. The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in, and the details made the stay feel luxurious. No need to pack your own toiletries—showers are stocked with BYREDO Mojave Ghost products (if you know, you know). The rooftop pool area felt like a hidden oasis in the city, the perfect place to relax and recharge. Location-wise, the Conrad couldn’t be better: tucked far enough away from the chaos of Broadway to enjoy peace and quiet, yet still within easy walking distance to both Broadway and The Gulch. Highly recommend!
Will preface by saying that I was able to get a refund for one night. Overall, check in was terrible, Mohammed who checked us in at 10 am stated that our room was not ready which is fine. Upon the return to the hotel at 4:30 we received our keys to the room which we did not book which was in lower category. Mohammed did not indicate that they were oversold, nor disclose that he is putting us in a different room which is not a good look for Hilton. At 4:30 pm he was not there and another gentleman tried to solve the problem but going back 6x to speak to your manager is a poor reflection on Hilton. Clearly we are unhappy and a manager can’t come out to speak to us is not a good image for Hilton again. We were standing for over an hour bargaining as if were in a market for a mistake that Hilton made blatantly. Also, the rooms are run down, paint chipping on doors and we had a flood in the room from the leaking shower. The crew arrived quickly to mop but that was in the middle of us getting ready for dinner which is an inconvenience. Make sure to triple check that you are getting the room that you booked.
Nice property
I expected a higher level of service from the Conrad brand, but my stay was disappointing. First, the pool was advertised everywhere with signs about poolside service, yet there was none. We had to order from room service instead, which added an extra $50 to the bill. Later, I found out the pool bar was closed the entire week due to a wedding — something no one mentioned when we booked. Guests should be informed upfront about closures, not left to figure it out on arrival. At checkout, I was also charged $200 more than the rate I had been quoted. When I raised my concerns, the front desk told me I would get a call from the manager — but that call never came. I had to chase it down myself, only to find the manager rude, dismissive, and offering no resolution beyond a hollow “sorry, is there anything else I can help you with.” The front desk staff were polite, but management clearly had no interest in addressing the situation. The property itself felt like a ghost town — no atmosphere, no energy, and not much going on for a hotel marketed as luxury. For the rates charged, I expected a lively, elevated experience. Instead, it fell flat. Overall, very lame for a Conrad. Between the unexpected charges, lack of amenities, closed pool bar, and unhelpful management, I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
I didn’t appreciate my booking being canceled 10 minutes after my wife and I landed. That was not followed up by a good experience with customer service. The entire experience was beyond disappointing. I’ve never had a worst experience as a customer of any brand in my life. So thank you for that experience.
Everything was great except for the bathtub. The tub sits above the surrounding tile and when you shower water stands on the tile and runs down the side of the tub onto the floor. Had to use towels to sop up the water.
It is clean
Great stay, nice hotel
My husband and I stayed at the Conrad Sept 3-8th. We loved the hotel. During our stay we talked about how we would definitely come back to this hotel. We loved where the hotel is located, the roof top pool, and the 2 restaurants inside of the hotel. When we checked out and looked over our receipt we noticed we were charged twice for our 5 night stay. Luckily we noticed it while we were still at the hotel. We questioned it and were told that when the manager came in he would refund us what we were overcharged. It then took 2 phone calls to the hotel after this to get everything figured out and the correct amount refunded. This just put a bad taste in our month about the experience. It seemed weird and not once did anyone apologize. They weren't rude about it but you would think if you overcharge someone over $1500 you would offer some sort of apology. Not sure if we would go back.
Mariam was the best! She made our dining experience so exquisite. Best food! Highly recommend! I will be back soon and I hope to see Mariam here.
Clean and great
I came here with my wife to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary. Prior to our arrival Matthew, the concierge, reached out to me via email asking if he could help make the experience better. Once he found out why we were coming he went above and beyond for us. Not only did he upgrade our room to a beautiful suite, but he also left a cheese plate for us and made us reservations at the 12/30 club followed by a show at the Listening Room. He went out of his way the entire trip to make sure we were had the best time of our lives. He was an outstanding person and really made our visit one we will always remember.
Beautiful hotel and great service. Mariam, our breakfast server, the front desk check-in person and the concierge were standouts
Loved that they served Noughty non-alcoholic wine and that the staff were charming. The wellness room was great too!
Beautiful hotel and great staff. Will definitely stay again!
The staff were very friendly and professional. It started with the door /valet attendants who went above and beyond to make you feel welcome to the check in staff. The property is clean and the rooms were perfect. The overall ambience of the bar , restaurants and pool area made us feel welcome and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was upscale with high tech controls . All in all this is definitely a spot we will come back to when visiting Nashville . Note it’s far enough for quiet yet close enough to all the restaurants , bars and live music.
Facility is good, service bad (no robes, hand towels, face towels, slippers), mediocre front desk and restaurant service. Location is far from anything interesting. May be ok for business, definitely not a place to stay for tourists. Stayed in an identical hotel in Minneapolis recently, it was much better managed.
