It is a new, modern, nice building. The beds are comfy, tall, and have soft mattresses. The breakfast is nice, and they provide a variety of food. The location is good and quiet at night, which makes for a good rest and is not noisy.

The room is too small; there isn't much space to put things. If it is more spacious, it will be much better. A little fridge in the room would add more value for the hotel rooms.

Everything about Ibis Tidar Surabaya! Security at the main entrance - helpful with my luggage to take out from the Grab car and also on my way to airport Reception - Heart of the House! I can’t remember his name but your colleague who checked me in on 09 June. He has a welcoming, warmth, friendly and the customer service mind! He explained to me the facilities of the hotel. Also introduced me to the local drink (which I missed it) I also want to praise other reception staff that I had encountered😊 Loca Loca Restaurant - firstly, the staff were friendly!! This added to even make me more enjoy breakfast for the next 3 days. Female staff wearing black was extremely assisting the operation of the restaurant every now and then. I see her walking up and down, cleaning the buffet spread, clearing up the table. Well done! I didn’t get her name 😥 also like to mention Bobby!! After I had breakfast on the first day, he sent me off to the lift😊 the rest of the days that I had breakfast was always a full and enjoyable one. The place is clean, easy and comfortable. What I love most about the breakfast spread is the “Hot Chocolate” I made sure I will have 2 cups during breakfast. I love it and others should try their Hot Chocolate! Guest Room - simple and practical interior just what I need. Housekeeping - the room was always made up! I don’t know who was the room attendant but she or he surely did a good job in tidying up the room for me. Fitness Center - small and equipped with just what I need for a quick work out. Overall - I really had a great time staying at ibis tidar Surabaya and will stay here again. See you soon! PS : just love the simple and practicality of Ibis Hotels. Will try Ibis in Jakarta, Bandung, Yogya. Highly recommended! 👌

The property was a good value for money for business travel. It was located in the city Center and staff was very courageous. The property was very nice and clean and it had amazing breakfast. I would love to stay back in the property when I am next in Surabaya.

Die Lage am Rand der Altstadt ist super. Das Zimmer war sauber und schön möbliert. Das Personal war immer sehr zuvorkommend und höflich und bemüht Aufgaben schnell zu erledigen (Wäscheservice etc.) Das Essen im Restaurant ist schmackhaft zubereitet. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig abwechslungsreich.

Leider hat es sehr wenig Stauraum für kleider und nur ein Kleiderbügel war in meinem Zimmer. Die Garderobe bestand aus zwei Haken an der Wand

Si eres de Europa, ofrece lo mismo que un ibis de cualquier pais europeo: habitación básica, limpia y con lo necesario para pasar un par de noches.

Friendly staff, good location, it was a very clean hotel, internet worked great. It had everything I need for my workstay.

I would have preferred a better gym, but then again, it was pretty cheap so I didn't expect much and the essentials were there.

It was perfect for a one night stay on my way to Bromo. Staff made check in very easy, the room was comfortable.

I booked a non smoking room but the bathroom still smelt of smoke.

It was so difficult to order coffee in the morning from the restaurant. Some staff didn’t know how to, have to check here and there before they can make a cup of coffee for me. 😅

Location in the best area. Near Tunjungan area where alot of food, resto, and cafe. ooh so does only walking distance to Souvenir Store Bu Rudy.

Room smelt of smoke even though it was a non smoking room

This hotel is an absolute gem and a real bargain! Staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The hotel is located perfectly for mainline train travel, and there is plenty to see in the local area: Surabaya seems to be overlooked by tourists, but it is an interesting slice of Indonesian city life, rather than the obvious Instagram moments that people seem to go for. The free breakfast was great and I had a very tasty Indonesian dinner via room service.

There was one song that was repeated all day through the whole building, at the reception, in the hallway, the elevator, the breakfast room, the .. everywhere! It can makes you crazy. No bar.

Size of room in comparison to other ibis Staff

Very dirty with hair on the sheets. Changed room when we checked in but new room was just as uncomfortable. Felt like the sheets had not been cleaned. No clean smell

Even if I forgot to put the do not disturb board on out the room door though not suppose the room service come at 8 am and keep nocking the door waking me up to tell me silly thing ‘room service’
