Great location, rooms are bright, clean and modern. Love the gym, pool, terrace and hot tub. The free luggage storage lockers are very useful as well. This was my second time choosing this hotel and I will be returning!

L'emplacement stratégique vers une station de metro et dans un quartier vivant ( pub, restaurant fast food..) L'appartement vraiment top avec tout le nécessaire pour le quotidien, si besoin machine à laver le linge, seche linge, lave vaisselle avec tous le necess6pour une 1ere utilisation.. Vraiment appart tout confort et propre.

La vue de notre chambre, sur des bureaux, il faut penser à mettre les stores le soir. Le bruit extérieur le matin ( poubelle et travaux).

We had a 2 bed apartment. The principal room had a sliding door and so no sound proofing. A couple of maintenance issues - but they were dealt with very promptly. Opposite end of town to old town - but plenty of bars and restaurants around.

No parking and no help by the staff regarding parking. Early check in requested which was declined and adjusted in the different room which was small view was not good a insect was on the bed little disappointed

The location downtown Montreal is great. I really enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi and the dry and wet saunas. Interior parking is available really close to the hotel, which is nice, and plenty of restaurants can be found at walking distance. Also, the view from my room was beautiful. I highly recommend this hotel.

There wasn't any communication about staff doing any kind of cleaning. I gathered from a friend who would stay there before that you could initiate that at the front desk. On my last day I found there was a commode across the front desk where you can get extra toilet paper and other items

Not very clean. Cobwebs and spiders everywhere in the apartment. We (6 adults) booked it as a 3 bedroom apartment but it is not suitable as a 3 bedroom apartment for 6 adults and should not be advertised as one.

Ottima la posizione e la possibilità di usare la cucina. Utilissimo avere lavatrice, asciugatrice e lavapiatti Bella la possibilità di farsi un tuffo in piscina e poter usare la palestra.

Il letto troppo morbido. Lenzuoli e topper non rimanevano fissati al materasso rendendo fastidioso dormire.

La vue du 20 eme étage était incroyable ! Nous avons adoré notre logement avec tous les équipements nécessaires. La piscine et l’espace salle de sport et sauna étaient un super + très agréable. (Attention piscine dispo qu’en été mais chauffée !).

The appartment was modern and well furbished. Beds were comfortable and the location is perfecf.

The cleaning service took 3 days to clean the appartment after repeated request. The fragrance diffuses in the hotel entrance wa too strong and synthetic; it gave me headaches.

今回は街の中心地にある施設でライブを見ることを目的に滞在しました（ベルセンター）。利便性の高い場所にあり、移動が楽でした。一人での滞在には広すぎるくらいのスペースがあり、明るくて過ごしやすい部屋でした。キッチン設備は十分な広さと用具が揃っていました。予定を詰めてしまっていましたが、もっと自炊したかったです。スタッフはこちらが必要としている対応を適切に取ってくれました。ホテルほどのホスピタリティは不要で、自分のペースでゆっくり過ごしたい方にはぴったりだと思います。

快適でしたが、部屋の清潔度が少し気になりました（敢えて言うなら、というレベルで、基本的にとても清潔でしたが…）

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent—we felt very safe, and it was very close to the subway, which made getting around easy. The property looked new and was very well maintained. We especially enjoyed the pool, hot tub, gym, and saunas.

The only downsides were that the pillows were quite high and not very comfortable for us. The elevators also got very busy around check-out time, and there are no service elevators, which can make things a little inconvenient when leaving with luggage.

Great location with access to restaurants, convenience stores, shopping, and public transport. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed from a corkscrew to dishwasher tablets. All electrical appliances were in good condition and exceeded our expectations. The toiletries were of a high quality and the bedding and towels were plentiful and of good quality. For our long stay we asked for the apartment to be serviced halfway through and this was undertaken without any quibbles. The staff were all extremely helpful and courteous when dealing with guests.

Clearly 2 elevators are not enough to surface 20 floors. Long waits when you need to go.

We booked two, two-bedroom apartments for me and my three buddies. It was great having our own rooms, and the apartment was very comfortable and well appointed. We especially enjoyed sitting on our balcony. The best part of the experience, however, was enjoying the pool, hot tub, fitness center and dry and wet (steam) saunas. Very relaxing. All in all, a great stay for $440 per person for three nights.

The lobby is utilitarian at best and the elevators were extremely slow during busy periods. My friends and I took the stairs many times to avoid the wait. That was fine for us because we're all in good shape, but not everyone can or wants to walk up or down several flights of stairs to avoid pokey elevators. The location is downtown, which is not nearly as interesting as the Old Montreal or the Plateau neighborhoods. We had to take several Ubers to reach those areas. Had we stayed in those neighborhoods, we would have paid more for fewer amenities.

This is the second time I stayed with my daughter who is/was going to one of the university there! Everything is always great and the inclusive soaps and lotion this time is a nice bonus!

Nothing really, except toilet papers - everything is luxurious quality, except the toilet paper is super thin. They could be upgraded to match the good quality of everything else!

The staff was extremely helpful and the room was very clean.

There is no on-site parking and it was really inconvenient to look for a parking lot every night. If you plan to drive to Montreal and stay this hotel, recommend parking near by and use the metro. The subway station is close by.

Fantastic stay all around! Spectacular view from our room (1905). Close to everything sightseeing, so many food choices and metro nearby which is so easy to navigate! The apartment is perfectly equipped for a solo or couple. Anymore would be a little tight. Excellent Wi-Fi. Did not use pool, but was clean and looked inviting. Shout out to Oussama, front desk reception... he went above and beyond to accommodate us after our room assigned turned out not cleaned. We noticed several days in a row of him going above and beyond to accommodate guests!!

Parking is a bit cumbersome... we had to park at a garage a little further away and it was VERY tight getting into spaces with our small SUV. No fault of the hotel, just something to be aware of. Price per night was $30.

The 2 bedroom apartment was perfect for 2 couples. Location was great. The guys enjoyed the steam room and pool. It was so handy to have a kitchen and sitting area for our 3 night stay!

Bedrooms were warm at night as the air conditioning unit was in the main area. We didn't want to leave our doors open at night. It would be better if both rooms had a queen sized bed.

The location is just perfect! Very close to everything! Amenities like pool and sauna are great! My kids love it!

The location was great in downtown Montreal, next to many restaurants and shops. It was just 10 minutes walk from Sainte Catherine and Eaton Center.

The cleaning service was not daily. It was on request and I did not know until I asked why my room was not cleaned

Location is great. Can find food easily nearby; lots of options. I love the location and the convenience to get to all neighborhood. Love the sauna and the steam room facilities. The staff is very nice. The kitchen is great.

The blind in the room is broken and needs to be replaced. The AC is too cold and could not be adjusted.

E' un hotel con reception aperta h24. L'appartamento in cui abbiamo soggiornato era molto grande e spazioso, dotato di tutto l'occorrente anche in cucina. La posizione è buona, sotto al mont royal; vi sono moltissimi locali e ristoranti nei dintorni della struttura e con una passeggiata di mezz'ora si raggiunge la Vieux Montreal. In ogni caso, nelle immediate vicinanze si trova anche una fermata della metro. La palestra e la piscina sono piccoline ma a mio avviso più che sufficienti per chi viaggia per svago e non ha molto tempo da dedicare al relax indoor. Lo staff è molto disponibile.

Trattandosi di una struttura molto grande, alcuni piccoli problemi nell'appartamento possono non trovare una soluzione manutentiva immediata, Le pulizie (incluse nel prezzo) sono a richiesta.

The hotel has an excellent location and is very convenient for exploring Montreal. It is modern, well situated, and overall the property has a nice appearance.

Unfortunately, my experience with the room and housekeeping was disappointing. The room was extremely small, and the Murphy bed made the space even less practical. When the bed was open, there was very little room to move around, so it had to be folded away during the day to make the room functional. The bed itself was also quite heavy and difficult to lift and lower, which made having to handle it every day particularly inconvenient. Housekeeping was also below expectations. The room was not cleaned thoroughly, the towels were not replaced as expected, and the mattress cover was not changed. For a multi-night stay, this was particularly disappointing.

The staff at reception desk were very helpful and kind. I needed someone to adjust the air conditioned in my unit and they sent someone within minutes. The unit was very well equipped. I will most certainly book again in the future.

The air conditioned was very difficult to manage and I basically was freezing the whole time. There were no French Canadian channels on the television. The floor in the shower is extremely slippery and potentially dangerous.

Manque de crochets dans la salle de bain pour les serviettes. Paroi de douche insuffisante pour éviter les projections d'eau a l'extérieur et sur le chauffage électrique !! ( peut-être dangereux en hiver !!). Manque de peignoirs pour accès piscine et spas.
