Location very near JB Central. There's convenient store at 1st floor

Everything was fine until the next morning, i think there is no power supply at the apartment. I only can switch on the fan and light. All the plug point cannot be use. I can't charge my phone, use the iron and kettle. Including the aircon. I already text the owner and send the video, but they only ask me back at almost 11 am which is the check out time. Its a bit suspicious and i think this was set.

The ambience of apartment is nice. Place is clean.

Except toilet seems to be outdated and have drainage smell a bit. Requested for late check out in email upon booking. was agreed and when on actual day I was told to check out early. Electrical power was cut off at 11am. I was not able to boil water and iron my clothes. Texted the number no respond. only responded after I checked out.

The house looks modern, but it is very dirty. The floors in all rooms were sticky, including the bathrooms. One bedroom air conditioner was not working, so we had to sleep in the living room with our baby for two nights. We asked for a discount, but it was not given. The refrigerator was also dirty, and we did not feel comfortable using it to store drinks.The toiletries were incomplete and not enough for 2 nights. If you care about cleanliness like a hotel standard, this homestay is not worth the price paid. It is better to stay in a hotel where cleanliness and sleeping comfort are more reliable when traveling.

Not worth the price of RM611 for 2 nights plus a RM300 deposit. If you plan to stay here, be prepared to pay a deposit. I only got my deposit back after 2 days because the management was on weekend leave. It is better to stay in a hotel than a homestay. Honestly, I regret spending my travel money on this place.

Pool closure for maintenance but owner didn't know about the extension of the maintenance by the building management..kids came to the pool excitedly to see that it was closed.

Near CIQ. Very spacious. The apartment is like very taken care of, the curtain is clean and not dusty, shows that it's well cleaned.

No shops around that area. The shower head holder screw is dislocated.

The house was big with three rooms three toilets and lots of space in the living room. The beds were comfortable.

The floor boards were damaged in some places and there was a dead bug in the living room.

This was really not as excepted.. first apartment was super dirty. Full of hair, ants and brown water on the floor. After a complaint we got another apartment but it got the worst smell from the bathroom filled in the whole apartment. If you stay here you must have a car to get around. For the price you might as well book a nice hotel

The unit was very clean with wonderful view. Bed was very comfortable. Aircon and heaters all worked well. Staff in charge of homestay handled the check-in and check-out smoothly. Our friend left his van keys there and they were so helpful to arrange for the cleaning staff to handover the keys. Thank you so much for your after sale service. Enjoyed ourselves and will sure be back. Kudos guys....

Not clean. They ask to transfer the deposit before check-in (I thought it was scam), and refund after one day. They set strict rules, if you break you need to pay fines. Check in too late, 4pm, check out too early 11am

Gorgeous apartment. Very responsive staff. Views were great 👍 The property managers require you to place a deposit with them. But all of that was handled seamlessly. The deposit refund was also done within 24hrs of checkout.

A small nitpick is that it doesn’t have a water filter that dispenses drinking water. Just remember to buy back some water from outside and it’ll be fine 👍👍

Check in process is complex, need to deposit 100 SGD but this was not mentioned anywherebefore booking. Location also average not much options available for food. Over all just okey to stay if you don't have any other options, but I didn't recommend this place.

Very clean, both rooms are spacious. Living room is superrrr huge and with a nice view at night, also has good working aircons that cool the apartment quickly. Beds were comfy. The living room couch is very comfy but fits only 2, would rate this place a 10 if the couch actually fits more people. However, I think its an acceptable compromise for the price since there's also a dining table with 4 chairs.

Water pressure wasn't the best. There were 2 showers but the pressure was strong enough only for 1 shower to be used at a time...

As an experienced traveler, I've stayed in my fair share of accommodations, but the Paragon Suite Homestay by Antlerzone Unit A-09-08 has to be the single most appalling, nightmarish place I've ever had the misfortune of booking. This Unit A-09-08 at Paragon Suite was the stuff of absolute nightmares. The place was in complete disrepair - and floors so filthy and unpleasant smell inside the rooms. To make matters even worse, the windows in one of the room couldn't close or lock properly. This became a major issue when, during the middle of the night, a heavy rainstorm with strong winds blew the window open, shocking my unsuspecting parents who were trying to sleep. They had to scramble to find something to prop the window closed and protect themselves from the elements. But the issues didn't stop there. There was no proper iron or ironing board provided, and the plug on the iron didn't even fit the electrical sockets in the condo. On top of that, there were no hangers to hang up clothes or towels. It was clear the host had made zero effort to ensure basic amenities were available for guests. The host was completely unresponsive and did nothing to address the appalling conditions. They also required a hefty deposit that took ages to be refunded, unlike other accommodations I've booked. Promised to refund the next day before 6.00pm but it's only getting done by almost 8.00pm. Do yourself a favour and avoid this place at all costs. It's an absolute disgrace, and no traveller should have to endure such horrendous experiences. Save your money and your sanity, and book elsewhere.

The worst host i ever seen. She didn’t provide proper guidance. Waited for 1 hour above to collect the key. The host takes too long to reply the msg. When we call she didn’t answer the call. This is our 1st and last stay there.

The room is clean and Aircon works very well. The water pressure is great and Towels are provided for our comfort.

No Toothbrush, no toothpaste, no shower Gel and only comes with 3 x Hangers. It would be great if Host could provide more Hangers.
