Reviewed Sep 2, 2026Location is good. We were able to sleep soundly even though the hotel is right by the roads. Simple Breakfast provided is excellent & much appreciated. Staffs at reception and cafe is friendly and proactive. Plenty of parkings.
Pillows are too soft. The hotel cafes that were outside are not Halal. Would be good if at least one of the makan place serves halal option and not just no pork no lard. Then again we also understand there are plenty of halal options a short distance away.

Tried to check in at night but the hotel is having internal power outage problems. Lasting from 8pm to 12 midnight. When enquired about the problem, hotel staff advised that the utility provider is enroute to provide technical assistance and to my knowledge it is a lie. The utility provider confirmed that it is due to internal hotel issue where the circuit breaker is faulty. This lie was committed twice even though I have asked them to confirm. When asked about refund for one day, it was denied. Had to check in into another hotel and return the second day. Hotel offered late check out and complimentary breakfast where only plain bread, eggs and coffee is provided. To my knowledge, the bread was mouldy for two days in a row. The experience does not match its three star achievement.

Reviewed Mar 9, 2026Nice comfortable room with plenty of space. It feels like a very nice hotel, but was actually one of the cheapest in the area.
Although my room was a no smoking room, it smelled really badly of cigarette smoke. The smell would come and go, and I only noticed it once I got into bed. I think it was coming through the AC, so I guess people smoke by the AC units. Therefore I wouldn't stay here again, despite everything else being nice about the hotel.

Reviewed Jan 21, 2026Staff was very friendly. Free breakfast was very simple with toast bread and jam, coffee and tea. Good gesture for the price. But we didn't have the breakfast there.
There was a perpertual water dripping noise in our toilet and we suspected that it's from within the pipe because we checked that the taps were all shut tight. There is no way for us to remove the noise. Since we were only staying for 1 night, we didn't want to request to change room but it disturbed the whole night of our sleep. Please make sure you check your room properly before you turn in for the night to ensure undisturbed sleep.

The first room we were given smelled like urine after which we requested a room change, the room itself was small and cramped, staff socialising in the lobby (after hours), ironing board was shared and kept in the common corridor area.
