Great customer service. Loved that it was within shopping centre distance staff were absolutely amazing.

Want to share how happy I was each morning to not just have a great breakfast, with just about anything you could ask for, but how amazing, kind, helpful, and even funny the breakfast staff treated me! While they all were great, I especially want to mention both Ms Ngoc and Ms Vi. They treated me like I was family, and that made breakfast so much more enjoyable.

・立地が良い ・下に高島屋があるので困ることがなかった ・スタッフさんがみなさん親切 ・ルームサービスも頼める(そこまで高くない) ・各階にパントリーがあり紅茶やカフェラテ、コーヒーが飲み放題。また、バナナなどの果物も置いてあって自由に食べれてとても便利だった。

まずは大変便利なロケーションです。 オシャレで広く、写真で見て是非宿泊したいと思いました。

シャワールームにカーテン等が全くなく、戸惑いました。どうしてもフロアが濡れてしまうので、何とか改善して欲しい。

We stayed in the same room type 1 year ago. They have added more bellboys to assist with the luggage which is a plus as compared to last year. What we like about the hotel is the location. It is located inside Saigon Centre, which means there are so many shopping and food option. It's very convenient when you are travelling with young kids.

The room is very cluttered as usual. There are too many pillows provided and we need to shift a large portion of it on the floor to be able to use the sofa in the living room. The furniture are also too big and cluttered. There is just not enough luggage space for a family of 4. The staff at the breakfast area can be quite rude. My husband tried to get a napkin from the next table for my son, but a staff member abruptly snatched it out of his hands. She should have communicated better.

The location was excellent, with major attractions (e.g. Opera House), shopping and eateries within walking distance. Situated above a mall is also a great advantage in view of the hot weather. Staff were also very helpful and attentive, right from check-in to check-out, and they see to it that we safely board the grab to the airport.

Fabulous location - so central. We had a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite with brilliant views on the 23rd floor- would definitely stay here again. Rooms were spotless and well appointed. Staff were always very helpful and friendly.

The smell of the room was bad. No fresh air at all. The beds small. The lighting in the room not enough. No pool bar and the stuff in the towel desk not kind at all. The breakfast very poor for 5 star hotel.

Früher konnte man das große Gym im Shopping Centre benutzen, das hat anscheinend geschlossen. Das Gym im Haus ist klein und relativ bescheiden ausgestattet.

Excellent location, staff were excellent- obliging and helpful, property is mostly well maintained, cleaned well. As a family with young child the room and property was great for us, including the pool which is sufficient for the property but lounges can get busy on a clear afternoon.

The location was hard to find a first as the drop off is crowded by people at the front waiting for taxi/grab rides. It can be quite chaotic with lots of people as it’s the front of the Saigon Centre shopping plaza pick up area, and also the traffic is quite heavy trying to get into the drop off area. The pool is shared with another report and the facilities & walk way there are a bit confusing & dirty.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and check-out was just as seamless. Our flight wasn't until 10 hours after check-out, and the team kindly allowed us to continue using the hotel's facilities, which was greatly appreciated. The two-bedroom suite was exceptional. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the entire suite was beautifully decorated, and everything was spotlessly clean. The complimentary minibar and well-stocked pantry were thoughtful touches that made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, the service and accommodation exceeded our expectations, and this will definitely be our hotel of choice whenever we visit Ho Chi Minh City again.

There wasn't a great deal to dislike. The Wi-Fi and TV connection could occasionally be unreliable and would sometimes drop out, although this was only a minor inconvenience and in no way diminished our overall enjoyment of the stay. We also found the pool food and beverage menu to be a little limited. The quality of the food and drinks was very good, but a wider selection would have been welcome. These are relatively minor points, and neither would discourage us from staying here again.

The hotel itself is a decent one. Clean comfortable nice breakfast nice pool good location.

I have a very uncomfortable situation during check in. The payment was settled via Booking.com with digital card, upfront before arrival. During check in reception asked me to present the physical card, although I already mentioned that it was not possible due to the booking had been payed with a digital card. So I had to pay again! And than they will refund me in 30-45 days. So currently I have 2 reservations on my card for the same amount. Not customer friendly at all! Why do you let customers pay with digital cards then?

Mooi designhotel, uitstekende ligging en de familiekamer was ruim (2 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers en een woonkamer).

Bij het zwembad zou een poolbar leuk zijn. Je kan wel bestellen.

Hotel is really in the center of the place to see in the city. He is in a luxury mall, and benefit of a really nice pool at the 6th floor. Rooms are great, place, clean and confort. Food at breakfast is crazy, we really enjoyed the "a la carte" option (included) with nice product. Every touristic place is at 15 walking minutes, market as well, a lot of restaurant, bar & club as well.

Trafic is crazy, a lot of taxi are coming to the mall making the access a bit complicated. Only 2 elevators for a lot of floors generate some delay.

長いフライトのうえ到着が夜遅かったので、すぐにでもチェックインしたかったが、タクシー降り場で案内していただいたにもかかわらず、ホテルの入り口が分かりづらくて少し迷った。 高島屋内ということで日本人の宿泊客が多いと想定されるが、全てにおいて日本語に対応していなかった。紙でも良いので、日本語訳の案内があると良かった。

This hotel is perfectly located in Ward 1. It's location is central to shopping, restaurants, the major markets and it located within the Saigon Centre Shopping Mall which has multiple floors of air conditioned shopping, a mix of shops with a lot if high end shops. Eandering the Saigon Centre is a great option when you want a reprieve from the heat of the day. The top floor of the centre has great cafes and restaurants and the Basement 2 level has a food hall, inluding a fantastic gourmet grocers with a great range of food, wine, bubbles, beer and spirits. The rooms at the Fusion Original Saigon Centre are well decorated and not your average bland hotel room. Very comfortable with great furnishings. Breakfast was delicious, recommend including with your room when booking. Al la carte brekky menu options included along with breakfast buffet. Coffee to order. Staff were friendly, helpful and professional. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Pool a long way from the hotel room and shared with another residence. In a shopping centre and next to a shop selling perfume, so not great if you're sensitive to scents. Bar expensive and wine poor. Breakfast no better than OK.

I had high expectations for this hotel as it was the final stay of my Vietnam trip and was meant to be the highlight of our accommodation. Unfortunately, it ended up being the most disappointing. The experience started at check-in. I was asked to present the physical card used to make the booking, which I didn’t have with me. While I understand this is stated in the Booking.com policy, I found it concerning that the refund process for the original payment would take 30–45 days. I had to request a refund to the original card and then pay again using another physical card I had with me. I’ve stayed at numerous hotels throughout Vietnam, and none required the physical card, so this felt unnecessarily inconvenient. I also had to remind the staff to send the refund confirmation email, which should have been done without prompting. Another disappointment was the lack of assistance with our luggage. Every other hotel we stayed at in Vietnam proactively offered to carry our bags, but here, despite being marketed as a five-star property, no help was offered at all. The biggest issue, however, was the room itself. As soon as we walked in, we were hit with a strong musty, damp smell. We asked if something could be done, and staff brought in a dehumidifier for around 30 minutes, but it made no noticeable difference. The unpleasant smell remained throughout our stay, which is simply not what you’d expect from a five-star hotel. Overall, this stay fell well below expectations. What was supposed to be the perfect ending to an amazing Vietnam trip turned into a frustrating experience. I’m now just hoping the refund is processed without any issues.
